Great support from Vindira! Answered all my questions and most of them the app can cope with so looking forward to getting set up and using it for my business. Can't see how to write a new review so editing this one (July 2026). Just had a support call with Manaz who helped me through an issue I was having with multiple services being available at the same time across 2 locations. It was really complex and at one point we thought they may need to code something specifically for my store but Manaz persevered and worked through the problem so that we can continue with the standard app. Email support is always speedy and friendly too. Really recommend using this app!

Tech support is always great and I always need them. This app is not terribly intuitive for me. I run a kayak tour company and this is almost perfect for booking tours. One can set many configurations. I'm not sure what would make it perfect, but it's good enough for what I need with a few moments here and there trying to remember where the thing is I need.

The BookX booking widget was intuitive and easy to set up with a minimal learning curve. Works as advertised/expected. For tweaks, I reached out to the BookX IT support team and Rahul was simply amazing. Very knowledgable and supportive. He got the widget set up quickly to the specification that we required and took initiative to make suggestions for improvement. He also worked with an internal teammate to ensure the button UI was of adequate size/spacing and matched the store’s branding. A++ for service and speed. After an initial run-thru, we were confident in upgrading to the paid version, which allows the widget to be used with multiple products. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Termine die zu einem bestimmten Datum stattfinden sollen nicht auszuwählen sind. Stattdessen muss es anders herum gemacht werden. Man muss die das Datum, wann der Termin nicht stattfinden soll auswählen um dann das bestimmte Zeitfenster wann der Termin stattfinden soll angezeigt zu bekommen. Hoffe das wird noch angepasst! Ansonsten top!

I hadn't realized 1 service meant 1 product. it isn't the business's fault, but it would have helped to be clear on that. Also, since I didn't know this and made 3 classes I'm offering as products that I attached, the app locked me out entirely with no explanation as to why so it took me forever to figure it out and none of my classes had a book the slot ability, not even 1 of the 3. I wasn't allowed to make a single change and even take the subscriptions out of the products because I received the same "pay now" screen for all the tabs inside the app.

Great booking app which is built-in for Shopify. The features are easy to work with, compared to the other apps that I've used that are quite difficult to navigate. Upon set-up, they clearly show which tasks are done and which are pending your attention. They also have a final task of checking how if you have configured your app correctly. This includes a chat/call session with their team and they run through the bullet points with you making sure you understand the details properly. Updated review: Haven't had any issues with the app since that time. I still believe it's a great app and that it has great functionality. –––––––––– This app has great functionality but disappointing customer support. For some reason, the app stopped working only for my BEST SELLING product. I don't know how long the issue has been affecting my store and I don't even want to imagine how much money I've lost because of this issue! I was wondering why I was having a very low sales day and it was not until a customer finally reached out because she couldn't set the date for the appointment because the widget never stopped buffering that I realized what was going on! I tried everything on my end, cloning the appointment and deleting the one that wasn't working, creating one from scratch, adding the product to an appointment that was working, but nothing worked. Then, I sought support from the app and realized they don't even have live chat. You send your inquiry and they respond via email whenever they want. THAT IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. So here I am now: losing money, still waiting for them to respond, and taking a look at other apps available on the app store.
