We use the BSS B2B Quote app mainly for the quick order function, and it has become a very helpful tool for our B2B shop. Our customers often order during a busy working day, so it is important that the ordering process is fast, simple, and efficient. With the quick order feature, our B2B customers can add products much faster and place their orders without having to go through the normal product browsing process every time. This makes the app especially useful for wholesale customers who already know which products they need and want to reorder quickly. The support from BSS is also excellent. The team is always friendly, responds quickly, and helps us whenever we have questions or need assistance with our setup. Overall, the app is a great solution for making the B2B ordering process faster and more convenient. We are very happy with it and can definitely recommend it.

*Great support despite some missing features* We have been using BSS B2B Quotes actively in our Shopify set-up and especially want to highlight the support team — it is truly outstanding. No matter what time we contact the live chat, we receive a response almost immediately. The support staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and genuinely committed to helping. We work with many Shopify apps and therefore have a lot of experience with different support teams, but BSS support is definitely among the best we have ever experienced. The app itself works well and offers several useful features. One thing we especially appreciate is the ability to add custom fields, such as VAT numbers or internal PO numbers for customers, which is very helpful for B2B processes. That said, there is still room for improvement regarding analytics and workflow functionality for our specific needs. For example, it would be very useful to have: * a clearer list view of all quotes * visibility of the quote value directly in the overview * a history showing when a quote was sent to the customer * better reporting and analytics features overall. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if customers could convert quotes into orders themselves. Currently, this has to be done manually in the backend, which creates additional email communication and extra work. Despite these points, we are overall very satisfied — mainly because of the exceptional support. It is rare to find such a responsive and dedicated support team. Main support agents were Lux and Sammy. But also Hugo, Emma, Jeff, and Dylan.

This app packs a lot of features, but it comes at a cost. I spent a bit of time evaluating several solutions to find the one that best fits our needs. The customer service team is nice and accommodating, but responses take a day. At least for my time zone (PST). There are a lot of features, but some basic features are placed in a higher price tier, where many other apps have them for free, or in the first price tier. Also, some of the features do not work with all themes. Their team is willing to help with installation if needed, though. Ultimately, we chose a different app, but this one is a good one. It is one of the highest priced ones, but if you're willing to spend the money, and they have the features you need, you will most likely be happy with it.

I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. I really didn't want to have a separate portal but Emma quickly helped me understand the flexibility of the app to use net terms solution without using the portal. Emma has been amazing helping me to set things up - it wasn't entirely intuitive but I think that's because there are so many configuration settings. I've had this app installed since Sept 21st, 2023. And to this date, I'm still sending emails resolving many little bugs and feel handcuffed to this app ecosystem. Here are some things that you should be aware of this app before you download: * You will always need to pay for a premium features, not just the lower scale one. * You will need to install separate apps for features that let you customize further. We are a small shop with 11 products and still needed 2 more of their apps, which means two more subscriptions and a total cost of over $125/month for all these services. * There customer service, while friendly and can fix things in a day or two, is in Vietnam and you have to wait 24hrs for every question to respond. * There is typically many things labeled differently or built in the app that needs some further discussion/translation as they are labeled differently than I would prefer. I assume this because translating things between Vietnamese and English can cause some hiccups. * Unless you want to work Vietnam business hours - find a different app with customer support geared towards your time zone. * In the end, I'm a small business investing 7 weeks of work into this app and no customers actually using it fluidly. * I have my hands tied that I have to keep this app because of costs and feel I can't make a change, especially with holiday season approaching. Please be mindful when making a decision - they have great ratings but I suspect it's because throughout my 90+ email chain since 9/21/2023 to date, they've asked me to write a review about once a week. While professional and nice, they look to optimize reviews more than solve my actual problem and it's unfair.

Firstly, the customer service and responsiveness of the BSS team is outstanding. Emma was very helpful in answering all my questions and committed to helping me achieve the outcome I desired. I needed a little help implementing some code and styling and each request was met willingly and quickly. Special mention to Nguyen Ngoc Hai who assisted with the coding requests. There was initially a coding clash with my back-in-stock buttons on the product pages, but this was attended to immediately and fixed - a pleasant experience compared to other app developers. I required some assistance formatting my main portal information page and that was provided willingly and promptly. Much appreciated! I noticed some site speed reduction which is inevitable for a logged in wholesale customer due to the extra price calculations for tax considerations, but BSS were quick to eliminate for guest customers, so my retail store was unaffected. One overarching theme was the prompt communication and willingness to help, fix and explain anything I needed. I now have a fully operational wholesale portal and a team to assist me with any future questions or issues. They have a development team too where more specific customisations can be achieved for a fee, which I intend to explore. The portal integrates well with the B2B wholesale app. and I look forward to exploring the many other features of the portal in future.

On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

We have installed them on two sites, using a combination of the B2B Portal and B2B/wholesale app. Combining them together has given us a powerful way to manage our wholesale business alongside and integrated into our B2C business. It has taken a bit of tweaking and adjusting to seamlessly integrate, but it has been worth the effort. We are really happy with the results we now have (and our customers are too!). Jonas has been our main contact and support, and he has been fantastic. This was a fairly easy app to install, however the team were on hand to help me with a couple of issues that I could not either work out or do myself. Jonas in the customer service team was very quick and helpful to provide guidance and also help fixing some things to my liking, and Pham Le Minh Tri was able to help with any technical stuff. We have run some tests with our new wholesale customer and everything appears to be working really well. This app works really well and is easy to configure. We are using this application to allow our business customers to place orders online for their specific products. The application has several features, at the start, it was overwhelming as it had so many features, that I didn't know where exactly to start, but after a few minutes, I was all set up. I've also dealt with their support team, specifically with Emma. I've worked with support teams of other applications, and unfortunately with those other applications, the response time was really, bad, but with Emma, I was getting fast and accurate responses. The resolution to my request was dealt with by Pham Dinh Hai, and in 1-2 days he had everything fixed! I'm more than happy with the service I've received, and how the application is working for us so far.

We ended up not using it yet because it was missing a feature we need (custom text box that shows on the admin order page), but Jonas assured me it's a feature they're working on adding and once it is, I'll be coming back to this app.

I would give the team 10 STARS if could!!! Wow where do I start... I have undertaken a large project migrating a trade website from Magento 1 onto shopify WITHOUT the plus plan which has been no easy task to say the least. It has required multiple complex integrations with our warehouse management software as well as turning a basic shopify store into a trade website. The team at BSS have been absolutely invaluable to the success of the website as there app is the main functionality behind the "trade" functionality. This of course has not came without obstacles which they have been amazing and i mean amazing at working with me on. There development team has worked with other third party apps that i had to use to integrate their functions with others to help me achieve the required results. They have even prioritised a global app update to solve an important requirement with shipping needs for my account customers. More often that not with Shopify apps developers, when I need something specific from them to cater for a wider need i am simply told "no go and find a new app". Not with BSS, they find solutions and make it work one way or another. I now have a fully functioning trade websites which is entirely off spec in terms of core functionality for BSS and the third apps that I use, but between hard work and dedicate, everything is integrated and working across various complex coding. If anyone is considering a move to Shopify for their trade site but don't want to pay the $2000 to do so, these guys can make it work no problem! And what's more is the service from Emma's is second to none! I am based in the UK and have had zero problems with any communication barriers, and despite the time zone challenges, She always makes sure she communicates regularly to keep my up to date even prior to job completion. I have never been more confident in a long term partnership on Shopify to date. Thank you Emma and the Dev team for all your hard work and efforts, truly remarkable! 10 Stars!

The whole system fits our needs, and I like that the clients have easy access to B2B prices as well as our B2C clients. So we didn't need to redo everything into to collections. The tool works seamlessly which is great. The support is next level to boot. I had quite a few customization requests and Jonas and his team took them on quickly and they look and work perfectly. As of right now, there are a total of nine five-star reviews for the “B2B Portal/Net Terms” app. While this may be a newer app, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. 9 out of 9 happy happy customers, and we are now the 10th! Great app! I promise that you will not be disappointed when working with B2B. Customer service has been the best! I mentioned a few things to Stephanie that would make using the B2B program even better for us within our store. She then met with Tuli (tech programmer) and the rest of the B2B app team. They immediately went to the drawing board to turn my recommendations into a reality! Where else do you get that kind of customer service without someone trying to charge you? The B2B team has been amazing and has gone above and beyond my expectations! If you have difficulty setting up the B2B app, let them know, and they will set everything up for you! You can request a screen share meeting with B2B or go back and forth through their chatbot or by email. They are very responsive and on top of everything! I would give them a higher star review, but I cannot give them more than a five-star review. Hats off to Stephanie, her tech engineer named Tuli, and the rest of the B2B team.
