Look elsewhere if you want an app you can rely on. We've seen signs of increased unreliability with strange behaviour and technical glitches for some time now. On Tuesday all order imports from and tracking updates pushed to Amazon failed completely, and the app interface would not load at all. We've not been able to get any meaningful response from customer service, and eventually had to help ourselves through reinstalling the app... which lost all settings and required us to set everything back up again from scratch. After this, however, the automatic order sync is still not working... and we have to manually check for new orders and trigger the imports. The complete lack of service/assistance during such a critical incident is simply unacceptable.

Have gone through rough patches lately with support and product function, but after some debugging it appears to be running as intended - and then not... this program is a real crap shoot. I cannot give it a higher rating until they work their system bugs. Very unstable and unreliable right now. Support is very slow in advising on updates and/or fixes. Will review over the coming weeks and revise if necessary.

Could not get it to work with amazon because I am not a brand owner. It should work out of the box and it didnt, more down to Amazons complicated restrictions, which I have informed Amazon about. I am sure the app would work fine if the restrictions were not so complicated. Amazon do not accept Printify. It is treated as a brand. So any product that is sent to amazon has to be approved and I was declined. I was asked to provide pictures of each item. So you have to sign up for the Amazon Brand registry and register a trademark.

03/21/2026: This app could be great if it has better support and prompt response with issues. Waiting for over 5-6 weeks and still don't have any solution for theyr system/technical problems. This app could be good if Harvey and Keterson could be prompt in responding to support questions. We are stuck for days with questions and not knowing how to fix the issues. I was asked to remove my bad and frustration reviews before. This time, I would warn everyone to beware. Give yourself a week to time if you want support or have questions, and are willing to wait until they get back to you. 2/16/26: We scheduled a call with support 5 days in advance and no-showed. No response on the chat.

This App is a great feature for synchronizing shopyfi products with the Amazon marketplace. From scratch it is not easy to set all by Amazon required parameters into a feasible order but it is much more easy using the CS Amazon App. I would like to emphasize on the much appreciated help given by Common Service. They do anything to guide starters through that Amazon maze. You talk to friendly persons... not to a chatbot.

I searched for this app in Shopify and it automatically downloaded without my clicking "approve". I clicked "cancel" instead and closed the window and it is sitting there, operational and ready to bill me. Now I will uninstall this app because that is pretty scary. VERY long arms there, Amazon.

I've tried many different apps to sync my Shopify products with Amazon and this by far is my favorite. It's easy to understand, provides a lot of customizations I can set up by using their rules feature along with frequent real time inventory updates pushed to Amazon. The only improvement I would caution about is Order syncing. At times, I have to manually push them through to Shopify when I receive an order notification from Amazon that's not showing up in Shopify. Once I click the sync button in the app, it comes through fine. I can live with that because the trade off is a very smooth and stress-free experience. Thanks

I paid $150 for this app and completed a Zoom walkthrough where I was assured my Amazon listings would sync with Shopify. Despite going through every product with support and being told it would be fixed, my Amazon store still shows zero inventory and nothing is syncing. It's been weeks, and this has been a complete disaster! This app has caused me more stress than anything else in my business lately. Switching to another integration now feels like starting over completely. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste time, money, and lose sales while waiting for support that doesn’t follow through.

Great App and amazin customer support! Immediate reply and willingness to help and resolve any issues or problems you may have. I currently have Basic plan with Amazon Europe conencted to my Shopify Store. Everythnig works flawlessly and my orders are pulled from Amazon Europe stores (Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium) at the moment. Harvey from Support Team was EXCELLENT! responded to me at 3:30am (I had to stay up and work late to get all my work done). No company out there would do that for you- at least I never had such luck. I explained my issue that I wanted to connect Amazon Ireland store and Haarvey took care of that right away over Chat!!! I rarelyu leave reviews but these guys deserve it and so much more. This app sent a cancelled order to Amazon for fulfillment after I downloaded the trial. The app never worked to set Shopify products fulfilling at Amazon with a new location or stock quantities. Customer service was very slow to respond and not helpful.

Ich fange gerade erst an die APP zu nutzen, aber muss sagen sie bietet alles was man braucht. Ich würde sie jedoch nicht unbedingt kleinen Händlern mit wenig Erfahrung empfehlen, da die Einstellungen recht umfangreich sind und Anfänger "überfordern". Wenn man Ahnung im E-Commerce hat und eine gute, kostengünstige APP mit vielen Möglichkeiten sucht, ist sie sehr gut. Für unsere Umstellung von FBA auf FBM genau richtig! Der Support ist auch sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar.

Haben jetzt 4 Wochen versucht unsere Schnittstelle umzubauen auf Grund von Änderungen bei uns und Amazon mit zwei verschiedenen Apps. Diese App haben wir als drittes ausprobiert und zack nach ca. 48 Stunden waren die Artikel gelistet. Klar gab es auch zwischen durch Probleme, wie zum Beispiel bei einem Feld, welches von Amazon nicht akzeptiert wurde auf Grund eines ungültigen Formates. Chat-Support angeschrieben und es hat keine 6 Stunden gedauert und der Fehler war behoben! Also ganz klare Empfehlung für die App!

I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. UPDATE app is down on shopify side.. can't access to settings anymore since more than 1 month.. asked for support on website and support site and i didn't got any reply in 20 days.. and i pay the 89$ package with VIP live support... i'm not satisfied at all ----------------------------- I'm using this to sync Shopify with Amazon i already know CommonServices as i come from Prestashop and was using their module.. on Prestashop i had a lot of problems with the module and the support was not so fast... here it's look like they are supporting better.. also the app for shopify is much more better than the prestashop one.. 5 stars for now

11/30 Update: Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs with this app and support hasn't been able to fix a color map syncing issue for over 2 weeks and has basically stopped trying. I'm left with over 4k amazon search suppressed listings because of it. I will update my review if the issue is resolved between now and when my subscription renews. I can't continue to pay a monthly fee if my listings aren't being seen. 5 Star App & Service! Keterson and Harvey have been tremendously helpful and walked me through creating models, mapping, and providing an Amazon template guide with definitions. I have been intimidated with listing on Amazon for years, but now I have the right tools and support to get my products listed in time for the holidays thanks to this app and expert team. I am so excited to finally be able to post products without getting numerous errors, such as search suppressed and missing offer. Many, many thanks!

It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it! Thanks for all the time and help from tech support and keeping this app up to date and functioning seamlessly; it really saves a lot of stress!

Wow, this app is a LIFE SAVER! We have really low shipping rates on Shopify that beat Amazon so shipping Amazon orders from Shopify saves us so much money! This app does it for you. It was seamless set-up and when I needed help Harvey helped in a snap! The other feature I love is you can set rules, for example I can mark-up my products sold from my store on Amazon by a certain % to help cover cost of Amazon fees and shipping. Brilliant!

I am using Amazon Integration Plus to sync my Amazon with Shopify store, so FBM can be fulfilled in all one place. When I set up the connection, the orders transferred across smoothly. I then had some issues around not knowing how to get the rules up and going, but reached out to the customer service team who jumped on a call with me straight away. When this app works, it works well to do the things we need. But the app frequently fails to automatically sync orders from Amazon to Shopify, requiring manual attention and intervention. Support is usually responsive in writing back to say that an issue will be looked into, but this particular issue has been ongoing for months without resolution. Other reviews confirm that this issue is not limited to our account. Another tip: during setup, watch that you don't accidentally allow the app to overwrite all of your existing Amazon listings. This happened to us, and we are still correcting product details.

I haven't found a way to import all of my Amazon orders, in one single swoop, but their support was very responsive, and they are working on this issue diligently. All good for now. I'll report back here, if "page by page" continues to be the only way to import orders from AZ....but for now, the app seems to be doing what it should. Here we are, end of April, 2024. I like the app, but it is lacking one major feature. After it imports an Amazon order, it never updates the tracking status. So, all of your Amazon orders that this app imported, will remain "Unfulfilled", unless you manually update each one yourself. They love to tell me there's nothing they can do about that, which is a bogus response. They pull the AZ orders in, then I may fulfill some (or all) on AZ or in Shipstation...but since this app pulled them in, they will never show fulfilled within Shopify. Sorry, but that's a show-stopper to me.

This app has a LOT of features, and you have a LOT of control over how your products and orders sync compared to other apps on the market. BUT the app stops working from time to time and does not import the orders, so if you have to constantly check amazon everyday to make sure orders got shipped out. I've reached out to support multiple times and I never get a response back and they NEVER notify you when the sync stops working. I originally gave them a 4 star but now I am changing it to a 1 star and looking to get off the app.

I would rate this app higher but it is largely misleading. You're given a free trial, but the free trial is used up before you can use the app. I was chargers over $40.00 before I could even sync my store to Amazon. Once I synced my store my products would not sync. It isn't a free trial if it takes 2 weeks to be approved to sell on the app.

Sometimes orders do not import and other issues happen then their support does not respond for over a week or more with reply's that are not relevant. Then you have to wait another week when you reply back within minutes. If they can get back to the way they were prior would be a good app. For now I am un-installing! *** So far so good! Il y a malheuresement toujours un problème sur cette application. Si ce n'est pas la synchronisation de l'inventaire, c'est l'importation des commandes ou bien l'envoi des numéros de suivi. Mon compte Amazon a été bloqué plusieurs fois pour cause d'envois trop tardifs...et en fait l'envoi était fait dans les temps mais l'app n'avais pas confirmé l'envoi à Amazon et je ne reçois aucune alerte en cas d'erreur ou de panne. Franchement cela prend beaucoup de temps et d'énergie, on se retrouve bloqué ou pénalisé, donc certes le prix est abordable mais il ne faut prévoir 20% de temps à dépenser sur la gestion quotidienne de l'app.

Right now it is not receiving orders from Amazon even when prompted manually through the actions-operations-receive orders from Amazon process. Its been down this time for about 24 hours so far. The app in the last month has had many bugs and the customer service that is being provided is slow, not effective (canned responses) and sometimes non existent. We have used this app for over a year and it used to work perfect. Around a month ago new items with matching SKU's on Amazon and Shopify would not sync inventory or product info. In the last two weeks the app had further problems and this lead to most of our catalog with matching SKU's to not sync products or Inventory. This has lead to us manually adjusting inventory on Amazon and Shopify. After around 8 emails and multiple weeks attempting to get the issue resolved, we have reached our breaking point and will need to change to a new app. Be weary of this app and be aware there may be problems. The other reviews below are accurate and we could not put our Amazon business at risk due to app issues. Think twice before choosing this app.

Any application, no matter how feature rich or flexible, is only as good as support that comes with it. Well, for Amazon Integration Plus, the support used to be decent but lately it went down the drain. I have several cases opened, the oldest is almost for two month. The issues keep piling up. I can’t get a response from support on any on them. Not peep. Very frustrating. Perhaps it is time to look for an alternative app.

Just an incredibly frustrating experience. I have been holding off switching apps due to the amount of work it has taken us to set up Amazon integrations and the work involved in find the right one that works with what we are doing. Enough is enough, especially considering the magnitude of this new malfunction. The hardest part during all the glitches is the lack of communication; the app will simply stop working without any notice, leaving us with no idea that orders did not get received/synced, or that tracking information did not get relayed back to Amazon - essentially requiring constant oversight with the Amazon account to assure all tracking data has been sent and orders are syncing (big part of what the app is supposed to take away). As other reviews have pointed out, after the glitch has been fixed, we'd just get a popup with an apology notice. This happened a number of times, all without notice. Would have been really helpful to have an e-mail sent informing us that the app had gone down and to be on the lookout for orders. Very disappointing to have an experience like this. When I try to login to the app now to manually sync orders, I cant even get into the dashboard (just shows a long list of code). Not sure what the issue is but it doesn't look good. I reached out to the app developer yesterday and have heard nothing thus far. Not an area where we can just sit and wait.

You must stay away from this app! I have used this for over 2 years. Worked great until last Summer. Completely stopped working for several weeks. Eventually was somewhat working again and in the last 2 months completely stopped again. Orders do not sync, shipping does not sync, inventory does not sync. I see errors in the logs "Developer is blocked from calling these apis". Even worse, they will never respond to any emails or tickets. They can offer an explanation here, but trust me this is a bad app. I have reported it directly to shopify as well as it is costing customers money.

The app's hard to use, but it gets easier over time if you're okay with tech (if you're not, choose something simpler). The main issue is that the product syncing to Amazon has been broken for 2 weeks straight now. While trying to contact customer support there has been no response from them on when the app will be fixed or anything else to let customers know that the app will be usable. Would not recommend using this app unless you enjoy being kept in the dark with unreliable customer support.

Love the app in how it handles inventory and order management. This is the 1st time in 6 years (5 yrs using other apps) we had ZERO oversells during the Christmas rush because of how it kept our inventory in sync (with other marketplaces pulling from our inventory as well). We use Amazon shipping, and it syncs back to marking the orders fulfilled in Shopify seamlessly. I found customer service very responsive with clear answers to questions and support.

I used this App for over a year paying $29 a month. Had issues at the beginning and support tech named Olivier would fix it right away. Now over the past month inventory wasn't syncing with new items listed on Amazon. I put in a ticket a some new guy answers and asks a question. I would reply and then no answer. A week went by and I put in a new ticket and he would ask a question again and I would reply. Then I wouldn't hear from him again. At this point I'm getting frustrated. I put in another ticket and he asked another question again and I replied. Again no answer from him. Over 1 month of this goes by. Great app for listing Shopify's products on all Amazon marketplaces. The app might seem a bit complicated to newbies at first, but hey, Amazon is complicated with all its defaults. After everything was running reasonably well again, two months ago I had a total meltdown: all the matching groups suddenly disappeared and there was no help from support, no backup! So I was forced to recreate all matching groups :-( I can't imagine I was the only one with this problem either. Well, because of all the hassle, I'll take off 2 stars for now

We had serious problems with this app this last month. The automation for the importation of orders didn't work on multiple occasions and we have not been informed. That did cause a lot of trouble with Amazon cause we didn't fulfill some orders that have not been imported. We had to check the app on a daily base to be sure that everything works. If someone uses this app and checks manually on a daily base it will work.

This app has cost my company hundreds if not thousands of €. While their customer support (Keterson) does his best to help, it is beyond hopeless when he is trying to help you with a program which is completely broken. For the past 6 weeks now orders import to shopify spontaneously. I have contacted support endlessly to no avail, just told they're doing updates, which is highly unacceptable on any live app. Sometimes orders don't import, it means orders on Amazon don't get shipped on time and badly affect our account health. Sometimes orders import days / weeks later, after the order has already been manually imported. Its impossible for staff to know this and so they go ahead and pack a duplicate order. I would advise anybody against using it if there is any other program out there whatsoever which can do similar functions, inevitably you will find this app is far, far more expensive when you have accounted for the mess it leaves your business in.

I installed Amazon integration plus to connect my Shopify store to my Amazon , at first it looked complicated but after a one- on- one training I got from Keterson , It was quite easy to understand it and work with it , the App is excellent and connects the the Shopify inventory to Amazon while adjusting and filling up all the necessary fields on Amazon in order to support the requirements from Amazon’s side . The support I got from Keterson was awesome, he gave me an excellent on boarding training and afterwards kept in touch and helped in solving some issues that I encountered. In General i recommend this app for anyone who wants to have a simple way to export their Shopify to Amazon - since Amazon’s requirements are complicated and the listing process on Amazon is somewhat frustrating , the close support I from Keterson had gave me the ability to list on Amazon fast and almost without errors - thank you Keterson !

I have tried many apps and this one is the best one so far. It's cheaper than the others, and you can connect multiples accounts with different sellers' accounts. It can automatically update inventory stocks and update shipping information. The app has a very good users interface, even though it's hard to understand at first. The developers are always ready to answer all your questions and even have live meetings with you to guide you through everything step by step. One thing they could add: The shipping rates should be synced from Amazon FBA and need to setup manually right now.

I'd give 1/2 a star if I could, customer service is literally nowhere to be found and it looks like we're going to be penalized by Amazon for not fulfilling order orders in time - because we pay for an app that doesn't work. The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! I have been really struggling to list our MissBliss.UK clothing products on Amazon, and tried all sorts, including direct Amazon bulk imports, Manually creating the listings, trying other apps as well. This is the ONLY app that worked for me, despite my dress products being 'simple' to list. The app is very powerful, and allows all sorts of mappings and rules to be setup. it caters for multiple countries to be setup as well. However the best thing has to be the support. Their guy Keterson gave me one-2-one call and made sure i had everything correct, as well as show me in great detail all the other things i could do. Trust me, I have tried many apps, and the level of support varies. Amazon Integration Plus support has far exceeded my expectations and provided an enormous amount of guidance. Brilliant!!

An incredibly powerful app that is highly recommended. When shopify first announced they were discontinuing the Amazon sales channel, like many, we panicked and immediately started looking at alternative solutions. After testing 2-3 apps, we quickly learned that Amazon Integration Plus is by far the best and also happened to be the most affordable. The things this app is able to do are absolutely incredible. On top of that, they have great and very responsive customer support (Shout to Keterson for all the help!). The only minor drawback with this app is that it is a bit technical and has a longer learning curve which less technical savvy individuals may find difficult, but more technical people would really enjoy due to the increidble options it offers. So far so good! Only been a few hours, but so far this app has far exceeded my expectations. We were victims of the Shopify purge of their free link to Amazon. Put my Amazon account of vacation for several weeks and really wasn't looking forward to dealing with the fallout. But within minutes of installing this app, all my counts were sync'd and correct. Just tried an order on Amazon an it appeared correctly in Shopify. And a bonus, this app does a few things that I badly needed. All of my inventory is in a physical store, so I have always wanted to stop selling on Amazon when I have 2 or less on hand. This App does that for you! Also, I cannot sell certain vendors online, but can in my physical store. This App takes care of that issue as well! I will be testing for a couple days to make sure everything is good...but so far everything is great!

Best Amazon App for a Shopify Integration. It just works and works well! We can sync all amazon orders into our usual shipping workflow through Shopify, which is exactly the solution we needed. Set up was a breeze and after using it for over a month I would definitely recommend it to others. The front end may not look as streamlined as some of the others (I think I've tried them all at this point.) But Codisto and one other had severe issues during setup and we could never get them working properly even after talking to support.

After several days using this product, I have not seen even one product added to my store Amazon, although its logs show that several hundred were successfully sent. When I wrote to support to ask for help resolving this (request below), here is a sample of the condescending and/or factually inaccurate statements that were made: 1. Regarding this blog post (https://blog.common-services.com/post/prestashop-ean-barcodes-and-marketplaces) with PrestaShop in the URL and making up half the content of the post: "No the topic is not about PrestaShop, this is an e-commerce topic, general." Please. Argue with your users who are asking for support. 2. In the same response to my original support request: "In paying plan, we also do provide special assistance to help you to export your products without hassle." I selected a paying plan. I have no control over being forced into a 30-day trial. I would happily pay the $19.99 fee in order to resolve the issues I'm having getting products from my Shopify store to Amazon. So I was frustrated by this statement, since I can't do anything to make time move faster. So please. Increase the frustration of the user who is asking for support. 3. In response to my follow-on request (below), "Barcodes are the sole property of GS1 company." This statement is factually untrue. GS1 is a standards board who licenses barcode prefixes to companies who can use them or license them to sellers. So please. Give inaccurate information to make your user, who is asking for support because they are frustrated, feel even more frustrated and even helpless. I purchased mine from Bar Codes Talk, who is listed as a licensee by GS1. They may or may not have acted in good faith when they issued mine to me; I am pursuing that matter separately. But this support agent's lack of support continued 4. And the straw that broke this camel's back, the support agent sent me this jaw-dropper: "Before we are talking further, could you follow the rules and the laws?" Please. Accuse a user of criminal behavior when they are (1) following the rules and the laws, (2) acting in good faith, and (3) asking you for help. Meanwhile, my questions have not been answered. - What do I need to do (beyond assigning UPC codes) to get my products to export properly to Amazon? - Why does the Scheduler tab show that products exported successfully, even though there is no change whatsoever to my inventory at Amazon? I'm completely dissatisfied and, quite frankly, incredibly angry. This product did give any value to me, and in fact, sucked up a great deal of time and energy that I could have used much more productively. My original support request: I'm on the trial period of the Amazon app on Shopify. The record on the Actions / Scheduler tab shows warnings on every single item (7,594 of them). Because these aren't errors, they don't appear on the Feeds or Failures tab. These products are not in my inventory at Amazon, so it's like they just didn't go anywhere. What do I need to do to get these items to export properly? From my follow-up, after touching on the provider from whom I licensed my UPC codes: Here's another mystery: the products I added UPC codes to say in the dashboard that they were successfully exported to Amazon. However, they do not appear in the dashboard at Amazon Seller Central, and the product counts have not changed. The Offer Counts on the dashboard in Shopify match the counts on Seller Central. So how do we "successfully" export 80 offers without the count increasing?

We installed this app 3 days ago since Shopify's Amazon channel is being deprecated. About 25% of the Amazon orders that this app has imported into Shopfiy have been duplicated, some orders that it imported it went ahead and marked as fulfilled even though we haven't fulfilled them, SKUs aren't syncing or aren't showing up in the app even though they exist in our Amazon store. We've reached out to their support email and they initially responded after several hours but it's been more than a day now since we've gotten a follow up and we've sent multiple tickets (one for each issue we see). They haven't been able to resolve a single issue so far. It's a mess!

I had this installed for two weeks. The app does unexpected things such as updating images on Amazon listings that you've not linked by sending your Shopify images to it. It also started creating skus for things I had not selected, and listing them for sale on Amazon automatically. I had not linked Amazon Mexico, but it started creating live listings within Mexico and listing them for sale. Unexpected behavior is a death knell to an Amazon account. I had not set these things up within the app, and there were no options in the feeds panel (where it was coming from) to stop it. When I asked Olivier over support how to make these things stop, how to unlink Mexico if I have never linked it, and how to make it stop updating images, he told me that these things were not happening and I had nothing to worry about. That's when I uninstalled. I don't write a lot of reviews, but staring at the warning on my Amazon main panel that my account is in danger of being shut down because of all the Merchant Fulfilled orders I had to cancel prompted me to warn others. This app could result in a loss of your account.

Super-difficult to install so i gave up. i singed with an expert they recommended called Common-Service. I paid in advanced. Booked a meeting. Waited 3 days for that meetongday... 40 minutes before the meeting they come back to me and say that they dont understand a question i had so they Canceled everything. Im now 15minutes from when the meeting should have started and NOTHING I lost 4 days including trying to install it myself. my patiens is gone. And again this this softwarebusiness is proven to be a joke If your not a computer expert.. look for another program

After 30 days of using this app, here is the GOOD and BAD. We needed integration to various Amazon marketplaces, including FBA and FBM, and be able to sync it all to Shopify main store for orders tracking and inventory The app provides many features that cover that and probably a lot more, but we were not able to get to them due to lack of any on-boarding assistance, meaningful support and extremely long response time on an average that took a day or more. In other words, you pretty much on your own. ________________________________________________________________________________ ***PROS*** - Integration (see CONS) with Amazon various international and domestic markets. - Orders imported seamlessly to Shopify for FBM or from FBA fulfillments. - SKU matching seamless for inventory tracking in Shopify. - Ability to turn On/Off sync between app and Amazon per each marketplace. Handy when nothing works and you got many items stuck in limbo. ***CONS*** - You are on your own. Let me repeat that - You are on your own. - There is no on-boarding help. None, zero. - Real Support Response time regardless of published notes are as such: Tomorrow. That's the best estimate. Maybe day after tomorrow if your ticket magically does not get assigned to the one and only support rep we ever encountered. So the same guy. - In case of emergency if you have hundreds of SKU's in trouble on Amazon there will be no phone support, chat support, remote support or anything else you are imagining to be standard as of 2021. - Integration with Amazon various marketplaces has number of nuances that has to do with SKU matching and ability to track FBA inventory, but you are not going to know that until you deep in. For example, in North America we are still trying to figure out how to track FBA inventory in Canada and USA, since they are under North America Unified Accounts. We are afraid to even think of Europe with many more markets. 7 days emailing (1 email per day) and no resolution to this with support agent (that same guy). Every day you get a new statement that contradicts yesterday's statement. We wait until tomorrow to get a response to yesterday question. I figure another month or so and we get one paragraph of useful help. I am sure the problem could have been solved in about 10min via chat, remote or phone call. ________________________________________________________________________________ Hopefully by now you are catching the drift of how this works here. If you have a small store (few SKU's) and really good with programming, database and clear understanding of the flow of data or you like exciting midnight surprises with mission critical software, then this is for you. We actually have most of it covered and still in trouble. If you like to have someone walk you through the process and fine tune what is shown in general video to work for your store, then you are in trouble too. I like to be fair and offer real assessment. I am not afraid to work with company that has one guy that covers it all. But I cannot stand when employees or owners do not take customer's problems personally and seriously and do not care to get involved to see it completely through. "That's not my problem attitude" how good business or software gets in trouble. Take this review at your own risk for all its worth.

Mr. Keterson, in my view is a credit to this profession, he's patient, considerate, and inspirational in his approach to helping clients. He walked me through setting up the product information to facilitate correct labeling and setting up products in the prescribed categories according to Amazon criteria. Some of the instructions were a bit confusing to me, as a novice using the Amazon platform, for instance, sizing and coloring rules and "requirements" needed to compete the set-ups. For a novice , I felt some of the instructions took for granted I had more experience than I had; I could have benefited from more detailed explanations, which the Support person calmly provided. My over all opinion , is since so many people are opening up Online businesses who come to this new medium with little to no experience, this App needs to consider this, and make the tutorials and instructions more detailed with examples that are rudimentary . Assume you are taking to a four year old, explaining how to make cookies. However, you do provide an excellent support staff to accommodate those of us who are still trying to crawl before we run.

We are using this app for the last couple of months. We switched from another app because they were too slow to add connection to new marketplaces. Maybe because I was used to another interface, it took me around 1 week to get used to this app. Even though it took time to get used to, the app worked very good from the beginning. I learned about some options and functions in the following days. The customer service is also top quality. I always received replies quickly and problems have been solved, except one case but we concluded that the problem is not due to the app.

Not ready for Prime time or Business at any scale... We started out great with this plugin. Super helpful support, but as time went on, developers would make changes to how orders were imported (without notice), stuff would fail and support took well over 24 hours. This plugin and team are not up to the task of supporting businesses with any significant volumes. I suggest you search elsewhere for more capable and reliable services before risking your Amazon account with these guys.

The app is great. easy to synchronise products to multiple Amazon Accounts at one place with just a simple select. The app actually doesn't have any Problem but if you don't understand anything they are there to help you out. their 30 days free trials is like 60 days free trials. because after the 30 days they won't charge you they charge at the end of second month. all Features are availlable during the free trials. what may be a Problem is that during product matching make sure you match your product with the correct Amazon product. i made a mistake and i matched my products with wrong products i had almost 20 - 30 orders on the day i conected the app to Amazon. i was not having those products in my shop but i later found them on Aliexpress.. it was a good mistake i think. Make sure you know how selling on Amazon works. Don't synchronise more products on Amazon if you don't have enough start up capital.. just imagine pushing all your products to Amazon...The next day you will wake up and see 1000 orders if you don't have money what do you do? also read Amazon selling policy so that you will not blindly synchronise a Prohibited product to Amazon. You may need Barcodes GS1 or applied GS1 exemption to list your own products else use product matching. There Videos to guide you synchronise your products

App works as mentioned and price is relatively reasonable. I had some big troubles early on importing products lacking UPC as well as certain variants not being coded properly. An agent with the app helped me get everything straight and now all my listings are publishing perfectly. Now, this process took 20ish days to fully resolve. My rep was in contact with me often, but I never felt like it was not going to be resolved or worked on diligently. I am pretty satisfied with that service. Since the upload completed 2 days ago I have netted 6 additional sales. Since starting with the app I have added an additional 40 sales and ship all orders through Shopify. Probably a customer for life on this one.

If you have questions or run into an issue, they will help you figure out any obstacle. Unlike other customer service centers, where you are connected to numerous representatives and often have to explain the problem over and over, either because you have to call more than once or because no one knows how to resolve the issue, so transfer you from one person to another, they don't do that! someone else, My representative Olivier was amazing! I never had to explain my problem more than once and only dealt with him. He is highly knowledgeable and understands all aspects of the App, Shopify, and Amazon. He has patience and can clearly explain how to solve a problem. He also offered advice regarding Amazon approvals. Finally, he made changes to the app, so that my brands and variants would upload correctly. If that wasn't enough, the app consistently adds new features to make it even better. Without this app, I don't think we would have been able to list our products on Amazon at all! It really seems to do everything we would need it to. Although the interface is a bit confusing at first, there are plenty of guides/FAQs/videos included that helped us figure out how to get things set up. Additionally, the customer support is EXCELLENT and is really what sets this apart from most other apps: Olivier really goes above and beyond to help you out if you reach out with a question about how to achieve something, and he even made tweaks to the app based on some issues we were running into with the app and even added in extra functionality (like background image removal!). He also extended our free trial until we were able to get the app working as we needed to.

I have been using Amazon for over 10 years and have found it extremely difficult to maintain this with my Shopify Store. This app will really help keep things up to date. You need to commit and ask for help, and wait for the answer from Olivier and then implement, and if it doesn't work ask again. Amazon is huge and different product types have different requirements, so spend a little time, and Olivier will help you upload your products. The system will then stay updated as you edit your Shopify site. Olivier lives in the East so the time zones are a little out, but he always replies and gives advice. Stick with it!! And you will find it makes your life easier!

We have enjoyed using the Amazon Integration Plus app to manage our Amazon channel. We were looking for a scalable way to apply rules for offer prices and inventory, and manage syncs and uploads. So far so good, and the whole setup was easy to get acquainted with. I have encountered random errors and exceptions to the functions we have implemented which would tempt me to bring down my overall rating. However, Olivier has been excellent with customer service and resolving our issues. Other apps utilize customer service reps that often don't understand the technical minutiae being conveyed; so being able to correspond with a knowledgeable developer who "gets it" counts for a lot with us. As some US shops have noted, this app is managed in Europe so the response to queries is not immediate, but is always consistent and is not something that has hampered us. Definitely worth a try; the free trial period is sufficient to test whether their integration system and support will work for you.

This application is very powerful and customizable. These developers were very thoughtful when they developed this app to be customizable to the needs of your business and their customer support is fantastic for when you run into any problems. If all you want is Amazon orders pulled into shopify with purchase fulfillment and cancellation integration, but and want to keep prices, inventory, and taxes in Shopify and Amazon separate - you can do that with this app! However, if you want a really in-depth integration with pricing rules, currency conversion, and listing detail syncing, you can have that as well! This application does so many things that it can look overwhelming at first, but it was designed very intuitively when you take the time to understand it. Their help section is great, and customer service is very responsive and works to understand your needs. My recommendation to the consumer: Figure out what you want your Amazon and Shopify integration to look like and then setup the app to do that (it will do it!). Don’t turn on the switches and click random buttons without knowing what they do! Be thoughtful about your setup and it will be very rewarding. To the company: I think it would be helpful to have an instructional video/tutorial guiding the setup process from start to finish or even break the videos up into sections. If you want an app that sells YOUR products on Amazon for you this is the app you want. 100% needs to be made easier to use but I believe this will happen going forward. I have tried the others but this is by far superior to them in every way. Support is good, a little slow at times but Olivier is fantastic and understands your needs, Just remember timezones! Read the tutorials as much as you can, set rules and watch your profits skyrocket :)

I can't confirm the experience Kirana und Red Star had. The app works fine for us. It is much simpler than others I have tested. I had contact to the developer and he extended the logic for the inventory rules which I really appreciate. I plan to stay with the app as long as Amazon.de is not officially supported by Shopify.
