We've used AdScale for many years on various ecommerce platforms. The system is simple to use and centralised for all our advertising on Google and Meta, saving so much time and making it easy to manage campaigns. AdScale support has always been exceptional, regular account reviews and Nicole and the team are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Ruinous results, broken discount promises, and awful customer support! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with AdScale. I decided to try their platform during the 14-day free trial period. During this time, support offered me a 50% discount on my first month to keep using the app. I accepted the offer immediately while still within my trial window. To my shock, they ended up charging me the full, exorbitant price of $169.00 USD! When I questioned customer service about this, a representative named Katlyn gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming the discount would only apply to the following month because of some technical link delay on their end. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive billing behavior. They didn't even bother to offer a prorated charge for the short duration I actually used the platform before uninstalling. Beyond the terrible billing experience, the app's performance was financially ruinous for my e-commerce store. I spent a significant amount of money on their automated Google Ads campaigns with virtually zero return. On one Performance Max campaign, the cost per conversion reached a shocking R$ 255.00 for a single purchase, and another stayed at an unsustainable R$ 89.46 per conversion. Their 'AI' does not optimize anything; it just drains your budget. To top it all off, customer support takes days to respond to urgent issues, making you lose precious time and money. The monthly subscription fee is incredibly exaggerated for the lack of results they deliver. Avoid this app if you care about your margins and expect honest billing practice. I am demanding a full refund.

1 Star One of the most frustrating Shopify apps I've ever used. For more than 30 days we've been dealing with bugs, broken features, and ongoing technical problems. Every time we contact support, we wait days—sometimes over a week—for a response. By the time they reply, the issue has often already caused damage to our campaigns. An advertising platform should save time and improve performance. Instead, this app created constant headaches and wasted valuable time. The lack of urgency from the support team is unacceptable, especially when businesses are spending money on ads. I cannot recommend this app to anyone serious about running their store efficiently.

I subscribed to AdScale expecting AI-driven campaign optimization and better advertising performance across Meta and Google. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite paying a significant subscription fee, campaign performance remained weak, and when I raised concerns, I was repeatedly advised to create and manage Custom Budget Groups myself. This left me questioning what value the platform was actually providing beyond what I could do directly in Meta Ads Manager. One particularly concerning incident involved my Meta campaign spending significantly above the budget configured through AdScale. While AdScale later stated that the issue originated from Meta, I was ultimately directed to contact Meta support myself. When I asked for clarification on the optimization activities being performed on my account, I received general explanations about AI optimization rather than account-specific evidence showing what actions had been taken and how they improved performance. The platform may work for some businesses, but based on my experience, the level of support and transparency did not justify the subscription cost. Before subscribing, I would recommend clearly understanding what is included in the DIY plan and what level of optimization and support you can realistically expect.

I had a very disappointing experience with AdScale. The platform burned through my advertising budget much faster than expected while delivering very poor conversion results. The AI optimization capabilities are heavily marketed, but in my experience the AI was not nearly intelligent enough to justify the cost. The pricing is extremely expensive compared to the value provided. Despite giving the platform enough time and budget to optimize, the performance remained weak and the return on ad spend was far below expectations. Instead of improving profitability, it felt like the system was accelerating ad spend without generating enough sales to support it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the quality of customer support. Response times were slow, assistance was limited, and I did not receive the level of guidance or problem-solving support I would expect from a premium-priced platform. Overall, I found AdScale to be overpriced, with weak AI capabilities, poor conversion performance, and disappointing customer support. Based on my experience, it was difficult to achieve positive results, and I would be very cautious before investing significant advertising budget into this platform.

I have been trying for over a month, and this has been completely worthless. In my opinion, this service provides no real value. The 5-star reviews honestly seem fake. There have been virtually no AI optimizations apart from minor budget adjustments and generic AI-generated text. No proper testing, optimization, or meaningful adjustments have been done. This has been a ridiculous waste of money, time, and resources. Unfortunatelly I do not recommend. The CS seems sweet and kind once you reach them, but thats all.. No results, it's just a bitter-sweet advertising too good to be true. So no worth the hassle and money.

Updated Shopify Review AdScale solicited the removal of my original negative review in exchange for free service. This is what happened next. I originally posted a 1-star review of AdScale documenting poor performance and unresponsive support. Frank, one of the owners, contacted me, offered a 100% discount for two months and two months of account management, and asked me to remove the review. I complied in good faith. He confirmed in writing: "Thank you for removing the review already." That email is dated April 16, 2026, and it is documented. This was not an isolated request. Another Shopify merchant posted a review on this same listing in December 2024 documenting the identical offer -- two months of free service in exchange for removing a negative review. That makes this a pattern of conduct by AdScale, not a one-time mistake. After I removed the review, the problems continued and worsened. The account manager assigned to my store, Nicole, built campaigns that were broken from the start. Carousel ads linked to my homepage instead of individual product pages, costing conversions on every click. Meta placements were set to Facebook only, excluding Instagram entirely -- inexcusable for a visual product line. Lookalike audiences were targeted against a customer base of fewer than 400 purchasers, far too thin to generate meaningful signal. The campaign structure consisted of three campaigns, one ad set each, with no more than two ads per campaign -- structurally incompatible with what Meta's Andromeda and Lattice delivery systems require to optimize. The creative contained distorted product images, which is unacceptable for a brand built on the quality and presentation of handcrafted goods. I requested the ads be stopped on a Friday. AdScale did not respond. The budget continued burning through the weekend. I stopped the campaigns myself on Monday. Total spend reached $1,107. Total returned value: $205. Four orders. I then sent Frank a detailed email documenting every error and requested a different account manager. His response was four lines suggesting I pause the ads (which were already paused) and schedule a weekend call. He addressed none of the specific issues raised. When I notified him I was discontinuing the relationship, his reply was: "Why are you taking things in the wrong way?" That is the AdScale playbook: solicit review removal with promises of resolution, fail to deliver, blame the merchant when problems are documented, and rely on the suppressed reviews to maintain a misleading public rating. The 4.7 average rating on this listing is engineered. Negative reviews are removed through incentive offers. Positive reviews cluster around early onboarding impressions before performance can be evaluated. The G2 profile has been unmanaged for over a year. Trustpilot reviewers document an 11-day support gap, €2,800 in lost spend with one attributed sale despite promised 4x ROAS guarantees, refund refusals using Israeli headquarters to sidestep EU consumer law, and predatory billing practices including charges for a full year of unused service with no refund. I have reported this incident to Shopify Partner Support as a violation of the Partner Program Agreement, which explicitly prohibits incentivizing merchants to add, edit, or remove reviews. Frank's April 16 email is documented evidence. This review is reinstated and will remain in place. Other merchants deserve to see the full record before they install this app. Avoid AdScale.

Very disappointing ROAS. Only the first 10 days showed good traffic and acceptable performance; after that, results dropped to below 170%. They created campaigns in other countries and are sending traffic from Russia, China, and other regions, while we operate only in Sweden. This is not aligned with our business goals. Do not waste your time and money.

Katlyn has been very helpful in understanding how AdScale works. I have been using another platform for Meta ads and decided to use AdScale for the Google ads. I am surprised to see the amount of hits to the website from the these Ai Google ads from AdScale. I have been running the ads for less than 1 week. AdScale has completely lost my trust over a marginal financial mistake. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful. During my onboarding session, an AdScale agent demonstrated how to set up a Meta campaign but pushed it live entirely without my approval. This error resulted in unauthorized ad spend being charged to my account. When I contacted support, they acknowledged the situation but refused to refund the money, hiding behind the fact that the actual billing went through Meta. Even though the mistake was exclusively triggered by their agent on their platform, they refused to take true financial responsibility for their error. If a platform's onboarding process can spend your money without your consent, and the company won't reimburse you for their own mistake, they cannot be trusted. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.

I don't know how to describe my feelings.. I am so happy that I can't express it.. At first, I was angry because when a problem happened, I didn't find a direct response from support and I discovered that the matter was related to the country's seasonal holidays... Another thing, I hope that anyone using the app pays attention to their personal mistakes while creating ads... More changes... more edits... creating new ads affects the ads negatively in general, and instead of taking a short time for approval and review, with many edits it will take longer.. In fact, the app is absolutely wonderful.. Catalog ads, images, and videos work perfectly.. One of the best apps I have used so far.. Where do I start. First off ROAS is crazy, never seen anything like it. Second and actually the real reason UI love it - NICOLE, what a legend. Best support I've ever had on any app. She's in the chat, I feel like I know her. We had our meta account disabled (weird annoying reason) and Nicole ot our ai ads back up and running in no time, she's incredible. I'd poach her if I could. She makes it! I’ve used AdScale for close to a year (initially a few months, then another extended period after the team reached out to work more closely with me). I truly gave this platform a serious, long-term attempt because I wanted it to work for our company. The team did reach out after my first review and offered support, which I appreciated. However, even after additional months of testing and optimization, performance never reached a level that justified continuing. I sell a very niche product in a specialized market, and in my experience, AdScale appears to work better for more generic, broad-appeal products (such as apparel or mass-market items). For unique or highly specific products, the AI didn’t seem to optimize effectively enough. To compare fairly, I ran a 90-day test managing my own Google and Facebook ads, and I was able to achieve a stronger ROAS doing it myself (with support from Google’s tools). Customer service was also inconsistent. While there was willingness to help initially, I experienced missed appointments when trying to schedule follow-ups, which made it difficult to build momentum and trust in the process. I believe the concept behind AdScale has potential and may work well for stores selling more generalized products. But for highly specialized or niche items, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

The on boarding call with Daniel went great and he was very thorough with explaining how the dashboard works and the difference is between ad scale and ad scale plus. Katlyn offered a follow up call to show me the differences between the AI budget group and custom budget groups, which was very helpful. I am only in my third day of allowing the AI to completely run all of the ads which include carousel ads on Meta, as well as a performance max and brand campaign on Google. It has been really interesting to see the budget shifts each day as it is prioritizing not only how much to spend, but when to spend the money based on store metrics. I am testing a pretty aggressive starting budget during the 14 day free trial. After learning about some of the creative control that I have within custom budget groups, as well as learning about adding additional assets to the performance, max campaign, I am curious to see how the 14 day test will perform. I have been burned by several ad agencies in the past that cost significantly more and are not able to update my budgets and bid strategies in real time around the clock. This does give me hope that over the next couple of weeks that we will start seeing some optimization and better performance. It is unrealistic to expect that any advertisements will just perform amazingly right out of the gate as Meta and Google are machine learning platforms that require data to optimize. I’ll come back and provide an update in 2 weeks!

31.1.2026 - AdScale promises “AI driven automation” but in reality it is just a fragile layer sitting on top of Meta’s own AI, adding complexity without adding intelligence. The platform constantly failed to sync correctly with Facebook. Conversion data did not match Meta Ads Manager, catalog updates lagged, and campaigns behaved unpredictably. When you are running a real business and real money is involved, this is unacceptable. The biggest issue, however, is customer support. Instead of acknowledging technical problems, support was dismissive and rude, repeatedly deflecting blame to Meta or the store. No accountability, no ownership, no urgency. For a paid platform, this is not professional. I cancelled after wasted time, broken syncing, and poor treatment as a paying customer. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values control, accuracy, or competent support.

I tried using AdScale again recently after a year, but unfortunately the experience was not good at all. I used the app for less than 4 days, and during that time: Support responses were slow, which made it impossible to stabilize campaigns Cost per sale jumped to ₹2,300, while my product sells for only ₹999 Performance dropped significantly I had to uninstall the app immediately because it was not usable for my business After uninstalling the app, I reached out to the team, but their response mentioned “benefiting from the software” and “previous refunds,” which doesn’t match this situation. This time, I did not get any benefit, did not use the app long-term, and actually faced a loss within just a few days. I’m sharing this review so other merchants are aware: if the app doesn’t work for you within the first few days, you may still be charged in full even if you uninstall it right away. I hope AdScale will reconsider how they handle cases where the merchant clearly did not receive value and stopped using the app almost immediately.

I knew our business deserved a change! We joined AdScale initially with another business we own and were impressed, but without testing this change first I wasn't willing to switch both of our businesses...What a mistake not to switch earlier. AdScale has delivered well beyond our expectations. Our ROAS is up, our CPA is down, our budget is steady, and the same "old creatives" are still working. I wish I would have switched earlier! When we first signed up we were assigned an account representative to work on our account and help us grow. I was leery that they wouldn't understand our market but boy was I wrong. Hello, I just want to share my honest feedback. Their support team takes too long to reply in the chat, and the assistant is not helpful at all. They created one search ad, but the keywords they used are not even ranking or relevant. In my Max campaign, I personally added all the headlines, descriptions, pictures, and even the video — so what exactly are they doing? They told me I have to wait almost 90 days for the best results. But if I run ads directly on Google, Google’s own AI also optimizes over time — so what’s the real power of their AI? Even my ad strength shows as “poor,” and no one contacted me to help improve it. I’m still in the trial period, otherwise I would have already lost my money. Honestly, I suggest that if you already know how to run ads yourself, don’t expect much from them. They just say “our AI will take data and improve,” but in reality, it works the same as Google’s AI.

I’ve been using AdScale for just over three months and invested thousands of dollars through the platform. Unfortunately, the performance has been disappointing. My ROAS stayed well below break-even, which meant I was actually losing money while running ads through the app. The AI recommendations have also been underwhelming. In my entire time using it, I only received two optimization tips. For a tool that promises AI-driven improvements, I expected much more proactive support. Instead, it feels like the app is still in development, with new features being added but core performance not delivering results. Since pausing AdScale and switching back to managing my own Google Ads (using Google’s free support), I’ve seen smoother results and better control. That said — I want AdScale to work. I like the concept, and I’d gladly come back if the team can provide more hands-on guidance or prove the AI is learning and improving campaigns over time. Hopefully, the developers can reach out to help me make this a better experience, because I do see the potential here.

I WAS using an independent social media manager, it was working well but my costs keep on going up and they would just tell me it was due to creative fatigue and other excuses. Misleading Performance Guarantees, No Accountability, and Disregard for EU Protections We joined AdScale after two onboarding calls with Daniel, where we were promised results within 2–3 weeks and a minimum 4× ROAS. Instead, we spent over €2,800 through their platform and saw only one attributed sale — despite using a stable, previously successful ad account with the same products, website, and creatives. We reported technical issues early in the campaign and received no meaningful response. There was an 11-day gap in communication, even after escalation was promised by their senior team. To this day, those problems remain unresolved. When we requested a refund, AdScale acknowledged that the service did not meet expectations, but refused to accept any commercial responsibility. They repeatedly cited internal policy and the fact that ad spend was paid to Google/Meta — ignoring the role their system played in mismanaging those funds. What’s especially concerning is that while AdScale has an office in the Netherlands and clearly targets EU-based customers, they appear to disregard EU commercial law obligations. Instead, they rely on internal policy and the fact that their headquarters are in Israel as a way to sidestep accountability. This use of jurisdictional loopholes to avoid offering refunds or proper redress raises serious concerns. Many of the 5-star reviews on their platform appear to reflect early onboarding impressions, not long-term outcomes. In contrast, our experience aligns closely with several well-documented negative reviews — poor performance, lack of support, and refusal to take responsibility. We strongly advise caution. If your campaigns underperform or something goes wrong, you’ll be ignored, and AdScale will offer free platform credits rather than resolving the issue or acknowledging fault. That’s not acceptable for a business-facing tool handling serious ad budgets.

I do everything as directed by the app and have reached out to the team for help any time I run in to issues but it seems like the AI only serves up until a point and then it's just charging you tons of money to do the same things that Google does. Very disappointed as I'm losing an average of around £200 a week from underperforming ads and this app is not cheap enough for that to be worth it. So use it for a few months if you need to then back to the drawing board -------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the best apps I've used. Was a bit difficult to get my head around some of the features at first, but Nicole and the team are excellent at support and advice. I would recommend doing the scheduled call with them so you can get the most out of the app.

Misleading Sales Promises, Poor Performance, and Overpriced Contract – Not Worth $3,000/month ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Total waste: 9000$ on 3 month subscription with no value, time and no clear strategy. We’ve been a client of AdScale for the past two months, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Before signing, their sales team assured us—during calls on Zoom or Google Meet—that AdScale would significantly improve our ROAS and campaign performance using AI. They even showcased results from other companies as proof. Their website reinforces these claims, stating they can improve ROAS and other key performance metrics. He said that our cost per purchase in our brand was too high and that their app would help lower our customer acquisition cost. Then he showed examples and performance data from other clients, which we found to be unprofessional and unethical, as it involved sharing confidential store performance information without consent. However, the reality was far from what was promised. After signing a $3,000/month contract (which they call a "software + account manager" fee), we quickly discovered that no meaningful optimization was being done. The campaigns they ran were basic, and they didn’t even use the full “Website and Shop” setup in Meta ads—just “Website” only, which is a huge miss for an eCommerce brand. Our ad budget of $8-10k per month was essentially wasted, with no improvement in results compared to managing ads ourselves or hiring a freelancer for $500–$1,000/month. Don’t rely on what the sales team tells you—read the contract carefully. Or better yet, don’t sign anything at all unless you're 100% sure. What they promise and what they deliver are miles apart. When we raised concerns after the first month, we were told “it takes time” and that “resources have been allocated,” but those were just empty words. We waited another month, but nothing changed. In fact, our performance actually got worse—especially disappointing since this is our peak season compared to last year. There are no performance KPIs in the contract. So even if your CPA is terrible or your ads are underperforming, the contract remains active, and you’re still expected to pay $3,000/month while they say, “we have a plan, we’ll do better.” This creates a situation where you’re locked in, paying for poor service, with no accountability on their side. We initially accepted a three-month term with an early exit window. Now, after two full months of poor performance, we’ve requested to exit early and not pay for the third month—because it’s clear this service is not as advertised and not worth continuing. I wanted to rate 0 but there no 0 button. Bottom line: If you’re expecting real strategy, results-driven media buying, and campaign improvements, you won’t find it here. You're better off hiring a competent freelancer or internal media buyer. We feel misled and regret signing this contract.

Also, I'm not sure how much insight I'm getting from the AI tech. I want to see how the optimization is working and data to back it up. Without that, I keep wondering if I could save a ton of money by just managing my campaigns directly in Meta and Google. Overall, Nicole is a rockstar, and Adscale has provided a great stepping stone for transitioning away from expensive agency management. But I do hope they improve the platform’s speed, usability, and features to make it a long-term solution for serious advertisers. Would I recommend Adscale? Yes, especially if you’re looking to simplify ad management. But be prepared for some platform limitations.

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases. The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments. This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

Ze boden aan mij te helpen, de trialperiode met 2 maanden te verlengen en 2 maanden beheerondersteuning te bieden, op verzoek dat ik mijn slechte review zou verwijderen. Het is jammer dat ik eerst een slechte beoordeling moest schrijven om serieus genomen te worden. Als klant verwacht ik gewoon tijdige en goede hulp, zonder dat ik mijn frustraties publiekelijk hoef te uiten. Hoewel de koppeling na veel moeite eindelijk werkte, ben ik absoluut niet tevreden over de app zelf. Het programma is ingewikkeld, onoverzichtelijk en verre van gebruiksvriendelijk. Zelfs het maken van een eenvoudige remarketingcampagne bleek een frustrerende en onduidelijke ervaring. Het aanmaken en beheren van campagnes en advertentiegroepen in het algemeen is verwarrend en tijdrovend. Daarnaast merkte ik tot mijn schrik dat campagnes die ik had uitgeschakeld, na een tijd vanzelf weer geactiveerd werden. Dit gebeurde meerdere keren. Gelukkig zag ik het op tijd, maar dit soort fouten kan leiden tot onnodige kosten, en dat is onacceptabel. Uiteindelijk kies ik ervoor om mijn campagnes rechtstreeks via Facebook Ads Manager te beheren. Dit is eenvoudiger, overzichtelijker en bovendien gratis. Facebook biedt daarnaast telefonische ondersteuning, wat ik bij Adscale erg mis. Kortom, Adscale is niet de juiste keuze voor mij. Het werkt niet zoals ik verwacht van een professionele tool en het gebrek aan overzicht en gebruiksvriendelijkheid maakt het nog minder aantrekkelijk. Ik raad deze app niet aan

The final nail -- they promised to not charge us if we wanted to keep testing after the trial period. After spending about an hour with a tech support rep I got my Facebook ad account connected, and my Google AdWord campaigns launched. Three weeks later I'm contacted by Google offering me a free session to optimize my ad spend. The Google specialist pointed out the "ad" created by AdScale's software was nothing more than my company logo and place holder text under it. I spent over $350 in ad spend on this ad, and the conversion rate was under .6%. The Facebook ads never showed a purchase conversion and I spent over $750 in Meta ad spend. All together I wasted nearly $2K in ad spend on poorly crafted and optimized ads made through this program. Add on top I was charged $150 and wasn't prorated the week I didn't use. It also flooded my Google Tag manager with over 100 conversion tracking events, and not a single one worked correctly. I tried this software for the second time. The first time, the results were not what I expected. The second time, Adscale destroyed my entire account. After I installed the app, all my products were duplicated in the merchant account, and the support team was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, Adscale imported data blindly, including age and a lot of other irrelevant information that had nothing to do with my products. The results from the AI were also not as good as what I can achieve when I manage it myself. This app will not help grow your business, but it might help destroy it.

After three months of using the AdScale app for Shopify, my experience has been a roller coaster. Initially, the app showed promise, delivering commendable results in the first month. However, the following month saw a dip in performance, and by the third month, the results were the worst I've ever seen in my five years running a Shopify store. While AdScale boasts of an AI that's perpetually refining and optimizing ads, it seems to offer a simplified version of the Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords dashboards. Experienced users should note that upon a closer inspection in the Facebook Business Manager, multiple issues with the ads surfaced, a problem echoed in Google Ads as well. My recommendation? Steer clear. Although their support started on a positive note, it soon devolved into a series of DIY guidelines. Hoping to resolve the diminishing performance, I opted for their 1:1 support. Regrettably, the suggestions made only exacerbated the problems. What's worse, when approached for solutions, their primary advice was to allocate a higher advertising budget. For a platform that claims to be driven by AI and promises seamless ad management, my experience was far from it. I'm left deeply disappointed and would advise potential users to tread cautiously. In response to AdSacles rebuttal of my review Thank you for addressing my concerns and clarifying the various facets of your service. While I appreciate your comprehensive response, I received this [A] response from you VP R&D and there are a few points (1,2 & 3) I'd like to highlight: [A] I totally understand your point of view and our main offering is a DIY system and I guess the initial tips by Nicole and Rafael do require ongoing changes and tweaks - in some cases separate campaigns can do the trick but in others you will want to try and consolidate. We do offer Full Managed services in which we manage the campaigns for you and I guess in normal times this can be a better fit. I still want to try to start over and want to change my offer - 1. I refund both your latest subscription charges - that's worth immediately 260USD 2. We give you free full managed services for 1 month to show you how we can turn things around (this is worth around 1500 USD) 3. You remove the review in ShopifyI am confident after this 1 month you will have a different feeling about us and will want to continue with us. Let me prove this. 1. Transparency is Key: While I understand that many AI processes occur behind the scenes, greater transparency about what is happening, even at a high level, can foster trust with your users. This would prevent any perception that the platform is "marketing spin”. 2. Shared Responsibility: Your point about the customer's role in running the account and strategizing is valid. However, clearer guidelines and support, especially for newcomers, would be beneficial in setting the right expectations. 3. This is the best app I have used for FB, IG, and Google. I have used other apps in the past in which the customer service reps rope you into purchasing a monthly contract and then offer zero support for setup and/or have problems with the Meta channel and keep charging you regardless. I had gotten burned so badly by another company that I was a little leary to try something else, but I am SO glad I did. I was immediately greeted with an email and was able to set up a call with Nicole for two days after I had signed on to the service. Nicole went above and beyond for me because I had told her about what had happened to my sales and the problems I had with the previous company. I am well versed in ad spend and also the learning phases of ads, but even with that, I got sales right away. I can not recommend this company higher. If I could give more stars I would. Auch Fehlermeldung bezüglich der Reichweite usw. * Bis dato keine Conversations aus der App. Der Support ist in der tat bemüht. * Nach einem Meeting kam wurde dann behauptet das dass Budget zu klein war und die Zeit zu kurz. ------ Fazit: Ich habe die Kampagne jetzt selber bei Google aufgesetzt und erziele jetzt schon bessere Ergebnisse als mit dieser Software. Davor hatte ich nicht mal eine Conversation bei sehr hohen ausgaben. Auch das Anlegen der Campagne ist scheinbar auch nicht so toll. Rat vom Profi war eine andere Form zu wählen. Dann kann man es selber machen. Auch kam kein dem Gespräch raus was die Software eigentlich macht. Das einzige was die App kann ist Budget von A nach B Transferieren. Ab das einem 120 Euro im Monat wert ist mag ich zu bezweifeln. Mal davon abgesehen von den ganzen anderen Problemen. ------ Letzte Nacht bekam ich eine neue Meldung von Facebook wegen einer neuen Kampagne, Die App hatte ich war deinstalliert. Hat allerdings scheinbar trotzdem noch Anzeigen hoch geladen. Die Anzeige stammt definitiv nicht von mir und hat nun sehr viel kosten verursacht.

So far, this has been extremely helpful in simplifying our advertising. The reason we chose to use Shopify in the first place was the marketplace of useful apps. Unfortunately, the apps related to Advertising didn't really seem to be effective for us, so we learned to advertise via the native platforms (i.e. FB/IG, Google, etc.). Then, they kept changing and we couldn't keep up. Glad to have found AdScale, as they make it easy to stay current with your advertising. What I wasn't expecting was the Business Intelligence and Analytics that they provide. That is as helpful as the advertising platform itself. And lastly, the support has been very helpful in both understanding and optimizing the limited budgets that we're starting out with. Once we have figured out how to best use the system, we'll definitely move forward as their name suggests and SCALE! :)

1 sale for the month of March. I am literally burning money on ads with Rafael always offering to assist, but support queries can take time to be answered. I work with apps like Omnisend & Vitals (4500 5-star reviews) and they answer queries within an hour of the support request. Answering within an hour is certainly not expected from Adscale, but surely the brand can jack up its response time when accounts are struggling. It is actually dishonest leaving reviews on Shopify that are glowing, when your experience on the platform and ROAS has been the opposite.

When I signed up for the 14 day FREE TRIAL, I approached it with a healthy dose of skepticism (as any savvy business owner should, having had my fair share of rip-off merchants, who over promise and under deliver), so as an e-commerce business owner my social media marketing and advertising is critical to my success, and my facebook/meta and google advertising efforts have been hit and miss yet they manage to hit the bullseye when it comes to billing me. So my first call with Rafael, was a pleasant surprise. He was interested in learning about me and my business goals and very engaging and we developed a good rapport. Having lived in Israel for a year, I understand there are some fundamental cultural differences between Israeli culture and people and those from English speaking countries and cultures, which might equate to some of the negative reviews I have read here, which in opinion are nothing more than the cultural differences at play. As a Social Scientist, my year in Israel allowed me the unique experience of observing these cultural differences that play out in the way they express themselves and interact with others. For example, on first experience, someone from an English speaking background may find the Israeli comes across as pushy, arrogant, even argumentative, and in your face, when actually, its just the way they express themselves in their culture. There is a certain directness and transparency, and sincerity that you do not see in the business setting of English speaking cultures, or out in public, that is generally reserved for friends and family only. So with that understanding and experience in mind, Rafael won me over with his refreshing direct transparency that I noted immediately and I was made to feel comfortable and dare I even say it, 'trusting' of him, that I decided after that first call, I would go beyond the 14 days free trial and see how it goes for a month...I figured, I could always delete the app after the first month's payment and apply the tools I have learnt from that time, gleaning from Rafael's marketing strengths. But, oops he did iit again and for the second month running, I have decided to stick with Adsale for my Ad- Sales needs. Rafael has impressed me with his marketing knowledge, his knowledge of the Adscale tools and his willingness to teach me and explain things to me. He goes above and beyond adding value by suggesting great ideas outside of the scope of Adscale, to help make my life easier and improving my business which I greatly value and there's not price you can put on that level of customer service, and with a customer service training background, that really is priceless. So to wrap this I will add that I have seen the Adsale App bring new sales, turned previous website visitors into customers, and done what it set out to do...and its all verifiable in the app settings where you can see where your sales sources are coming from, and Rafael will go over that with you showing you how to 'read' your Adscale app page, which again, is priceless, cos let's face it, I'm sure we've all got a bunch of fancy apps on our Shopify website that we are under-utilising cos we simply don't know how to work it and finding great customer service and support is a rare thing indeed these days. So, it's early days yet, and this sort of App needs time to work its magic to really prove itself, so I have committed to giving it that time, and am choosing to stick with Adsale and with Rafael. I love that fact he always makes time for me in his busy schedule, and at hand to answer all my questions and concerns. Even when I challenge him, he willingly helps me through the struggle...and I appreciate that. I've got a little cultural difference in me too so I like that he can appreciate that when we engage. I believe Adscale will help me take my business to the next level. So I hope I have given a fair appraisal of the app and of Rafael who has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the treacherous waters of social media advertising. I will end by sharing this 'value for money comparison'. I received a quote recently for a social media marketer from my country (Australia) to run 2 email campaigns a month for me and wanted to charge me $65 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per month that's $650 per month for just 2 email campaigns? Which to be honest I can do myself using the Shopify marketing admin included in my subscription. I need help with the trouble shooting and problem solving stuff which is more complex. When I compare that price to the value I am getting for $299 per month with Adscale, its a no brainer and reduces the need for trouble shooting and problem solving as well and Rafael is always on hand to lend his wisdom and marketing knowledge above and beyond his duties which is priceless! And will continue to charge you until you uninstall the app. Took us a few days to figure out how to uninstall (app redirects to their page). Services were not useful for us, and software is not unique or add any significant value, lots of marketing speak with not a lot of actual function, also was charged for a year without using adscale services. Never offered a refund.

We installed the user friendly AdScale App nearly two months ago on our Shopify store. Although we had previously run our own advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google, we were never able to obtain acceptable return on ad spend (“ROAS”), with our won results consistently coming in below 100%. They have consistently delivered results, it's a great platform that you can easily work with yourself to create new ads and allow the algorithm to optimise it for best results, it's literally fool proof.
