Terrific app, especially for the price. Does exactly what we wanted it to do. Had an issue with our 3rd-party theme and they responded immediately. We had a fix within half an hour.

Zoom is no bigger than the original image. When you scan across the image the zoom box does not move with it. Support blames the size of the images as the problem. My images are fine. I sell art, going bigger is too much of a risk of theft. I do not recommend this product. For the same price I found a much better app.

I had issues due to the particular theme I was using (Supply). Emailed them about it and immediately received a response. They knew what was wrong and fixed it in less than 30 mins. 10/10 Service. The actual product itself works great as well.

I've used this app for several months and really like it. When I first installed it, I did have an issue on listings with multiple pictures, it would only zoom the first photo. I contacted them and they got it fixed ASAP. And I haven't had a bit of trouble since. Do remember when using it, you need to have a really good resolution photo to begin with, otherwise when it zooms in it doesn't enlarge much or looks grainy.

I had a problem with the app and was about to uninstall it, but I decided to stick with it to see if I can resolve the problem (the app worked only on 1 image per product page). They required access permissions on the back end to fix it. I dropped them an email and the response was within a couple of hours, and full resolution was same day. The app works great and the service was amazing. Highly recommend.

Excelente aplicación, tuve problemas al principio con la instalación por que tengo un tema de terceros, pero el soporte en menos de 20 minutos me respondió y me ayudo al instante, el mejor soporte que me han dado en Shopify ! La aplicación te da 3 tipos de zoom, con la posibilidad de configurar y/o personalizar cada uno, eso es mucho mas a lo que ofrecen otros plugins, su zoom tipo "window" me encanta. I love the app. At first I coulnd't get it to work properly with my theme, so I contacted them. Within minutes Soner contacted me back and solved it immediately. It all took less than 15 minutes. Thanks Soner. I will install the app on my other store as well. I recommend this app for stores that are using a theme which doesn't have the zoom in feature built in.

Holy Moly!! This is the deal now :D It took me 5x longer to test out & decide what width to make my lens setting than to install this thing. I have a custom (non Shopify) theme & it clicked in immediately. And...it still allows for clicking image to just see the picture larger, which is the original/only zoom option for my theme. (That's great as a second option, but not what I really wanted & not as good as my old theme.) Only note: sometimes it takes a second for it to kick in on a page. I added cool crystal/rock specimens to my shop this year...now clients can see them in great detail in my updated shop theme. Can you even beat the price, too? Installed less than 10 minutes ago...Woo Hoo & Thank You!

It is an Okay app. Installation was very simple. The features are wonderful. However, I cannot get it to work the way the demo shows. I had high hopes for this because it looks really good. So I gave it about 20 minutes troubleshooting but to no avail. I thought it was my Windows version. No, it wasn't. I used it on several different computers (mac, windows 10, 8, and 7). I would prefer an App that works as described soon as I install it..

I purchased the product zoom app from Nulls.Net, it was easy to install it in my Shopify store, my site is up and running smooth! I am using a custom template for my Shopify store so initially there was a small bug with the way the zoom app functioned within my particular template, but I just reached out to the Nulls helpdesk and they had everything adjusted perfectly in less than 24 hours. I was a bit hesitant about this app as they had no reviews at all. But, I decided to give these guys a try and I have to say it was the best decision I've made. Their all in one product zoom app is the best zoom app on shopify. And here's why: 1). Lightning fast response from Soner in Turkey- sent an email at 7.53pm and received a response at 8.07pm!!! 2). 3 different types of zoom- Window, Inner (default for mobile view), and Lens (circle/square) 3). Doesn't lag the store 4). Loads pretty fast 5). The best zooming effects I've seen to date for the 'window' zoom option 6). Pricing is good and fair for a product zoom app 7). 3 days trial is good enough to test the app out on your site as the response time is lightning fast. 8). Best customer service 9). Solved an issue I had under 8 hours from first email sent regarding the zoom not working properly on a mobile device. Here's what happened. The problem: I was not able to scroll further down the product page, and I was stuck on the product image itself on a mobile device. The reason why this happened was the theme that I was using (brooklyn theme) had it's product images to a slider with full width on a mobile view as the default. The solution I wanted and received: Set the 'window' zoom option for the desktop and disable the zoom for mobile. 10). Never judge an app by its "no reviews", it turns out they're the underdogs and the winner in my books. Warmest Regards, Nikki
