We’ve tried quite a few apps with similar features before, but honestly, AOV is the first one that truly feels like the right fit for our store. Before discovering AOV, we had used several other apps that offered similar functionality. Unfortunately, none of them were able to fully meet our needs. First app I found that flawlessly adds free gifts to the customer's chart, without the need for a pop-up or prompt. Just works silently in the background. It's also great that the free gift is added even when the trigger product is added to cart via a different upsell app. Other apps only add the gift to cart if the trigger product is added from its own product page. This app is incredible easy to set up and use. There is a lot of customization for whatever campaign you want to run. The customer service is amazing as well. Susan has helped me out tremendously, and is always quick to respond to all of my questions. They are also available for assistance 24/7 which is a huge help. I was setting a buy 7 (collection specific product) get 1 set free campaign. I initially set it up using the BXGX campaign and volume discount setup but those didn't meet the conditions I set.
