I downloaded Mipler this morning after ChatGPT recommended it for the type of report that I was hoping to run quickly. I reached out to Mipler support via their chat option and immediately a developer responded, showed me a preview of the report, and 20 minutes later had the report completed and ready for me to run. I've never seen that type of response or level of support from an app developer. Really terrific.

Very nice reporting app that is relatively powerful. When there is something that is not natively available the support for any customisations or issues is very good and extremely responsive. The AI generation, both for report creation and report summarising, is also really useful. I also really like the scheduling tools to send email reports as these act as useful controls on our inventory.

Review this app - The app is hard. Feels unnecessarily complicated. It's hard to get numbers to match across different reports because there are so many filters and they're all so close to being the same. And year over year comparisons? That seems like a pretty basic reporting expectation that isn't easily supported by the app. The five report limit also feels way too limiting. That said, the support staff is very helpful and quick to respond, for which I'm very grateful. They get all the stars. Five stars to support, 1 to the app. That said, it just feels like I ought to be able to do more basic reporting without help.

Really like this app! We needed more in-depth reports to run our business, and so far we're happy with the ones from Advanced Reports. My only critiques are that it is not easy to build or edit your own reports, and that support has an overnight lag because of the time difference. Those things are outweighed though by how helpful they are- our guy, Sviat, is diligent about following up to make sure we are completely satisfied with the reports he builds for us, and that we understand the logic. Andrii answered me in a timely manner and I was able to fix my issue. I do not recall what the issue was as it was awhile ago. It could have been we were at our max of 10 custom reports and he explained that I needed to delete one and how to do it. I have chatted with Andrii a few times and he is alway so very helpful.

There is no better way to have a full understanding of your entire businesses financial standing when it comes to sales and more. The fact that you can easily automate any and all data to integrate with google sheets is just the icing on the cake. We create data sheets with ALL the data points that we could possibly want that update in real time and then build out extensive dashboards that once we have set, are always up to date and leave us more time for making decisions, instead of trying to understand our numbers. If you have a business, and you sell through shopify, this is the end all be all of financial data needs. We/I couldn't recommend them more and their customer support is excellent. If you read a bad review, it's most likely because they didn't understand what they had a got frustrated before taking the time to reach out or watch some videos.
