  I've already been using this app for the it's sticky add-to-cart, but I'm happy to now take advantage of more of its features (after my current trust badge app increased their price). I'm consistently impressed by Avada apps. For a start, many of them are free, even though they have best-in-class features. But most impressive is their support team. I don't know any other app developers who literally answer your message within a couple of minutes, no matter what time of day it is (mind you, I'm based in Asia too). They also go out of their way to solve your issues. Susan just helped tailor the layout of trust badges specifically for my store when the inbuilt options weren't quite getting it right. Thanks Susan and team! You can always rely on Avada for gtreat apps and great support.

  I can't believe this app is free. The value and customer service is top tier! I recently installed this app and had a few customizations that were needed to make it fit my store. I contacted customer service through the in-app chat system and I didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes before I received help and the issue I had was resolved. Within days as I worked the many FREE features of this app into my store and needed help, customer service assisted me and resolved all of my issues. I am more than grateful for this app and the entire team over there at Avada. Its evident they really like their company and enjoy helping people.

  Absolute top app and support! I am extremely happy with the Avada Trust Badges app. The app is very comprehensive and includes all the payment and trust badges you need for the Dutch and Belgian markets (such as iDEAL and Bancontact). But what truly sets this app apart is the fantastic customer service. I was incredibly well-assisted by customer service representative Annie in setting up the badges and styling them with custom CSS to make them look perfect on my webshop. Annie was highly knowledgeable, offered great advice on the best placement for conversion, and responded very quickly. Thanks to her help, I have given my customers' trust a huge boost.   We are new to this app and haven't had the opportunity to use it during sales yet, but the setup was unbelievably easy and the customer support is absolutely stellar ( THANK YOU Pamela, Tiana and Maison ). We had an issue with how the app was behaving on mobile and needed help asap. The in-app chat box makes reaching out SO convenient. No digging through documentation needed to figure out how to reach out to them. On top of that, I had a response QUICKLY and the issue was fixed before the next day. During the process, they cared enough to give us updates and kept us informed on the progress of solving the problem. Mind you, we're on the basic free plan. Get this app. Give it a test drive. The customer support alone makes it worth it if and when you need help.

  I am using this app to display payment method badges on my e-commerce site. When I first installed it, I activated it and set it up, but it was not reflected on my site properly, but I was able to ask a question via Chat, and even though it was a Sunday, they responded to the chat immediately and informed me that they were checking my site and that they would check my site to make sure it worked without problems within a day or two. He checked my site to make sure it would work without any problems within a day or two. I think the support system is very satisfactory, as they responded quickly and carefully to even the most subtle modifications after that.
