Our Aftership Feed for TikTok disconnected and we had over 100 orders that did not sync to our store. Aftership had us provide a spreadsheet with the order details and in less than 24 hours they had uploaded all of orders into Aftership and that allowed us to sync them to our store and get them shipped out on time. Amazing customer service.

since installing a week ago i've had to reach out to support 3 times. the first time i was left on read for a brief moment but another support member came eventually (not a great first impression though). second time it took them an hour to basically say "its seems fine, let us know if it happens again".... entirely unhelpful. the third time (today), i've been left on read for over an hour. i even wrote another message asking whats up and was still left on read (there are read receipts). good luck getting real support from them. going to switch back to quick sync app. update: their response says i was contacted via email which almost seems like theyre trying to imply i was responded to in a timely manner but missed it?? their email was sent after i complained.

Finally, something that actually works. I spent months opening 30+ support tickets with both Shopify and TikTok, and all they did was point fingers at each other, each claiming the issue was on the other side. The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

I started using quicksync and it was a total disaster, then i switched to aftership app which is beyond simple and easy. no glitches, no issues, the process was so easy to understand and simple to use. the quicksync app removed most of my shopify listing, which i had to spend time fixing the shopify product list, and after switching to aftership, the entire process is smooth sail, and now tiktok shop is up running. thanks alot !!!!!!

We've had our TikTok sales channel open but left unused for a long time due to issues with product & order sync. Only now that we've connected our shop with Aftership were we able to get our first order placed on TTS and fulfilled by Shopify. There was a slight learning curve to overcome when managing 3 different platforms and getting things to work properly, especially with how notoriously difficult it is to get good support on TTS, but the team at Aftership has been extremely helpful with getting things setup. Support has been keen on answering all of my doubts and helping me navigate and understand the app both through chat and on 1:1 video calls. Pretty expensive. Customer service chat is ZERO help. They always ask for 10-15 min but then quickly say it's taking longer and they will need to reach out later via email. There are no quick fix resolutions for any problems, it's always a lengthy process. Paying $600 a month for bare minimum. Orders don't roll over so if you run out and have to pay for 500 you will lose what you don't use. Items constantly oversell through tiktok shop/aftership and you have to manually update your products that have synced if you add any new colors/photos. This app needs SO much work!

Agents take too long to look into an issue. I have opened live chat 3 times since joining Afterhsip and had frustrating issues with syncing to TikTok shop. I often get sent the troubleshooting article but because the list is so long it doesn't help trying to find the error code on such a long article. The team are patient and friendly it's just frustrating with the time taken to resolve an issue.

I haven't seen so greedy developers as these. We have installed the tiktok shop app to manage products and orders directly via Shopify. As we have a whole team who is dealing with it, we have noticed that we need to give them access to the app but we need to pay for every single member who wants to join and have access to it. It's $12 per seat!!!!! This is ridiculous. Never seen this kind of stuff before and as soon as I installed the app, I removed it and knew that I would not use it again. As an addition, you don't have any information on the app page regarding the pricing. We agreed to pay $18 for an app but an additional 24 is not acceptable.
