I have been in contact with support several times over the last two weeks to get my account set up so that I could launch my subscription membership. The team of folks that has helped me (memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions) has been outstanding. From explaining things to actually logging in and helping me set things up. The level of service I've received far exceeds my expectations. I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. I don't often write reviews, but Appstle Memberships has absolutely earned this one. Selling digital documents through a membership program on Shopify isn't nearly as simple as it sounds. I wanted a system that made it easy for customers to join, browse hundreds of digital resources, and download what they needed without frustration. Every technician I've worked with has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me succeed. It wasn't just one great support experience; it has been every single person I've talked to. What impressed me most is that they don't just answer questions. They help solve problems. They have guided me through configuration, explained the reasoning behind different options, and even helped with setup tasks that I honestly expected to figure out on my own. Their response times have been incredibly fast, and they've consistently gone above and beyond. I'm now in the final stages of launching my membership program, and in just two days, the Appstle team has accomplished more than other companies have helped me accomplish in the past year. We have had a really great experience with Appstle Memberships so far. The app gives you a lot of flexibility, especially if you want to build more advanced membership flows and connect different tools. What really stands out though is the support team. This is actually the second time I've used this app. I manage my memberships for an online school here—transitioned to processing directly in the school for a year and a half—now returning to this app because we want to use features within the Shopify ecosystem. There were only minor hiccups last time and they were always quickly addressed. This team has been incredibly helpful. Now that I'm coming back, they're helping with account migration, initial setup again (for the more technical parts), and even working with me to ensure my affiliate app syncs properly with my orders (specifically recurring payouts).
