Apliiq isnt who they used to be. Extended delivery times, customer service went extremely down hill, and print / embroidery finish quality is dollar store attention to detail... If you're thinking of using this brand I suggest finding another. I had seven business running though them and over time as they have grown they have lost their quality and customer service. I reached out because another customer received a drop ship hat with a crooked embroidery on it, I asked Apliiq for a simple replacement and I provided photo evidence with the logo being crooked.. they said I needed to get my customer to send me a pic of them wearing the hat to move forward with the request.. no customer is going to do that after they sent me a pic of the hat on a flat surface... the logo Apliiq embroidered being clearly crooked... whats the point? What a joke after tens of thousands of dollars spent with them... I cant get a simple fix.... YIKES

Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. We recently had a few items that weren’t made correctly, but David went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. The only challenge we’ve experienced has been occasional inventory shortages, but whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer service team has been responsive and willing to help. I used Printify and Apliiq at the same time starting about a year ago because I needed a shirt style that only Apliiq had. Over multiple orders from both sites, we noticed that the Apliiq shirts came out with much better quality and ultimately switched all our designs over to them. Overall their work is fantastic, and especially ordering bulk shirts for in-person sales you can tell they put care into the packaging and ordering, as opposed to Printify who would just throw stuff into boxes at random. Our only cons: They don't have much small item stuff to help fill a cart like mugs, appropriately priced coozies, or others; their primary focus is clothing. We had an issue with a shirt printing about a year ago and the customer service didn't exactly handle the situation seriously, but since that time we have had probably 10 interactions and were impressed every time and the issue was rectified. The shirt creation process is a little less fluid than Printify, but they have made huge strides in the last year technologically that is helping ease the process. And again, their printing - because that is what truly matters - is fantastic.

First of all, you can put your own tags on individual, dropshipped orders. So you can start your own clothing brand instantly. This has been awesome as we are a supplement company, we wanted some cool apparel but did not want to invest too much into it as our main focus is obviously our supplements. Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing. Issues with the product: • Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel. • Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print. • Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar. I provided clear photos showing each defect. Customer service experience: • Two emails were sent with no response. • I had to use live chat to get help. • The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue. • No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted. As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.

Though the site doesn't have the most intuitive design system, I would say their accessibility is by far the best! When I went to customer service for an issue with Shopify, Peter offered to video chat with me so he could share his screen and show me what needed to done which is so above and beyond. When one of my samples was poor quality, Kim immediately understood the situation, offered a ton of suggestions for better products, and offered a refund. Quite possibly the slowest company at responding to "on-demand" print. We're looking for alternative printers now -- we've been with them since 2020.. and it's gotten worse since they opened up more locations. Some clients have received literally dirty clothing from their warehouses. It's too unpredictable and white literally a waste of smalll business owners' times.

Amazing customer service. I have not experienced another POD platform that provides as great service! I was recently helped by David and he was so helpful. On a weekend he was able to help me update a design on a high priority production order. Kim, another customer service rep, has also been extremely helpful in the past. Great products. Aren’t the best prices, but tons and tons of customization to make products your own. I was just told they have a VIP program, so 20% off fixes the price issue. Also, their staff is the best in the business. Legit the easiest POD program to deal with. The competitors are in the business of arguing about things they messed up. Best experience I've had with a printing company. I wanted to make sure my prints would turn out, so I booked call video with them (so rare for companies to offer this level of care)and had the most reassuring and thorough call with an employee/artist at Apliiq. The totes turned out SOO well, my designs are really detailed and every stroke was captured in their prints. The bag was also amazing quality itself!! 10/10 recommend.

This is the GO TO if you're new to drop shipping and want to have high-quality, great textured, and well-cut options for your merch. I was having a weird coding issue on Shopify's end and Pete and Atiya took the time (literally hours) to go through every single scenario that it could have possibly been. They stayed so cool and professional and in the end, they figured it out. I was so impressed by that. If you have an issue you won't be chatting to a random AI bot - you'll be on a video call with their team figuring it out. What I love about Apiiq specifically is the quality of the options. Nobody wants some stiff ill-fitting printed t-shirt. Their items are high quality, soft and unique. The print jobs on everything I've test ordered is fantastic. 10/10 recommend, esp if you're new to this and might need some help like me.

I would recommend Apliiq for Print on Demand (POD) due to the ease of creating your brand. However, there are some areas that need improvement. Creating variants can be a bit confusing, and the response time from customer care via chat is slow. On a positive note, David is always great to work with. If these issues were addressed, Apliiq would definitely deserve a 5-star rating.

For small business owners and ecommerce brands wanting excellent customer service for their customers, Apliiq is the supplier for you. I have used printful, printify, and alibaba for suppliers before and have had horrible luck. Printful consistently asymmetrically misprinted my products. Printify gave me quality issues with DTG printing, and Alibaba gave me horrible shipping times and prices. As someone wanting to build a brand built on excellence and quality, this has been incredibly frustrating for me in the past. But Apliiq offers the personal touch and customer service you are looking forward when it comes to building a brand. Apliiq offers excellent customization to products including custom brand tags and custom sizing tags. They offer the ability to schedule calls and talk with agents as well. But the reason why I like Apliiq is because recently I needed a tall order of items expedited during the busiest time of the year, and David Softli who is part of Apliiq, went out of his way to see that I received my order within a weeks time. We are trying to launch our business big time into the new year and had scheduled a photoshoot with minimal turnaround time and David was able to deliver. If you are looking for a supplier that is going to match your effort as a business own, offer excellent customer service, and a high quality product. Apliiq is the supplier for you.

Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. My entire business product catalogue is built on Apliiq. Sure, it seems scary to be so dependent on an external party, but even if you have the capital to build up a basic infrastructure to get started, you're likely spending a lot of time and money to do so. That being said, the team at Apliiq is good at communication. You can contact them via email, live chat, or setup phone meetings and that does help reassure the fact that a business can be so reliable on one vendor. The Shopify integration is pretty good. It was difficult to envision how exactly it worked without actually getting some orders. But, once you produce some products on Apliiq site, as long as you have everything set up as instructed, it flows right in. And what's great is when you get an order, again, as long as you follow the instructions (like only clicking fulfill on the Apliiq website), then the rest of the fulfillment process is ALSO automated, including sending your customers a tracking number. There are a few things I wish Apliiq could do better. On average, fulfillment of my products are between 1.5-2 weeks, which, realistically I think is not bad... but when your customers are expecting Amazon speed for everything, it plays a factor. I also wish there was a better way to integrate their production schedule and estimated delivery dates into my store. So my customers will know upfront before ordering, when they might get their product. Maybe I missed a tutorial, but I was not able to set this up. Overall, I chose Apliiq over other POD clothing brands because I value quality of my product, which is a direct reflection of my brand. There are times where things aren't perfect, but they don't hesitate to admit any errors they've made and remediate in a timely fashion.

Fantastic range of products and branding/labelling options set apliiq apart from other POD services. No other companies offer anywhere near the level of customization to make your brand feel legit. They are always adding new options too. Customer service is also great, in my experience they've been super helpful and quick to get in touch if not immediately available on the chat feature. I had great expectations for this energetic, young company, but I'm pulling the plug, and here's why: 1. Lagging Fulfillment and Turnaround Times: The fulfillment and turnaround times were nothing short of disappointing. Countless frustrated customers bombarded me with questions about the whereabouts of their orders. Despite Apliiq's claim of a two-week average turnaround from door to door (still too long), it often stretched to three weeks. At this rate, you risk losing your valued customers, mind you, this is during the less hectic months. I shudder to think what chaos the fourth quarter and holiday season timelines would bring, with a potential wave of irate customers left waiting for their t-shirts. 2. Customer Service Requires Urgent Enhancement: While customer service is somewhat acceptable, it desperately needs improvement. Live chat is agonizingly slow, and email responses are no better. Waiting for a 48-hour turnaround is common, and sometimes I had to send two or three follow-up emails to address a single issue. 3. Mistakes and Blunders: Yes, we all make mistakes, but Apliiq's frequency of errors and the timing of these mistakes is simply unacceptable. Several of my customers received soiled shirts, one received an unraveling shirt and a few received the wrong shirt. The process itself is part of the problem - Apliiq orders the shirts from vendors/wholesalers only after your customers have placed their orders. So, if one of those shirts is defective (which can be often) I'm sure they just print and ship that dirty shirt. An unwieldy business model at best. What are the alternatives? Apliiq suggests pre-purchasing printed shirts from them, so they can ship out quickly. But at that point, why even involve them? The ENTIRE allure of on-demand printing is to avoid such complications! Alternative #2, Apliiq suggests allowing them to print on ANY shirt they have available and if anyone knows anything about t-shirts, they know that they vary wildly in quality and many of them stink! Declining Quality: I periodically ordered sample shirts from Apliiq to check my designs and received shirts with designs printed crooked and poorly printed. My theory is that they're onboarding way too many new shops and can't cope with the volume. And who pays the price? You, as your hard-earned customers walk away. I had high hopes for Apliiq, but ultimately, they fell short. The team is undoubtedly kind-hearted, but they urgently need to overhaul their processes and logistics. Rapid expansion at the cost of small businesses like ours leads to dissatisfied customers and disappointment. If you're considering Apliiq for your t-shirt shop, think twice.

I was having issues with my artwork uploading too small onto their products, and I could not figure out why. I set my Illustrator file at the max size at 300 DPI. I sent them my file and they were able to figure out where I was going wrong during exporting and they sent me step by step instructions on what to do. They resolved my issue! Excellent response time and great customer service! I have not printed with them YET, but just from their catalog alone, they have OUTSTANDING selections and the services that they offer are amazing!! I did my research on all of the POD companies out there, and this one is BY FAR the best one I have found as far as everything they do and what they offer. Can't wait to start printing with them!

I’m new to POD. I think if I had known all nuances of starting a POD shop, I would have taken this impulse decision of mine and thrown it out the window. This is also why I give them high marks and chose Apliiq after sampling another popular POD supplier. Their site is filled with a ton of information. I would recommend spending time watching their videos and reading their guided information. Their video on print options and color saturation is invaluable. Of course, I found that after I ordered my first samples. That’s okay. It seems there is a lot of trial and error on my end. Highlights: *private label options. This rating would be higher if it weren't for 2 things, the pricing and shipping speed. Couple things I really like with this company but what ticks me of the most is customers not getting their items on time. Granted I know more than 1 people getting items made but man why give an estimated date for garments to be shouted out and delivered but in turn never honor the posted arrival time to customer. Which in turn makes shopify stores look bad when it comes to delivery time, time is money at the end of the day. There is no way 2 separate orders of the same garment should take longer than each other when the other takes less time to be shipped and delivered. Without any form of update on what the possible hold up could be as well. I should have to reach out on multiple occasions asking what the hold up is, I should already have received an email letting me know what the guild up is so I can inform my customers on what's going on. They will take my business for a joke of items aren't honored by the delivery date and eventually losing that customer. So that being said stop dragging yall feet when printing customers items, keep us informed with emails etc...

At first glance, i was hopeful: good branding options, and decent selections for hoodies and tees. The first issue i saw, was that some of the models for their products don't seem accurate. Secondly, when you push the product to your shopify store, the image quality greatly decreases to a blur. That would sure turn away customers. But due to their branding options, i thought i could put in the extra work and just use mockups. Though the mockups may not have the right look as the model hoodie chosen. But none of those things stopped me, i was hoping there would be a better option to printful and others. But someone made an order on April 4. Apliiq contacted me twice to confirm print placement and logo and i confirmed immediately to make sure no delay occurred. Now it's April 10th and the product isn't even pushed to the floor to be printed. Then It's April 14 and i had to contact them. They apologized and said they would accelerate it. Now it's April 18, and nothing. Crickets. By around April 19 it finally gets printed and shipped off. Luckily, i knew the person who ordered the shirt. they liked the print but even they advised me to not use Apliiq, because the wait was too much. Not to mention, while waiting on apliiq, i ordered 3 samples from Printful and they were printed and delivered a week before Apliiq. Printful isn't perfect either because they don't offer branding on some important products. so it's like choosing between two not great options, but customer satisfaction wins for now. Now, how am i going to run a business that takes 15 days to put a print on a shirt. I might as well drop ship from Antartica at this point. You know when you really want a company to do well and be the answer but they find a way to screw things up. I had no choice but to delete all Apliiq products and undo all the work i did, because customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me. I could care less about branding options when you are going to take 3/4 of a month just to print a product.

Too long, won't read version of review: Amazing customer service, great products (quality superior to other POD services), shipping/production is so far questionable, and a very bad product editor. Their quality beats the other POD clothing options, period. The clothing Apliiq sends is simply better than others. The selection is robust and, in general, in great condition. Embroidery is clean and professional, and the prints look great. That being said, there's a couple caveats that let my rating fall to 4-Stars: - The clothing can take a bit longer than advertised to ship. I haven't opened shop yet, but the 2 sample orders I've purchased with a total of about 15 items were both delayed without an attempt to contact me. Both times the sample orders hadn't even entered production after a couple of weeks. I realize this isn't inherently indicative of the regular customer experience, and that they have more than my order to worry about, but I can't ignore it. - The MUCH bigger problem is the product editor. It is remarkably far behind the other 4 POD services I've product tested with. You can't type what dimensions you want your art to be, you can't zoom the product being designed for a more precise placement, and possibly the worst part is that (due in part to the lack of sizing function beyond drag/drop) if you drag-size your artwork to the min/max the space will allow, it will subsequently change the resizing values. It's like this: * I'm setting some art I want to be 10.5 inches. If I drag all the way to either small or large, the next time I try to set it to 10.5in, the max will be 10.4, or 10.3, or some number like that. The problem is also progressive; It gets worst the more times you hit the limits. The last item I was working on lost .3in of available size, so now the variants of the product each have slightly different size artwork on the same product. It would be such a simple solution to be able to input your desired size (which is the industry norm) and the drag-sizing just feels archaic and inefficient. (You can specify what you want the true size to be with the artists, but this just seems like it's adding a step for fun). Sorry for the paragraphs, but hopefully I communicated my stance well enough.

He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our interaction, demonstrating both professionalism and friendliness. Pete understood that I had a deadline to meet and worked diligently to help me find a solution that would allow me to meet it. I had an error with the woven label I had purchased. Pete acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected. Although fixing the error wouldn't be possible in time for my deadline, his understanding and dedication to resolving my concerns left a lasting impression. One such example involves my logo colors, which are black and gold. While it may seem obvious that printing the black color onto a black shirt wouldn't show up well, Pete astutely pointed out that we could use white as an inverse color, thus providing a suitable and visually appealing solution. Their DTG print quality is a major disappointment. On darker base layers, you can tell they aren't printing the white underlay prior to dropping in color, which means the vibrance of the print is nowhere near what Printful and Printify provide. I still give them two stars because they provide garments that can't be found elsewhere (especially for kids). But if DTG is a major part of your business, Apliiq is not the one stop shop you may be hoping for.

I've used various print on demand providers over the years and this company is now at the bottom of my list. Actually, they are no longer on my list as the quality of their print work on sweatshirts is so low that I will never use them again. I sell my art designs on Gildan sweatshirts every year for the holidays and this year I decided to go with Apliiq because of their excellent reviews and I wanted to automate this portion of my business. Unfortunately, their print on demand quality, especially on RED GILDAN SWEATSHIRTS, is far from excellent... more subpar and below average. Anything printed white appeared as pink. So my Santa Claus's beard was pink... a pink beard on Santa?! Oh... he had pink eyes too. One person comment how my Santa looked high... that was NOT the look I was going for. I brought this concern to customer service and they pretty much told me that's just the way DTG is, even though I insisted that my other DTG vendors were able to print white on red without issue. That was the moment I should have left but I didn't and decided to give them a chance. So I kept them as my supplier and processed over 300 orders with them between October through mid December 2022. Now I'm dealing with customer complaints daily in my inbox and on social media. Every single last complaint was about the print quality. I understand that some of the fabric will bleed through the ink but the amount of bleed through from their printing process was terrible. I offered red, green, black and dark gray sweatshirts and the print quality on all of them were extremely poor but was most noticeable on the red ones. Some of my customers have now requested refunds just from looking at the shirt right out of the package while others have requested refunds due to the art fading away after one wash. I even had one customer who bought a shirt from me 5 years ago and from this year share photos of how the shirt from this year has faded. The 5 year old shirt looks like it was the one just bought. In addition to the terrible print quality, they ran out of stock on the blanks I needed the most and didn't alert me until well after that fact. This caused me to scramble to find a replacement vendor AND to cancel orders. All in all, I had 22 order cancellations due to them being out of stock. Other issues were present but were most likely due to the rush of the season. Still, having customers request refunds and shame me on social media all because of Apliiq's poor print quality has put a stain on my business. My customers don't know who Apliiq is so I'm the one dealing with the fallout. Lastly, their online portal is outdated and does not do a good job of keeping track of the nuances with each order. If you're only using Apliiq to print your t-shirts you may fair better than me. However, if you're using them to print on sweatshirts for your apparel business... RUN!!! Shout out to their customer service rep KIM who was the most helpful even though I was not happy with all of the headaches. The one star is for her.

The product quality is terrible, especially for the price, I ordered 2 hoodies, which ended up being $107, the hoodies took 2 weeks just to ship, and the digital print quality is awful. It looks like it's been worn for a year, it's all faded and cracked, the colors look off and I haven't even washed them yet. Thankfully no one has bought anything from my store yet since I'm just starting out. I tried contacting them twice about why my order was taking so long since it was a very small order and I never got a response back. The tag on the hoodie is faded too and part of my logo is missing. Their website is really bad as well, the design feature is not intuitive at all and very basic. Did I mention their pricing? One hoodie costs 47 just to print (back, front, and sleeves) and the print is all cracked and faded, the hoodie came in the bag with hair and lint on the hoodie. Definitely would not recommend it. I was really optimistic considering all that they had to offer, but Apliiq is not worth it. Wasted my money and time.

I ordered 4 items from Apliiq. My date of arrival was Nov 22nd and it's now Dec 1st. Also not everyone does well with constant virtual customer service. answering your business phone to show transparency would be great. I also never even recieved any tracking information in my email! this is my first time using this company for business and it may be the last. There are too many manufacturers that work at getting packages to customers in a better manner! I'm actually less than 20 miles from the headquarters and I work in Orange County so I would have much rather "will called" my order if they offered that service!

Software is outdated and frustrating. Orders waiting 10+ days and they didn't even have the blanks to print yet. Out of the 4 orders placed i ended up canceling all 4 because they never got the blank in. No official process for refunds and they said they would charge a 15% restocking fee for orders canceled that they had blanks for. I was able to get in touch with someone when needed so that is a positive for them. Overall just not what I need, might be good for tiny shops who don't have many orders and can babysit them.

So I have mixed feelings about this company. I’m trying to start my own brand, and have done my research and Apliiq does have great print quality. However, the wait time for the base garment is ridiculous. So you have to wait at least a week for the garment to be received by them, then it takes a couple days for it to get printed, then they ship to your customers. So your customers are waiting anywhere between 14-20 days for their order. Now who in their right mind would wait 14-20 days for their order. Then their “rush” delivery is about $35 for just a few days earlier, so how is that rushed? On a positive note, their customer service is great. Very attentive when they are online and seem very patient. My advice to Ian, the owner or at least one of them if I’m not mistaken, is to supply the blank garments at your location so your customers and ours have a better customer experience. Waiting 2 weeks for an order is a bit ridiculous and how brands fail. You claim to help people start a brand, but you’re actually hurting the same exact people that put that trust into your company. Like I said, your quality is amazing, however, your process is a bit ridiculous.

If something goes amiss, they fix it. When we were in a crunch, they worked extra hard to help make it happen for us. I feel like they're upping their offering regularly, like their new satin private labels, and you should know you can send them your own woven tags, in case what they offer in-house is not quite the right thing for your branding. In today's world of potentially being pretty isolated, not just from world events, but also from doing a lot of work behind a computer screen, relationship can easily be a suffering business thing. But really from the beginning, I feel super happy when I get to chat my friends at Apliiq, and I always walk away from our interactions feeling real connection, courteous goodwill, and motivating positivity! When we work together, we can create beautiful things, including better businesses that contribute to a vibrant and fulfilling economy. After feeling practically disheartened by trying Printful and other various services that just kept falling short of our needs, and had the kind of customer service that makes you almost have a breakdown internally, we discovered Apliiq and ever since it has been an absolute blessing. I could go on, but really, I recommend you just check them out for yourself to see if they are a good partner for what you want and need.

I'm just launching a brand, It's a Van Thing, and quality is of utmost concern to me, naturally! My experience of Apliiq is they have consistently delivered a quality product and supported it with top notch customer service too. Thanks to Apliiq my office is full of awesome looking garments that are truly set apart from the run of the mill stuff that's out there. I've heard some chatter along the way and yeh some of it's true - I've got to dig in and work a little harder on photos than I might have to do with some other POD suppliers, and yep custom pieces take a bit more time as well on the delivery side, BUT (and I can't emphasize this enough!) the uniqueness and quality of the garments I'm making and the exceptional sales & service support I've experienced over the past two months are worth it. Five stars, no question. I'm shifting all apparel to Apliiq and building my POD business with them. Period.
