Only just started using this so can't comment on the accuracy of tracking or anything like that but what I can say is that It is very easy to install, took me around 5 minutes from start to finish. I was unsure if it was correct as it was so easy so booked a call within a day and they took me through everything. They also explained how it worked so I knew it was the right app for me as we have issue with our tracking and I wanted to know if this would be the right solution which it appears it is.

The app did not track conversions properly and the data was inconsistent with our Google Ads results. There are other apps that handle Google Ads and pixel tracking much better and more reliably. Support was also disappointing. When we encountered an issue, we were promised a 3-month refund, but only 2 months were issued and the commitment was not honored. The discussion went back and forth without resolution and ended up wasting a lot of time. Overall, the experience was frustrating and may lead to lost ad spend if tracking is not accurate. Merchants should be cautious before relying on this app for Google Ads tracking.

The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert. During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking. Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”

Initially this app appeared to function well. After 24 hours, however, our consent management provider (Consentmo GDPR) flagged that certain tags were firing before visitors had given consent. On review, I confirmed that the app sets all consent signals in the DataLayer to ‘granted’ by default. Correct implementation should leave these ungranted until the visitor accepts, at which point a consent update event is triggered. This misconfiguration resulted in reduced traffic data and broken Google Ads tracking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app.

I have never experienced support for a software tool such as this, it's superb. I have used AdNabu for a number of years and over that time Google have changed a lot of things. Whenever this happens and I contact support they have always been super quick to respond and have been very tenacious in getting the changes made in a timely manner. To anyone running post-purchase upsell apps and want to track your post-purchases properly, use Nabu. They send all post-purchase data under one transaction id to google, counting all values under one conversion value. You are my saving grace. I have spent at least 4 hours trying to get this set up properly. Shopify tech support, as well as 2 other apps could not help get things in order and tracking correctly. You solved the problem and patiently ensured everything was set-up properly. Shopify....this could have been easier if you would have just let me install one piece of lousy code.

Wir hatten nur Ärger mit der Verbindung mit Google Ads, und haben fast über ein Jahr lang mit Agenturen und anderen Freelance gekämpft. Seit der Integration des Apps und zwei ganz lieben Support hilfen , läuft es super stabil und es wird alles getrackt, wie es soll. Danke Ashwitha Nachtrag: Wir haen das App jetzt gut Zwei Monate am Laufen... und was soll ich sagen... ES IST EIN TRAUM!!! Alle Trackings sind stabil und werden ordentlich angezeigt. Die Werbung ist jetzt zielgerichteter und Google kann die Daten richtig verarbeiten. J'ai récemment rencontré des problèmes techniques frustrants avec mon compte, en particulier en essayant de créer un pixel après avoir souscrit à l'abonnement le plus cher. Malheureusement, j'ai perdu une heure précieuse à essayer de résoudre ce problème avec le service client. Malgré mes efforts et ma patience, la seule assistance que j'ai reçue était de "suivre un article" qui ne répondait pas vraiment à mes besoins spécifiques. J'espérais une aide plus personnalisée et proactive, surtout compte tenu de l'investissement dans un abonnement premium. Cette expérience a été décevante et j'espère que le service client pourra améliorer sa capacité à fournir des solutions plus concrètes et adaptées à l'avenir.

Installing the tracking for Google Ads is a huge pain! We use the AdNabu shopping feed for Google and it is a natural fit to use the correct tracking. Installing the pixels for correct tracking is way easier using AdNabu!

Does exactly what it needs to! I wish they gave you a heads up that you need a purchase for the pixel to start firing in Google ads, but that’s not their fault, justa suggestion. 5 stars all the way!
