La configuration des services est claire (on assigne son équipe directement au service, plutôt que l'inverse, ce qui change tout quand on a plusieurs activités à gérer en parallèle). La synchronisation avec nos variantes Shopify se fait sans accroc une fois qu'on a compris la logique. Ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est le support : réactif, pédagogue, et disponible même sur des questions très pointues (gestion des variantes, affichage du menu déroulant, disponibilités par équipe). On a toujours eu une réponse claire, rapidement. Une app pensée pour les petites structures qui veulent professionnaliser leurs réservations sans y passer des heures. I have been using this is app in my shopify store for the past few months and it has been perfect for my small business. I am able to have clients book their appointments with me and I am notified when that happens. It is simple and I haven't had any issues with it at all. As someone who can quickly become overwhelmed with small business site nuances, Apntly has been my favorite appointment booking app I've found to date. It's affordable and the functionality is excellent. From zoom integration to allowing questions to be added to services, this app delivered up everything I was looking for. I've had to reach out to Sam once while figuring out how to get "book now" to show up instead of "add to cart" and he was friendly and efficient. I chose this app primarily because it integrates directly with Shopify. I was hoping to find a specific calendar/scheduling app within the Shopify ecosystem, but I was glad to come across this one that works natively with the platform. I contacted Sam on their support team to help me add the button to the appropriate service page as I had some custom code on my products that was blocking this app's button - and Sam had this done perfectly within 24 hours. They responded promptly to let me know and even offered to make further customizations to the booking popup modal to match my theme (wasn't needed, but still very nice of them to offer!)
