I am new to the app and the agent helping asked me if I am based in India or another country and proceeds to comment on my physical appearance. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is using your app and seeking professional support, personal comments like these irrelevant and take away from an otherwise good experience. Has this app for a while - has a good CS experience - until it gave constant issues on the scheduler button. This button would just disappear and my customers could not book a time to rent my bicycles. This has happened too many times already. And just today, in a meeting with a corporate client, the buttons didnt work. Just like that, I had to excuse myself of the meeting and solve this online with them - and they have no solutions after "seeing" it on their side that it works... And adding to the misery - This CS guy, Madhav, just wasted my time in real-time operations to solve a booking issue and all he did was trying to tell me the problem back at me instead of solving the issue. He needs to learn from his seniors before doing any CS work. Definitely changing to another app.

Useless app. I just needed it to show the number of slots available, the app requires me to upgrade, and so I upgraded to PRO - now I needed to reduce the number of slots, it requires ANOTHER upgrade to premium. USELESS!!!!!

Outstanding features. It is quite feature rich, which is a good thing, but due to that fact, it may take a bit for some users to figure some more advanced things out. Trust me, it'll be worth it. On the few occasions when we needed support, they were very helpful as well.

I chose this app mainly for my consultation bookings to integrate with Google calendar and meets and to have ability to see the timing according to worldwide timezones. I love that they have this.I tried 4 apps and this worked best for what i want and the price is reasonable for the Pro. I have had some issues with the app during the trial stages of integrating it but i appreciate the team is very responsive and helpful especially Karan and Mukul. They helped fixed things quickly and Karan has been very helpful guiding me when i wasnt sure on how to do something. I do suggest doing some testing out before a full launch of the website to avoid issues and it works better if you already do up variants if any first. The whole team was helpful and offered quick service recovery which i am pleased with and recommend. Small suggestion to team if the color of the timezone in booking words could be in RED color instead of light blue so clients can notice quickly if its right time zone, especially if they are not taking the call from where they are booking or its not correctly detected with VPN. I've not long installed this app, but in 30 minutes, i've added the booking feature to 3 different products, one with 4 variants.
