Only downloaded this app yesterday because I wanted a smoother and nicer looking way of having the correct size chart show for each product - I needed something easy to use as I don't have any coding knowledge. The app is great anyway but the support from the team is what has stood out. They made changes for me almost instantly, recommended an improvement I hadn't thought of and moved things around within minutes when I asked. I was a little bit unsure about having to pay for an app for this when I know I could set up size charts via metafields but this is simpler, smoother and looks more professional in my opinion.

We're loving the size chart tool! The automatic unit conversions and customization features are really great. The size recommender was a little tricky at first, with a small learning curve, but we quickly figured it out and now it's simple to adjust our recommended sizing. Plus, the customer service team is always quick to respond and super helpful. If I could change one thing, it would be to bump up the Growth plan's size recommender limit to 50. That would match up much better with the published size charts. Awesome product overall!

We were previously using another app that changed to a pricing structure that no longer fit our needs. After evaluating alternatives, this has been the best solution we’ve found for creating custom size charts. Customer support has been excellent—responsive and quick to implement a specific feature we requested. While there are a few limitations in customizing the appearance of the charts directly within the app (e.g., no built-in option to change cell border colors), these can be addressed with custom CSS. Overall, we’re very impressed and are moving forward with this as our new size chart solution.

I just downloaded this app today and I am so relieved, I am a small business and operate my own website entirely by myself and I have 7 major clothing brands I stock, as well as boots and hats...then to make things really interesting, I also have saddlery items such as horse rugs and dog coats. Size guides is the one thing my website was really lacking, but it was such a monumental task for me to undertake in the hours that I'm not at the storefront or doing other bookwork tasks. I've only managed to make 4 charts so far, but it was SO EASY, I have even made custom images to upload to the guides, and while I still have a lot of size guides to go, it actually feels like a task I will be able to complete now - and best of all it looks so seamless. A very useful app for adding information in a modal window (it doesn't have to be sizes, just because the app is called "size guide) - it can be used for any kind of further information that might be needed. Super quick support from Esther and Raymond with a minor display niggle - resolved in 15 minutes. Highly recommended
