Five stars, and I don't give those easily. I came to Appstle after a long day of hitting walls elsewhere. I sell one product, and I needed something that sounds simple but isn't: two subscription options side by side on the same product page, one pouch monthly and three pouches quarterly, with the three-pack pulling correctly from the same inventory. Anyone who has tried this on Shopify knows it is not a one-click problem. Alden answered every question directly, including the ones where the honest answer was "that's a separate app." He told me I could downgrade my plan and save money before I ever paid a cent. That is not something you forget. He offered to build the entire setup himself, respected every boundary I set around my published theme, and sent me a screenshot of the working cart so I could see the three units deducting correctly before I even asked to verify it. I am a first-time founder building alone, and I asked him to explain things so I could learn, not just receive. He did. The apps are excellent. The support is the reason I'll stay.

Edited review: It has been smooth until one day the App didn't work when I have a lot of products added to an order. I let the customer go with the products, and agreed to send invoice once the volume discount issue is sort. I spent a lot of time in troubleshooting and contacted the team immediately. The team is usually helpful and fast in problem solving but this time the silent is worrying. As our online store is opening 24/7, timing is crucial and unfortunately we have to look elsewhere for the solution. -- Having bundle and volume pricing is one of our goals to move to Shopify. Appstle was highly recommended by our Shopify development company. After a series of comparisons and we have decided to go with this app. We didn't involved in the setup but it seems feasible to do for the non-technical person. During the setup we were told that the volume function only worked by clicking the pre-defined volume boxes, and it doesn't incorporated with the desired quantity inserted. Thanks to their responsive team, it got resolved quickly. So far, no hiccups for the website launching. We are very pleased with the analytic insights of the bundle/volume conversions. The customer service responsiveness is unbeatable. Keep up the good work!

Stefan was extremely helpful with assisting me on making my bundle! I was using FBP but for some reason the app has been removed from Shopify. This caused my AOV to drop immensely and I needed to make new bundles right away. Stefan was able to guide me along with sending me LOOM videos on how to understand the app itself to generate these bundles. I have yet to see it work but Im making this review because the onboarding was extremely helpful and seamless.

Probably the best bundle app in the market. Not only it does everything we need (quantity, Buy X, Get Y, ...). But most importantly (and that was a key decision for me) the support is amazing and super fast. If you need help, you have the chat widget. I thought it was again "hey, we have your ticket and we get back to you when we have time". But actually 1 or 2 minutes later I always have a real human chatting with me and helping me solving my issue. They can go up to "relax, we'll do that for you". So big thumbs up!!!

Very happy with this bundle app. Appstle are very flexible and easily customizable, plus the support service is fantastic. Shawn helped me out with a very specific volume discount inquiry I had, and it worked so well. Likewise, the Dynamic Pricing Bundle works great, and I love that you can now add them as sections within your already created page (this lets our customers choose their own bundle of tamales by flavors without rigid parameters). I'm trying the other Appstle apps too!

The Appstle Bundle App has strong potential, but one key limitation right now is the lack of control over where bundles appear. If you create multiple dynamic bundles, they all show on the same product page, which isn’t ideal and can impact the overall user experience. That said, I’m still giving this 5 stars because the support team really stepped up. They provided a CSS workaround to hide specific bundles and were quick, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping resolve the issue. Importantly, they acknowledged this as a real limitation and confirmed they’re actively working on a proper fix to allow full control over bundle placement without relying on custom code. So while there’s definitely room for improvement on the product side, the level of support and responsiveness makes a big difference.

I contacted Yatz for help with an issue i believed to be related to the Appstle app. After checking the app settings for me Yatz informed me that the Appstle app was not the cause of the problem. I feared that i would not get this issue resolved anytime soon following this but Yatz did not leave it there. Yatz proceeded to investigate the cause of the issue on my store and after some time managed to resolve the issue for me even though the fault was not the Appstle app! The service i recieved was incredible and as a result I am now able to proceed with going live with my store. I cannot thank Yatz enough.

Amazing customer support. For days I've been trying out other subscription apps to create a very specific use-case where I need bundle subscriptions - none could meet my requirements.
