This is a very powerful app with lots of features that can transform the marketing of our products in an online store. The 3D visualizer is very rich and once figured out can set your store apart from the rest. The learning curve to ensure the right 3d model, textures, options, etc. can be steep - but Mael, John, and the team have been there to help us. They also offer the service to create 3D models and set up the store. Since we decided to develop the 3D model ourselves, it took a few weeks to learn, explore and set up the full potential of this platform. But we are very pleased with the features, the loading speed, and the customization options of this app. This may not be an app that can be set up in a day. Our recommendation is to take time to understand the app, try it out with the 'sample bag' model, figure out how and what you want in your store, and set up the app step by step with your product - you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic app to showcase our bathroom furniture. We were looking for some tech to show in 3D where a customer can chose a size and colour of vanity unit and then select a countertop basin to see how it looks on top of the vanity before they buy it. Maël and the guys took the challenge and I am delighted with the result. Pricing wise they were very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Angle 3D are excellent!

Really very disappointed with this app, we had high hopes that this would be great for our store but unfortunately the team are so unresponsive that we are having to cancel even before the free trial ends. We have attempted to contact Mael directly and the general support separately via email on 3 occasions regarding basic questions and queries and we have received not a single response. We did decide after that to book a call but having not answered the previous messages the call would have been a waste of time. It would be impossible for I or anybody else to trust an app for the checkout process for my business when support is seemingly non existent, such a shame and quite surprised given their other reviews.

Look no further than this app. When you're looking for a 3D configurator app for your Shopify store, there are a lot of options you come across. Some are reasonably priced, and some are very expensive... Chances are you're trying a lot of them. We did that as well... When we came across Angle 3D we were surprised by the reasonable price. But we were blown away by the possibilities, the way it's easy to use, and above all; the customer service. Maël has been really helpful in getting the most out of the 3D configurator. Proactively providing us with tips and helping us when we needed to expand the options. This app is worth its money and exceeds all expectations.

I've looked around at several solutions for 3D Shopify previews, and this one is by far the best. It's very easy to set up and really flexible. I use it as customizer for an assembled-to-order product, and it handles that usecase perfectly. Mael is also extremely helpful with support whenever you have issues. I messaged him on the live chat, and literally within minutes was in a video conference with him to debug the issue I was running into - and he's also always eager to get feedback and suggestions to improve Angle3D. If you're interesting in trying it out, there's the trial which pretty much speaks for itself. I would recommend preparing a 3D asset ahead of time though in .GLTF / .GLB format though (Blender can export this), which is what Angle3D uses, so that you make the most of your trial time.

This is an incredible app with first-rate support. We paid for the 3D models and setup, which was well worth it, as the quality and user experience is wonderful. The format is not suitable for semi-translucent materials, but that is the .glb format and nothing to do with the app. We are in the process of adding additional models. We use this app to give our customers the opportunity to design their own bag. They can choose their bag body, tassel and strap separately and can design their own designer bag. And they love it! This app and the personal support is amazing! We have had two video calls to answer our questions. They take time to satisfy the users. Every question is answered very soon. The configurator works really good and our customers love to play with the different colors. We especially love the AR function with which the customers can see (with their mobile phone) if the bag fits to their outfit before they get it in reality. This is an incredibly powerful and empowering application - but not only that, the founder and developer is an incredible support and has been there since day 0 to help me resolve all of my issues. He does not prejudice if you get his assistance or use 3rd party 3d designers, he simply wants to be there to serve you and your business in the best way possible. This is a great App for a very fair price. Its really handy and easy to use. The AR function is running with the newest SDK so its detecting different heights of objects in my room which lets me place the 3D model wherever I want to have it. It also lets you add textures, normal maps, roughness etc. I'm really thankful finding a solution like this. Keep doing guys ;)

I was struggling to find an app that could easily integrate into my Shopify store that was good at AR, 3d, and especially colors/textures. I have researched heavily and tried every single other configurator out there and they did not compare. Angle 3D surpasses the competitors in ALL OTHER categories. I also had A LOT of different requirements to configure with the smallest of details and this company was able to do it all. My favorite feature, and one of the hardest to find on the market was finding a configuration program that looked good with textures. As well as bringing colors to life when they had metallic or other features. So many other companies make their products look lifeless with the lack of options for colors/textures, etc. Because I sell over 80 different color and texture options it was really important to get this part right so that customers were not disappointed. Service was fast, helpful, and extremely patient. My team and I are extremely happy with this product. They are truly THE BEST on the market. Thank you :) I would give ten stars if I could.

First of all, this is the BEST 3D configurator out there. I made a hinge research and tried a lot - Angle 3D configurator is the best. I recently decided to offer customized gear for my site and ultimately decided on Angle3d. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, the app itself, and the overall experience I had using angle3d. The project I was working on had several details and nuances that would of been irksome to do on my own accord; however, Mael took care of everything and at a very reasonable price. Angle App absolutely delivers. I tried #spiff, inkybay and others. Best I got from Expivi was a sort of quote for 1800 dollars to get started and $500 a month plus models and extras and it would be 16 weeks before I could use it even. I bought a model uploaded it myself. Installed the Angle 3D configurator and started testing options within minutes. When I got stuck I reached out for help. I received a response from Angle within minutes offering a live walk through via video. Mael, the app developer himself walked me through what I was doing. I am going to save thousands thanks to Meal and Angle. I had just started losing faith in Shopify as a platform being a recent GoDaddy switchover. But working with people like this and using this app renews my faith that all things are possible on Shopify. P.S. Shopify, if you are listening, Mael should be a Shopify Affiliate.

Not only is this the best 3D Configurator app on Shopify (and most Affordable), but hands down the best customer service I have ever received with an app purchase on ANY platform. If you are new to 3D product customizers or just 3D models in general, this is the app for you. Maël will work with you and answer any question you have to get started. There are so many hidden features that aren't even advertised. I had ZERO experience with 3D models and customizers when downloading the free trial, and Maël volunteered to meet with me for a few one-on-one sessions to get me up and running. I did not even reach out to him. I didn't expect too much from this app, but it blew my mind how easy it was to set up and how fluent everything worked with not plenty configuration. I had a few questions and Mael was super.. Easy to us 3D configurator. Product configurations can be bound to variants or single products which makes the configurator very flexibility. After importing your 3D-Model you can access each component and show/hide it or apply a texture/color to it. Very fast and friendly customer service.
