From a build standpoint the keyboard nav tweaks it makes are clean and they didnt break my theme, which I half expected. The ongoing monitoring against the WCAG criteria is the part I keep coming back to. One request, let me preview the changes on a staging copy before they go live to customers.

My nephew set it up for me but honestly I could have done it myself once I saw the menus. The monthly reports land in my inbox and I can actually understand them which is rare for me and technology. I like being able to flip the layout around for folks who read differently, and having a real certificate to show matters. Would love more little how to videos though, and maybe someone to call when im stuck.

Look I'm a developer by trade and I'm usually skpetical of anything that promises to make a site compliant just by installing it. But after going through the audit report myself and checking what it actually does on the front end, I'll admit its impressive. The keyboard nav adjustments are well implemented and dont interfere with our custom theme. Documentation could be way better honestly, had to dig around to figure out how to whitelist certain elements.

Running a small boutique store and legal compliance stuff used to give me a headache. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app. Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.

The installation was painless, the product does exactly what we need it to and within 24hrs our site was ADA Compliant (with audit as proof). Wish I could give 10 / 5 for the amazing support. Implementation is actually pretty straightforward, but I was experimenting with different languages (huge plus) and ran into some issues. Turns out it was a buggy theme, but the Accessibility team walked me through it. I was worried it would be intrusive to my regular customers, but App itself is very subtle unless you're looking for it.

I just don't understand how accessibility is NOT something built into online stores and platforms by default. From the business side - it's just leaving money on the table. You can tap into disability / accessibility focused marketing audiences. From an ethical point of view - in this day and age just like you'd put in wheelchair accessible ramps, store-owners should do their best to make their services available to the disadvantaged. I tried a few and found that Accessibility was by far the best in terms of feature set.

This is definitely a "different" type of app... Unlike other reviewers, I wouldn't say it's ABSOLUTELY essential. But I would say it's fantastic for what it does. I would say that it's better than its competitors in terms of feature set. I did like how simple it was to set up. Warning for those who want to try it out, it takes the app some time to analyze your site, so block out a few hours to wait for it to do its thing, and then play around with it. This app is definitely a big investment, but in our opinion well worth it (if that's what your store needs).

Used this app as I had some customers that inquired about accessibility (limited vision, or just older folks). I tried a few other apps but they didn't really have as many options or features as this one. It's a bit more expensive than the alternatives but you get what you pay for. You get what you pay for. I tried this as well as a few other cheaper apps but clearly, this is the market leader for accessibility compliance. It does everything from screen reader access to lawsuit protection. I talked to an accessibility lawyer about how i can best product myself from ADA lawsuits that have been surging in the USA and he said this app will do the trick.
