Durante este tiempo he mantenido varias reuniones con vuestro equipo. En muchas ocasiones la respuesta siempre es la misma: "lo revisaremos". Sin embargo, la mayoría de las propuestas nunca llegan a materializarse y, cuando planteo cuestiones más complejas, en muchas ocasiones simplemente dejan de responder. Mi sensación es que la aplicación se ha vuelto excesivamente compleja. Hay demasiada información, muchos apartados que duplican exactamente los mismos datos y una navegación que resulta poco intuitiva. En lugar de simplificar la gestión del stock, acaba complicándola. Además, el rendimiento deja bastante que desear. La aplicación es lenta y muchas acciones tardan demasiado en ejecutarse, algo que en el día a día supone una pérdida de tiempo importante. He recomendado vuestra aplicación a varias personas que trabajan con Shopify y buscaban una alternativa a Stocky. Curiosamente, todos hemos llegado a las mismas conclusiones: hay un exceso de información poco útil, la interfaz resulta complicada y el rendimiento es demasiado lento para un uso profesional. Creo sinceramente que la aplicación tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita simplificarse. Menos información, una estructura más clara, mayor velocidad y una comunicación mucho más ágil con los clientes. A día de hoy, esa es la principal barrera para poder recomendarla con total confianza.

Updated: Excellent support. They are going to add the A, B & C rating to the buying table. Looking forward to using this tool! This tool looks like a good replacement for Stocky. They do make the claim that it does everything that Stocky did. So far I have found a couple of significant gaps... 1.) It does not easily handle dropship POs like Stocky did. 2.) It does not include the "A", "B", or "C" inventory ratings on the purchase order or purchase table the way that Stocky did.

This is an amazing inventory planning app. There are so many reports and features that I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I then booked a live demo and had a 70 minute demo walk-thru with Alex. He was so helpful in explaining the app, features, and also helped me setup some frequently used reports on the spot. I am really impressed with the app and the support so far. I think this does what i want it to. Unfortunately i find it almost impossible to get assistance in the UK timezone so any issues I have take weeks to fix. Had on boarding 2 weeks ago and since then no-one is able to help at a time that works for me which results in agents not understanding my request and sending unhelpful links. Now run out of time on my free trial so paying full price fo something I don't even know works which is frustrating...

Used to build my own Excel sheet to make sure I purchase on time, but this app saves a lot of time and make sure I have everything in stock. Shows immediatly when and how much to order. I wanted to make sure that in an inventory app the Bundle products are correctly integrated and are translated into single products, that works fine. The dashboards can be in the beginning overwhelming. Therefore I recommend to book the demo. I've been using Assisty for nearly a year. While the creators are clearly dedicated to providing good customer service, my experience with the app has been inconsistent. Despite its reasonable pricing, the app is plagued with bugs, which can be frustrating for those running serious e-commerce businesses. The Developer support experience is very customer friendly. We were able to choose appointment times literally on same day if needed. We were able to hop on a web conference and connect with a video call. All of my questions were answered pretty much on the spot. Very supportive team. Also we being in a startup phase, the developer team offered for extended trial period. This is a very nice gesture and anyone trying to get business up an running would appreciate this, and so do we. As far as the app, already tried few of the reports and its has ton of information. It's a really helpful app for understanding blind spots around inventory management. The data is extremely useful and would take weeks to put into an excel sheet manually. It's a learning curve and there is a LOT of data, but they will meet with you at any time to assist. Great app and worth the $$, which is going to be more than your usual app.

At first this app seemed so promising. All the right reports, features and data points. After the initial excitement of finding a reliable inventory management reporting app, we found that it was way too slow to use. Reports took way too long to generate and navigating the app took eons to load after every click or would straight out give an error message that the data or report couldn't be loaded.

This is the first app that has an out of stock by days tracking report that I've seen. Steve and his team have been very helpful in improving the report to our needs and were promptly responsive. If you have a custom report you are after I'm confident assisty will already have it or will be able to help create it for you. I highly recommend you try them.

When we first downloaded the app, we where not happy as the report which we where looking for was not available, while uninstalling the app we found a whatapp number of Mr Steve on the exit page, we just though of writing to him, to our surprised, Mr steve wrote back to us asking what kind of report we need, we gave him our requirement and today (17/01/2022) we get the message from Mr. Steve & team that the report which we where looking for was ready and built in the APP. Honestly this was least expected and we are happy to say that the developers of this app are grounded and are ready to work towards the customers need and satisfication. Thank you TEAM and we wish you all the success. ---A Happy APP user who have reinstalled the APP and happy to recommend to others.
