  I have been having the best experience with the Avada WhatsApp Chat FAQ page. The reason that my experience has been great is beacuse of the assistance I have been given when I have a question. Lydia and Tony went above and beyond to assist me with adjusting some settings on the chat and that turned out perfectly! I was actually a little hesitant to try to add teh chat myself, but the customer service is exceptional. I greatly appreciated the time and effort Lydia and Tony gave.

  Sunny and Tony helped me a lot with my issue that I was having today. I was trying to set up a FAQ page but customizable and for some reason it was not allowing me to do so.   If you’re contemplating on an app to use for your FAQ Page, just save yourself the time and download Avada! This app has been so convenient to use and set up compared to the other apps that I’ve installed for my store. The fact that it’s free is just a bonus. Their customer support is prompt and efficient, Hana and Maison were very helpful in assisting me with the few questions I did have while setting up my FAQ Page. I don’t see myself using any other App for my FAQ page for the foreseeable future!

  I started using this App for the FAQ. Always needed in any store. It is incredibly easy to set up and incredibly easy to navigate. I had a few questions, and I immediately got Esther online. In 2 minutes, she solved everything without any extra explanation. I can only say I wish all Apps on Shopify had such service instead of being told no one is around from Friday to Monday. If you sell in the digital age, you need to be able to answer customers immediately or at least within a few hours. Avada did not disappoint, Not in the App, Esther's service, or the ease of use. If you need a FAQ this is the app!

  I recommend this app for two reasons: 1: They have 24/7 customer service and their team of dedicated workers are always ready to tackle any challenge you throw at them. Like I asked a question and got a response within seconds. 2: The widget is fully customizable so you can really get it to blend with your store very well. It even looks good in the default version, not a lot of customization needed. If anyone sees this, I would recommend Jasmine as she is what anyone would expect of a customer service rep, she is kind, patient and very calm. Would definitely recommend this app to new and old drop-shippers.

  I have narrowed my choice for a FAQ and WhatsApp Chat App to two. The first was not to my liking as it was not properly laid out to suit my needs.   Excellent app for Whatsapp and FAQs. We were using another app that added features that we don't need and the new features can't be removed. After looking at a few alternatives we found Avada having the features we wanted. The app is easy to use and configure. What is more amazing is the support! We got almost instantaneous replies from Jasmine and she, with their developer Tony helped us implement additional coding for the app to cater to our needs! And all these at zero cost under the free plan. This kind of service and support is unheard of in this industry. Can't get better than this. Highly recommended.
