This app is fantastic—user-friendly with outstanding support. We’ve been using it across multiple markets, and it works well. The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually. The design can occasionally feel less intuitive, but we’ve always managed to set things up just the way we want. Anthony has been incredibly helpful, providing quick and reliable support. I just recently installed the app to use the post-purchase survey feature. Overall it was easy enough to setup. I did have to contact support for a couple of questions, and they responded quickly to help fix the issues. Hopefully it works well going forward.

A great place to build a survey. I had some queries and got fast and useful feedback. The only thing missing for me is a question where you can rank the answers, and this doesn't exist. The team are adding it to their backlog though, so it's great that they're taking the feedback. I can't complain!
