The team has been amazing to work with so far! The setup process was straightforward and the team has been great to work with. Great customer service and very helpful! The app was built by them and looks amazing. It also integrates with Shopify and is a new convenient way for my customers to shop and also excited to find an app that also offers live selling. No commission and great price point. After researching several app developers, Apple was a no brainer for me! The only suggestion would be to have access to analytics to track app performance available to all plans so app owners can track app performance.

Big Zero for Support .. I raised issue for basic thing which adding decimals to price. or at least get the same format in shopify. They replay with Email and disappear. 2 weeks now and issue not solved yet. When it comes to subscription to app they can Email you and follow up 10 time a day

I would leave 0 stars if I could. customer service was great until I needed to cancel. my shop has been shut down for months and they would not downgrade my plan or cancel my plan without many loops and took so long to get back to me. I spoke to so many people before anything. I am still trying to cancel the app and ive still been getting charged for 3 months now with them going back and forth with me. I don't understand why they would not just cancel the app for me. Least they could do is look back at our messages and my requests and refund my $200 for 3 months. such terrible customer service. im disappointed.

I’ve been working with Apptile for 5.5 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Here are the main issues I've encountered: Poor Communication: The team is unresponsive. I’ve emailed the founder and received no reply, and there is no support through email or other channels. Service Quality: The service has been subpar, with frequent signal issues and little to no improvement despite multiple app updates promised to fix problems. Lack of Accountability: There seems to be no concern for client satisfaction or company reputation. My attempts to resolve issues have gone unanswered. Not Recommended for Small and Medium Businesses: If you’re a small or medium-sized business, I strongly advise against using this app. It feels like a funding-based game rather than a service-oriented company. Documentation of Communication: I have all emails and WhatsApp communications to back up my claims. With 15 years in tech, I can confidently say that this company has not met my expectations. If you value responsiveness and quality, look elsewhere.

I switched to Apptile after 4+ years with Shopney. While their customer service has always been top-notch, the primary reason for my switch was the price structure and what each plan includes. Once competitive in the past, Shopney's plans have become relatively expensive, with a significant price gap between plan 1 and 2. During my evaluation, I also tried two other competitors: one was too expensive for plan 1 without offering significant differentiation from Shopney, and the other was frustrating, as basic options required upgrading to the next plan, making it difficult to envision using the platform. In contrast, I found that Apptile offers more value for the money with fewer restrictions on main features and a fresh interface on the client side. While some customization options may require switching to a bigger plan, I don't recall feeling disappointed often when building the interface with features available only on another plan. Additionally, I appreciate that Apptile doesn't confine you to restrictive or unattractive themes. As a former Shopney client, I also had access to a few features "for free," such as having a quick menu at the bottom, but Apptile offers this as a standard feature to all without extra charges. I also prefer Apptile's more dynamic global interface, particularly the 'Explore' feature, which allows for a dynamic product exploration experience without the need to create it; it's ready to go. Additionally, the menu is highly customizable and can be used to display other types of info than the bottom one for quick navigation. I found they nailed it in terms of UI. Their support is also very responsive, and it's evident that internal teams collaborate effectively, resulting in efficient issue resolution. While the admin interface is straightforward, involvement was necessary for me due to my previous apps being live with my dev accounts for Android and Apple. Apptile proactively contacted me and guided me step by step. BUT be assured, they can also post the app on your behalf with their accounts, saving you dev time and money every year. Your app will still be listed under your name; it will just be published by them. Totally fine to start, and almost none of your clients will see the publisher's name. While Apptile's editing interface can be initially confusing and occasionally buggy (you may have to refresh the page if all changes have not been published, and press the publish button again), I've noticed improvements, and they continue to refine it. Despite these minor issues, the platform offers significant cost savings and an engaging experience for both myself and my clients. I'm pleased with my decision to switch.

Was very simple and easy to use. I tried another app for this last week, and it didn't have a free version, just a trial. Well, I tried to set up the app, and it was AWFUL! I couldn't change menus or anything simple like that. They really wanted you to pay them, and set up a consultation it seemed. Enter Apptile. I found this app, and immediately deleted the other one. First, it's lowest tier is perfect for new small businesses. Second, it works. I was able to make my app, and test it on my phone without any hiccups. Now, I just had a meeting with them to publish my app on the iOS App Store. Next step, wait for Apple's approval and then start getting downloads!

I tried different devices, cleared caches, and even reinstalled the app, but the result was always the same - no progress whatsoever. It's astounding how an app meant to build other apps can't even get itself to function properly. The lack of usability was made worse by the absence of clear instructions or any helpful guidance. As a user who's not well-versed in programming, I expected an intuitive interface that would assist me in creating my app. Instead, I was greeted with a confusing jumble of icons and options that only added to my frustration. Without proper guidance, the whole purpose of an app builder is defeated, rendering it utterly useless for users who aren't coding experts. Furthermore, the app's performance was abysmal even when it did manage to load. Simple actions such as dragging and dropping elements or making edits were accompanied by lag and unresponsiveness. It felt like I was stuck in a time warp, trying to navigate through a clunky and outdated system. To add insult to injury, the customer support was practically non-existent. After countless attempts to contact them about my issues, I received no response whatsoever. It's evident that they don't care about their users' problems, which only amplifies the sense of frustration and betrayal.

Devdutt and Rohit are absolutely amazing to work with. I had minor issues getting the app started and published. This team helped me through all if it in a simple and easy to use format. They are great at following up and will not stop until it is designed and working to how you want it to be. Its taken about a month or so to get the app up and going, but it is to be expected with working on a project like this for my first time. This team is very fast to respond to any issues and they seem like they truly care about making your app successful. I will continue to use them and will use them for any other app or storefront build that comes into my journey.

For 2 weeks they are playing games with me. No app went live on Apple store because they need full access to my personal developers account. Other Companies were able to post APPLE apps on my account without any issues or full credentials, especially since everybody were added as developers. But these guys wanna have few more calls two weeks later and admin access to Apple developers account is not enough for them.
