Was once good but is now lousy. They have reverted to using ai and it is impossible to talk to a human being. Their new page builder is a mind stuff which is made worse by their stupid ai. Their app is heavily integrated in to my website but I will look to disengage from them. Since they can not help me going forward, they will be left behind.

I don't know how shopify is allowing this. These guys ran a very shady marketing scheme. For the first 7 months of their existance they gave everything for free. And then suddenly out of the blue started charging everyone. Those who were stuck with building many pages had to start paying as they had invested a lot of effort into building those pages. And would be difficult for them to shift to another landing page builder. All the shady Free marketing trick was just to get 5 star reviews and nothing else.

I used this app since last year where they did not have a minimum on how many pages you can edit. OUT OF NOWHERE, they added a limit and blocked my already published pages. I could only unpublish them. I had to unpublish the apps and find another app to use.

My web designer used this app to build my website, not understanding that I would lose access to edit my web site content if I didn't pay the monthly fee of 39. USD. This was not reasonable or feasible for my small business or my basic site. By not subscribing, my pages would look terrible and basic without Autommizely. Promotion on Shopify about Automizely was misleading. It was a disaster. I hired a new designer and had to start from scratch. Cancelling Shopify store as a result and using another platform.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I'd give this app 0 stars if I could. I hope this review helps someone else. The app is missing a lot of key components to properly design your page the way you wish it to. There isn't a separate designer for your desktop and mobile views which makes it a pain to have to sync your desktop and mobile views on the same editor since it doesn't make sense. The images won't fit and the customer support takes hrs on hrs to reply to the most basic messages for everything. The customer support is almost nonexistent.

Danke UPDATE! nach 3 Kontaktversuchen. war es endlich einem Support Mitarbeiter gelungen, das Branding von Automizely zu entfernen, nachdem es mit 2 vorherigen Mitarbeitern nicht geklappt hatte. My customer support today was terrible, it was frustrating he kept telling me the same thing over and over again like he was just reading from a script, I already knew what he kept telling me. I asked what I thought was a simple enough question and he couldn't answer it. Took ages to respond too. Then someone completely different popped into the chat and told me he could help me build an about us page, which I did months ago. Not a happy customer today, feels like the customer service and support has gone rapidly downhill and more training is needed. The response from the app team below, showed up instantly after I reviewed, meaning they had not read my review it's an automated response when they receive a low rating, customer service has not been in touch and nothing has been escalated. This has annoyed me even further!

When you have a few months, a small amount of $$$ will be debited until you notice! Make the conclusion yourself!

To all users please use it with consciousness as there are some not mention CHARGES that you may encounter. In the app you have owner and members accounts. If you add member to the organization you would need to BUY "member seat" which means that you would be charged 5 to 10$ every month. For example you need someone else besides you to help. So you send him invite to email to access your automizely organization thru his account and voila. You are getting charged for the new account that he just created. Is nowhere descried and you will find it after is too late.

Unfortunately the app doesn't work stable and especially on the mobile view the Builder has issues to show the thumbnails and elements right. Often you just don't see the widgets. The thumbnail size is on top of that different than in the preview. The support couldn't fix the issues until now. I am still waiting for a response of the Dev Team.

It's only free for one page, which is fine but they should make it clear on the info page before you install it. They then offer a free trial before you switch to a paid plan but there's no way to find out how much the plan would be. Seems designed to trap you onto a plan after a few months.

Support is also helpful and reactive, but when I added this app I had info that I have it for free forever (some promotion), but after few months I was informed that in few months it is over and I have to pay $39 per months to have the same usability.
