  Amazing App and Outstanding Customer Support! I recently installed Avada AI SEO for Shopify, and I honestly did not expect this level of support from a free app. Almost immediately after installing it, I connected with a real person via chat who helped me set everything up and, more importantly, took the time to educate me on how the app works. I first worked with Pamlea, who was extremely helpful and patient. When she had to leave at the end of her shift, she didn't just disappear or leave me hanging. She connected me with another team member, Kaylinn, who picked up right where we left off and continued providing excellent support. That really impressed me. I've worked in digital marketing for many years and have used plenty of SEO tools and Shopify apps. Great software is important, but having knowledgeable people available to actually help you understand and configure it makes a huge difference. And the crazy part? This level of customer support was included with the free service. Of course, they also offer paid plans with additional features and more advanced technical assistance, but I love that they don't treat free users like second-class customers. So far, I'm extremely impressed with Avada AI SEO, a great app, excellent onboarding, and genuinely helpful customer service. Special thanks to Pamlea and Kaylinn for making the setup process so easy. Highly recommended!

  Shopify sites' theme codes do not optimzie seo for blogging. If you need a blog on your site, the layout and design are very restrictive. This app closes that gap significantly. I've downloaded and tested all the blog apps with 4 stars or higher on the Shopify app store and can honestly say this app is the best as of the date of this review. It provides the best balance of features and ease of use for the user; the cost is reasonable, and customer service/reponse is top-notch. They have people replying to the live chat instantly if you have questions, no matter what hour you are working on your site. I've had a few technical issues; while the agent on the chat may not be able to instantly resolve the issues, they always follow through with the support ticket to resolve the issue quickly. And most importantly, the app just works.

  After spending thousands of pounds on useless SEO companies, I came across this app and thought it might be worth a try. I have to say that I'm super impressed. It makes SEO so easy. I'm actually enjoying doing it. There are a lot of automated features but you also have a lot of control if you want it. In a short space of time it's already made a difference. The customer service team have been amazing. They respond almost instantly and have helped me navigate the set up and have given me really useful help and advice. At the moment, I can't say enough good things about this App. If you're on the fence, I'd say jump off and give it a go. I wish I'd done it earlier.

  I conducted a scan using the Avada App and it came back with a list of issues that needed addressing. What a useful app! I am not a digital native - quite the opposite and need some guidance at times with all things "computer". I sent a message to Avada's support team and Tiana came to my rescue. She was wonderful. Tiana went through the entire list of issues prmptly and efficiently. But where her service impressed me the most she directly assisted me where she could and where I had to address ian issue instead, Tiana provided me with excellent guidance and patience at all times and without making me feel like a complete, computer illiterate fool.   I have been using AVADA SEO for my Shopify jewelry store and have mixed feelings about the app. The technical features are excellent. Image optimization, WebP conversion, page speed improvements, schema generation, broken link checks, and other technical SEO tools work well and provide real value. For these features alone, the app deserves credit. However, the content SEO recommendations feel outdated and seem based on SEO practices from several years ago. The scoring system still heavily rewards keyword density, exact-match keywords in the first sentence, repeated keyword usage, and other traditional SEO factors. Modern search engines, especially after Google's Helpful Content updates and the rise of AI-powered search, focus much more on search intent, semantic relevance, topical authority, entities, and natural language. I followed the app's recommendations closely and optimized many collection pages to achieve near-perfect SEO scores. While the pages scored well inside the app, my organic traffic actually declined because the content became overly optimized and less natural for users. My recommendation: Use AVADA for image optimization, speed improvements, and schema management. These features are worth having. But don't rely solely on the content scoring system or chase a 100/100 SEO score. Modern SEO in 2026 is about helping users and covering topics naturally, not just repeating keywords. Overall rating: 2.5/5 stars. The remaining question is whether the $35 per month subscription is worth it. For technical SEO features alone, it may be reasonable for some stores. However, if you're paying mainly for content SEO guidance and optimization scores, I don't believe the value justifies the cost. The recommendations appear to lag behind current search trends by a few years and don't adequately reflect how Google and AI-powered search platforms evaluate content today.

  UPDATE (after Avada’s response): I’ve read their reply carefully. I’m not here to argue technical semantics. I’m here to document what actually happened as a merchant. After installing Avada SEO Suite, my Google Ads account was suspended due to “Unknown DNS Errors” and “Malicious Redirects.” My store was effectively disrupted for over 48 hours. I contacted Shopify Support, and during that process: There were discussions around redirects (including xnxn.win) There were concerns about URL structure and crawling behavior There was initial mention that canonical tags MAY have been affected Avada is now stating that Shopify ultimately concluded everything was “clean” and not related to their app. I cannot independently verify their internal interpretation of those logs, and I acknowledge that the final root cause may not be definitively attributed. However, here is what I can confirm with certainty: 1. The issue happened immediately after installing the app Before installation: no Google Ads suspension After installation: account flagged and disrupted You can decide for yourself whether that timing is coincidence. 2. The experience during support was not reassuring When I raised concerns and shared Shopify findings: The response was defensive Responsibility was immediately denied The burden of proof was pushed entirely onto me Whether or not the app was the root cause, this is not the level of support I expect when my business is impacted. 3. Refund experience was extremely difficult This part is not disputed, and it’s important for other merchants: I canceled during the free trial period I was still charged I was asked to provide billing screenshots (which they already have access to) After providing them, I was told to wait for the billing team with no clear timeline At this point, getting a refund has been unnecessarily complicated. 4. My takeaway for other merchants I cannot conclusively prove the app caused the issue. Avada claims it did not. But what I experienced was: A major disruption shortly after installation A support process that felt dismissive A refund process that was not straightforward That combination alone is enough for me to advise caution.

  Another update! I contacted Avada to ask about HTML sitemaps and Ricky was super quick to respond and help. Viola stepped in later and enabled some extra options for my site and gave helpful advice, I know nothing about SEO so I feel in safe hands with the Avada team. All this is on the free plan WOW! I highly recommend! Review update! If you need support the team are quick, friendly and knowlegeable :-) Also, since my first review the seo has had chance to take effect and there is a noticible improvement of traffic to my site! ************ I installed this app approx 7 days ago to optimise my image sizes and try to improve the speed of my site. It has worked as my store is now 'average speed’ compared to other shopify sites. It was classed as ‘slower' before using the app. Not being very savvy about seo etc I just let it do an auto run on the image sizing, it was very easy. The app has an incredible wealth of extra features that I haven’t had chance to delve into yet but I'm sure there is something for almost everyone here trying to improve their store. At a genuine 'Free' to use resource it is crazy not to give it a go! Thanks to the team for offering such a great app and great service.

  Mijn winkel ging wat traag en moest geoptimaliseerd worden alleen de speed up boost was niet genoeg. Kwam ik achter dat de Schema niet goed ging moest in de code gefixt worden en H1 tag moest ook en nog wat dingen. Ze reageren best snel en helpen je goed door heen als je het zelf kan doen zo niet kijken ze wat voor je kunnen betekenen om je te helpen. Al met al goed service tot nu. Gebruik het nu zo een week en voor nu heel tevreden met de tijd kan ik meer over zeggen.

  I had difficuty setting the right meta title for my site for a few days. I've tried shopify preferences setting and edit css code and it didn't work.   I'm so impressed with this app and their amazing team! I previously hired an seo team to help me, and yet there was still so much I needed to do to improve my seo score. I am not a tech-y person, yet Ricky and the entire customer service team on the app were SO HELPFUL in guiding me through everything,/ I have over 23,000 images in my store, and with one click of a button, I was able to optimize them all. They also walked me through website schema, optimizing images, and so many other things. Ricky was there for me in real time on the chat, talking me through it, and even took time to write me an email with step-by-step instructions. Incredible. Viola was there too.   the most impressive app I've come across on Shopify. I had issues with my SEO and image sizes for thousands of products. Does a lot of what I needed and saved hours of time. The support is super helpful. I've still got LCP issues at https://playerscouture.com but I need a bit of help with that as must be a problem with my them.
