I'm a tech-challenged person with multiple mental disabilities. Still, I stretch to do the best I can with new adventures. I'm almost through with my main tasks and doing detail work. When I look at any webpage, I find it hard to locate almost anything. My brain overlooks most nuances, which can make things that would take a normal brain less than a second can take four or five instructions through chat to help me. Today I was really struggling, and had to finish a project. The auto DS app made it easy to recover some products I'd accidently deleted. Shopify AI support was awesome in helping me find my way despite my ADHD and mental processing disabilities. I would still be pounding my head against the wall (metaphorically) had I not received their help! I could not have possibly made my way through all the tasks necessary to set up my ecommerce business without AutoDS and the Shopify team!

Hello, I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to let you guys know about this over the top customer service from Eva Mos; agent from AutoDS. Firstly, As a new Shopify dropshipping store owner, I have been using AutoDS as my dropshipping choice, to distribute my products. What you should know about me, is my technical skills is sub-par at best. Since my store was just an idea,I’ve been at most, emailing and making the most use, of their online support chats to get answers. It was the week before launch and of course, I was in a deep state of panic because I had done a test order and although I received my receipt from my store along with my order number, I unfortunately was not able to locate my tracking info. I immediately did what I had done countless times. I obtained proof of what I had and explained to several AutoDS agents what my issue was. Unfortunately AutoDS’s agents couldn’t seem to resolve the issue so they advised that a specialist would be in touch. While waiting to speak with a specialist, I remembered a couple days prior another agent had appeared in my WhatsApp. I acknowledged the agent Eva Mos in my WhatsApp chat and from there it was a different world.. She first apologized for the stress I was having we worked together step by step on this day and after an hour she spoke to me not as an agent but as one human being to another. She convinced me to hold off for an additional week of the relaunch of my store and she would work with me everyday, to be certain that there would be absolutely zero issues, before I opened my store. What other company does this? I agreed to hold off on opening my store. We worked every morning for 5 days, to make sure that my store would run smoothly, for my customers and that meant the absolute world to me . Thank you Eva Mos, not only for going above and beyond, but for being human too.

AutoDS’s response still does not address the main issue. Their own Help Center has referred to a “variation limit” for a long time and clearly explains that published product variants count toward the subscription limit. However, the Shopify pricing page continues to advertise “200 Products,” “500 Products,” and “1K Products,” without clearly stating that these figures actually represent product variants rather than individual products. In practice, the plans are limited by product variants. For example, one apparel product with 5 sizes and 6 colors creates 30 product variants and consumes 30 units of the plan limit. This means a plan advertised as supporting “500 products” may accommodate only about 16 such apparel products, not 500 actual products. This distinction is especially important for fashion stores, where multiple sizes and colors are standard. AutoDS has clearly been aware of this calculation for a long time because it is documented in its own Help Center. Therefore, why is the Shopify pricing page still using the word “products” instead of clearly stating “product variants”? Why is this critical limitation placed inside support documentation rather than displayed prominently before merchants subscribe and pay? A generic acknowledgement of the feedback does not resolve the issue. AutoDS should directly explain why the sales page uses terminology that can give merchants a substantially different impression of the plan’s real capacity. The pricing page should clearly advertise “200 product variants,” “500 product variants,” and “1,000 product variants,” not “products.” Continuing to use the less accurate wording despite knowing how the limit is actually calculated creates a serious transparency concern. Merchants deserve to understand the true capacity of the plan before subscribing, not after discovering the restriction through support articles or after importing their products. AutoDS is a large and professional company, and for that reason transparency should be one of its core principles. Unfortunately, the current wording does not reflect that standard.

Easily connects to Shopify and good with syncing products and price/stock monitoring. Smooth and clean interface. Very good customer service with fast responses and kind people. I really like this app. Great feature include the ability to import any product from just about every site is extremely useful. I also really like how so much can be automated all the way from how products are imported with specific set prices all the way to have the product ordered for you and with the specific dropshipping notes for the supplier to not add any receipt/marketing information from their store/company. Some of the downsides to this app are that even though support is helpful and definitely responds, they can take about 24 to 48 hours to connect with you when by that time your customers may already be requesting a refund by that time. There are also a few caching and UI situations that may require a lot of refreshing or hard refreshing of the browser. Lastly it has a fairly steep learning curve which take a bit more time to grasp. Overall I really like the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to really automate a lot of their process.

The user support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you have to 1) first go through and A.I that can repeatedly take you round in circles. 2) A poorly designed and clumsy defined screen. If you create a list of products and need to check price comparisons against other sellers, you have to go back to the beginning and search for the products by name. 3) The guides videos and the affiliate partners are so eager to make money off of you to sign-up that many promise the moon and when you start the journey you are stuck with multiple issue e.g. 10-20 products to be automatically connected to your shop but on two and one no longer in supply and you have to gradually dig your way out of each issue which can take weeks or months as in my case. Think twice before you start and do loads of personal research before paying for service offered on the the platform. The platform also seems to share your sight info to people that randomly email you offering services you never requested. I am Ultra-disappointed. .

I signed up for AutoDS using a partner link that promised a free month. I was charged after just 3 days- false advertising, plain and simple. That set the tone for everything that followed. The real problem is the constant demand to top up balance - for this feature, for that feature, on top of an already expensive subscription. It feels less like a tool and more like a slot machine where you keep feeding it money just to keep your store functioning normally. And the store itself is in constant conflict with Shopify. Prices change automatically without my permission. Products show "out of stock" when they're clearly in stock. Discounts I set manually disappear overnight. I'm not asking AutoDS to read my mind -I'm asking it to stop overwriting decisions I already made in my own store. Support is the final straw. It's bots opening tickets that go nowhere. No human follow-up, no actual resolution - just an endless loop of automated replies while real problems sit untouched. For a paid service charging real money, this level of support is unacceptable. I expected a tool that saves time. Instead I'm spending more time fighting the tool than running my business.

Avoid AutoDS if you are trying to build a reliable local brand. I placed a test order explicitly filtering for a "US Only" warehouse (promising a 5-day delivery window) to evaluate a supplier before scaling my TikTok Shop. To my shock, the platform's automated system completely overrode my settings and routed the order to a Chinese warehouse without my consent. The package has been frozen in customs for days, completely breaking the delivery window. When I contacted customer support, they tried to evade responsibility. A shift leader named Rona explicitly admitted in writing that there was a "discrepancy between my intended US warehouse selection and how the order was fulfilled," confirming their system just assigns whatever warehouse it wants at checkout. Despite acknowledging their own system failure and the fulfillment breach, they refused to issue a refund and told me to "double-check my settings next time." AutoDS allows suppliers to falsely list international stock as US-based and then forces the merchant to absorb the financial loss and delays when their software fails to enforce the marketplace filters. This is unacceptable for professional business management. Unreliable platform and deceptive support.

The logistics and delivery speed is very slow, and deliveries are frequently delayed. Contacting customer service to report the problem has not resulted in a quick and proper resolution. After the goods were lost, neither a replacement nor a refund was issued, and multiple attempts to communicate yielded no results. Despite trying my best to remain calm and patient throughout the process, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

This is the worst platform I've ever used. It randomly imports historical orders and fails to sync with new orders. It imports incorrect purchase prices and then explains that it will update from the draft folder to the imported folder (products). Then, batch changes return errors and are not processed (redo, review, redo, review), even though it previously showed "no errors." Basically, it requires repeated checks, which is time-consuming, laborious, and inefficient. After a long period of repeated troubleshooting, it turned out to be completely useless, and I didn't want to waste any more time—this app service provider is completely unreliable.

Worst experience. Be careful before signing up with AutoDS. there are many hidden fees. I believe I was scammed and am still trying to get my money back. I signed up for the $39.90/month Starter plan, which was fine, but just four days later they began making automatic charges. There were multiple transactions taken from my account: first $2.18, then several charges of $22.92, and the next day $522.51. I received a bank notification, and they attempted another charge of $531.23. Luckily, after the $522.51 charge, my bank blocked further transactions, so the second large payment didn’t go through. I have screenshots as proof, but none of these transactions appear in my AutoDS account history. The worst part is they don’t have a customer support phone number or live support. I am still in the process of trying to recover my money.

Read the reviews before installing! This app is a disguised way to rip you off, and the customer service is terrible. It is a con. 99 cent trial, all of their terms and conditions say it charges monthly after the trial, they admit that, but immediately charge you for a year at full price plus more. I was still being charged monthly despite them taking a yearly subscription. "Your account shows that you started a $0.99 trial for the Shopify Starter 500 subscription on January 8th. On January 23rd, the subscription converted to a yearly plan at $358.80, with an additional $9.90 for the Orders Processor add-on, totalling $368.70." Theres no margin in their stuff either, just a trick to get the yearly fee, please do not give them a try.

With AiCredits you can even let the AI make a title and description for you! This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.

Scammy software. In the short time I had this installed on my store (no more than 30 minutes) I had no less than 3 upsell pages pop up. To top it off, when you subscribe it auto-selects auto order placement and tracking for an extra $10 a month (isn't this a basic feature of the software?) Even after selecting that it seems to only give you 5 'credits' so I'm assuming if you have more than 5 orders you have to pay additional fees. Seems to sole purpose of this app is to upsell everything, deliver nothing (I also tried to add products from amazon in multiple ways and you just get broken errors).

Had a huge issue regarding the local delivery company in my country not receiving the customers contact info, and even though a resolution has not been found yet, Dorina is actively working on it and giving me updates. I feel like AutoDS is taking my problem seriously and I appreciate that! Hopefuly a solution can be found aswell, as the delivery company needs my customers contact info in order to message them the pickup point of delivery. There are many problems: inventory and prices are never updated, products cannot be edited, customer service does not reply to messages, and the order has been pending for 70 days with the package still en route and no logistics updates.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING! This app takes money out of you! Worst customer service. $200+ subscription equals 2 star overall service. There are other better apps than AutoDS do your research. Also if you request for subscription refund, don’t expect a refund at all because they love to take all your money. They don’t care about their policies, they just let you keep going in circles. WORST APP!!

Autods, is users friendly, easy to use. Self explanatory, straight forward instructions. The only down side, is it doesn't tell you how much it's going to cost you either weekly, monthly or yearly. It will be more professional to advice customers when and what to pay.

While looking for dropshipping tools, I came across AutoDS and have been building my Shopify store step by step. It’s a really useful app, and I’m hoping to make my first profit soon. I also want to try using AutoDS UGC, but I keep running into account-related issues and can’t get past them. I would really appreciate your help.

DO NOT PAY IN FULL ... PAY MONTHLY. YOU WILL GET ISSUES AUTODS WILL NOT FIX -They took my money and ran and left me with issues unresolved. Uncomprehensive! I don't do reviews, but this platform is taking the life out of me not to review worst experience ever with this platform. picking up random orders from 2025 and not syncing with new orders from 2026. picking up wrong buy prices and explaining it will be updated from draft to imported folder (products) $32 was $532 buy price! variants not splitting according to settings. bulk changes come back with error and not processed (redo, recheck, redo, recheck) when there was "no error" basically had to check and recheck work is time consuming and not being productive. Too many tech issues and still not resolved after 3 months. Just keep receiving emails from CS acknowledging raised concerns only to be told it is being reviewed =3months. no resolutions. asked to speak to a manager to handle the issues raised. NO MANAGER SENT ME AN EMAIL. PERSISTANT ISSUES AND I HAVE OVER 10+ (too much to list) If I had only 2 I understand. I was constantly on CS asking why the simplest task on their platform is not correct. It's not rocket science.
