Excellent customer support! I had an error with the Amazon Channel - CED, and their team was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. They took the time to understand the problem, guided me through the solution, and got everything working properly. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Be Careful With This app..... BIG TIME SCAM So I was trying to use this app to expand my market and sell on amazon but they ask me to pay nice amount of money to list my products using their app. I didn't use their app at all and than i find out they are charging me monthly fees without my consent or without sending me any email or receipt. Now i found out they asking me to pay the recent amount and than they will see if they can process my refund or not. but they are not talking about my last few months refund which they charge me just to download their app. Now I don't know if I should keep this app until this resolved and get charge again or what to do because they are not replying well.

CEDCommerce has worked very well for us syncing Amazon orders to our Shopify store. The support team has been very helpful with answering questions, custom rules and settings, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

"Free 50 orders/month; $0.2/order" This is false. There's absolutely nothing free about this app. You can't access ANY pages of the app or view the settings available without paying for a plan.

I've just gone through a CED commerce implementation for Shopify-->Amazon and I find the tool and support to be excellent. Mannu just assisted me through a complex feature of my integration and his support was excellent. Prompt, professional, knowledgable, and addressed the issue. I highly recommend this solution.
