Sophearom is extremely responsive and consistently helpful. We installed Measura to for fractional yardage products in POS and Online. Its going great. They helped clarify some POS draft order scenario questions we had up front before installation, they also gave me some added tips for how we wanted Online to have a min. yardage vs POS have a different min. yardage. It was extremely intuitive to understand all the settings involved in making everything work on the back end and on the website. They are fast with email support questions, updates, and made a couple tweaks for me above and beyond. Highly recommend!

4/14/26: UPDATE I was in contact with the Atomic POS team over the past couple of weeks since this issue arose. I'm the partner supporting the customer. The Atomic POS team was very communicative. They apologized for the lack of notice for product updates and appear sincerely regretful for causing the inventory problem. The customer team has quite a journey ahead of them to address the fix, but they are more confident that this won't happen again. I appreciate the responsiveness of the Atomic POS team in addressing this and making a plan to be more proactive in the future on product updates. Thanks Atomic POS. Initial review: My customer has been using this app since December and it solved a big pain point for them because they sell bulk products. They have an integration to Microsoft Business Central. However you recently updated your product and changed the field names and our integration broke. My customer didn't notice initially and then couldn't figure out what was causing the incorrect data, and by the time they asked me, it has been over a month of incorrect transactions. What is your communication strategy for updates like this? It's a simple change and we could have avoided a mess if we had advance notice?

We sell both food and non-food items by weight. Some is by pound, and others by kg, and this app makes everything work smoothly. What's more, they added an EXPORT function, so it's make bookkeeping much easier. If you sell by weight, then this is the app I'd recommend.

This is an absolutely amazing app for selling fabric!! This is the app that I have been looking for for years, and I am so glad that I found it! We sell fabric in our brick and mortar shop, and having our website with Shopify has meant that we couldn't sell in fractions of yards on our website which has always been a frustration. This was exactly the app I was looking for. I sell fabric in meter unit and it was really hard to keep track of inventory when you have a maximum and minimum length for a product. But this app has everything you need it, plus you can add unit increments which is great. Their support is so quick to respond and they fixed my issue within minutes. Moreover, they actively hear the feedback and work on anything that needs fixing. They also helped me add a preset rule that I required for my store. We sell fabric which is in partial #s such as 1/4 yard and 1/2 yard. App makes it very easy to use and you just tag the items you want as not all our items are partial#s so the ones that don't need partial #s show up as whole numbers. We had some questions for the app developer and they responded with an hour each time and fixed the problem ASAP!! Highly recommend if you need partial#s!!

At last, we've found an app that can cope with inventories and selling by weight properly on our online store. Atomic POS (specifially Sophearom) has been the best supporting developer I have dealt with since we started on Shopify 7 years ago. They got back to messages almost immediately and had excellent communcations skills. They took time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly until we had a solution that was perfect. We sell items by weight (malted barley) on our online store and needed a way to track inventory over around 100 products (each with 100 different weights). We had an app that worked OK but it didn't account for inventory - so we could too easily over-sell. Atomic POS customised their app to work together with our current app within a few days. We've literally been searching for years for an app to do this - and now we have one. There were lots of solutions for POS but none for online stores. Don't hesitate to get in contact with Sophearom at Atomic POS if you want any help with their apps or need things customising. I'd 100% recommend this app and Atomic POS. I had a need to have specific measurement options added to my website. The basic Shopify App did not have a suitable/easy way to accommodate my requirements. I tried programming the extra features myself, but Shopify was not able to process my needs properly. I also tried to contact 2 other Shopify experts to help me with my needs, but we were never able to get in sync in order to discuss my needs. I found Atomic POS (Sophearom), and he was very prompt to answer. His communication skills are excellent.. He was able to understand my needs and requirements, and within a couple of days he had a solution that met my needs, which I had not been able to resolve previously for several months. I am happy to recommend his services, and I am certain I will be using him again in the near future to add more functionality to my website.
