The customer support is an absolute joke. Despite paying +$70 they don't consider u worthy of the live chat support option (which almost any other app offers for free), and u need to settle with their completely helpless AI chatbot. And there's a bug that won't even let u edit the test names or anything. Look for an alternative to this app.

The support process is ridiculous. You're required to book a ticket just to speak to someone which sure whatever thats fine but the issue is you close out the ticket without any response from us on whether or not your suggestions fixed the issue at hand to which we have to go through your AI chat system and respond to multiple unnecessary prompts just to get passed it so we can speak to book a ticket and then we have to book a completely brand new ticket and re-type all the information that should already be available if you just didn't close the ticket out. The app itself is fine which is why I gave 3 stars.

Amazing app, bad operation. The functionality of the app itself is great- you can run tests that improve your conversion rate by 0.1%, which is a lot. However, the app lacks in support and self-support- not because of the support staff, but because of the working hours and the way errors are not communicated. I've attempted creating the same price test over 10 times by now- each time, taking ~30 minutes. Once the test fails, all it does is not show up in the "Your tests" section- no visible feedback on why it failed. The support works 9am to 6pm- Beijing time- meaning during regular business Hours in the Americas, you have no support.

We've been using AB-Convert for a while now to run our A/B tests and are absolutely satisfied, especially with the outstanding support. We faced a tricky issue with recurring spikes in bot traffic at the end of each month, which seemed to skew our test data. The support team jumped in right away Leo from the support team personally stepped in. He analyzed our test data, identified suspicious IPs, and helped us exclude them directly through the dashboard. The communication was quick, clear, and helpful throughout. They even involved their dev team without us having to do any extra setup. It’s rare to find a tool that not only delivers reliable results but also has a support team that genuinely cares and takes action. If you're serious about running clean, trustworthy A/B tests on Shopify, I highly recommend AB-Convert.

Really simple to use for testing conversion rates on a Shopify store. We mainly run URL Redirect tests and ABConvert has been helpful in showing where to steer our UX and design by allowing us to test the impact of both major and minor changes. We also had a good experience with their Help team (shout out to Leo) who got back to us very quickly and were happy to jump on a call immediately to talk through the issues we were having which were resolved thanks to the call.

This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie. Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends! When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store. The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return. At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like.

I've been using this app for a couple of days and I'm super impressed with the built-in functionality and level of support they offer. We have some custom landing pages with several products & variants on the same page. They offered to step in and do a couple of custom things so their app would work seamlessly with their app, the same day we asked! For regular Shopify pages, the testing works out of the box with just a couple of clicks. It also works with subscriptions (Recharge in our case). This saves us a ton of $$/time/effort by skipping bulky A/B testing software and it doesn't impact speed!

It's not perfect, but I really like it! Have looked for a lot of A/B test apps but this is the only one I have found that split tests scientifically. You can test content, price and even shipping price. It works most of the time, and when I have had a bug or something the support team helps out to make sure everything runs smoothly. I installed this app to do a bunch of testing on content / price / messaging etc. It is a highly capable CRO testing app. The analytics allow you to measure many different metrics such as profit per view, rev per view, CVR, overall profit for each test iteration etc.. You aren't limited to A/B testing. You can split traffic to test a few different price variations in the same test. Overall it is a very intuitive app which makes the testing process accessible for store owners. Best of all, the service is incredible. Jeffrey responded to a few setup issues immediately (my stores code problem, not the apps) and edited my theme code to sort it out.

ABConvert is a very nice solution for price testing products. It is simple to use and the support from Jeffrey was top notch. Setting up the a/b and a/b/c tests was an intuitive process. After choosing a product to test you are able to quickly edit the test price for each variant as well as the compare to price and then launch the test. The analytics dashboard provides everything needed to evaluate your tests and move forward with confidence. Again, the support from the team was superb. They were very responsive and catered to our needs.

WORST APP EVER EXISTS ON THE PLANET TO BE HONEST - STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.! Customer support team is literally the worst. I was facing many issues - 1> Let me start with customer support - I was facing many issues while using the app and when I reported 2-star rating before then one of the founder’s friend called me to remove the bad rating in return to provide the premium plan. THIS IS INSANE. Is this a way to resolve the matter? 2> I had set the split 50% of percentage for AB pricing but when I navigated to the product page and the newly set increased price showed up when I just go back home and navigated to the product page again then it is showing the older page. It is completely breaking my customer user experience of checking out the product page. 3> When the page is loading with new pricing, then performance is significantly affected. 4> I am unable to activate my campaign again. I have configured my campaign for one product and I thought let me test another product but it is not allowing me due to 1 product configuration when I stop the active campaign and tried to re-enable it is not allow me to do so. In that case every time we would have created a new campaign? Literally, the app is too confusing to use. Previously I gave them two stars and I thought the team will help me out and I removed the review but their false commitments and providing wrong information forced me to add the review. NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.!

I always wonder if my product is properly priced.
