While new orders trigger email notifications after activating the tracking feature, it's worth noting this applies only to future orders. The pricing structure was a bit confusing at first, but with Shruti's guidance, I learned the tracking page is free. Charges only come when syncing orders, with a generous free limit of 500 shipments per month. In summary, UpTrack is a valuable tool for order tracking. I found the setup confusing to go through. It could be a clearer path of what you are supposed to be doing and when you are finished (mine says 75% complete but supposedly it is setup). Often these steps are written from the programmers point of view instead of the users. Vigava was very helpful and friendly when I had questions.

I would be very wary of using this app guys. When you install it there are 2 plans, both with a 7 day free trial. Right below this is an offer for a 30 day trial. All you 'have to do' is answer a few questions in their whatsapp group. I did all this, needed the 'high growth' plan (the second plan) for my order volumes, to then be told the offer doesn't apply to this plan. I think if a company is being so dishonest about their free trials, it is certainly not a company I want to have access to my stores. A bit of extra searching on the app store, found similar apps, with lowers prices and better features.

great addon to my store. It really helps me sync all my tracking orders to paypal to stop paypal from holding my money. I can also do it all automatically aswell, saves me hours everyday from checking the paypal transaction, and inputting the tracking details myself, I used to do this and it was very tedious when I started making 5 sales a day or more. I had to sit there for atleast 30 minutes just syncing orders and making sure they are correct, but now, with Uptrack, I let the system do everything for me automatically, so I can just focus on improving my store and running advertisements.
