I only use this app to show potential customers the price excluding VAT which it does perfectly. It saves the customer getting to the check out to realise VAT was included in the price shown. This app is just perfect! It solved one of my biggest issues- dual pricing with excluded and included VAT. Now my pricing is more transparent and my customers are no longer confused with what they will pay at the end. Customer service is also great and friendly. I love this. We were customizing the theme to show dual prices and got into trouble with Google Merchant. We decided to use an app and this one works great. Not only that. I had been looking for an app within Shopify to show the Tax inclusive and Excluding prices for years. Its always been a bit of a problem with UK Shopify. Not now as Dual Price Display quickly solved this for me. There were a few minor issues initially with Google Search not recognizing the Dual Price which could have affected SEO however Adam at Dual Price support was very responsive and dealt with them promptly. The price is acceptable for the pricing clarity this offers. I highly recommend this App especially for UK shopify users.

Hi there, This app is really great and easy to use! However i got a few products in my shop that has 0% tax rate. If i set that 0% tax rate In my shop settings the app still calculates the tax. How do i set a single product at 0% tax rate? Showing 1 price that i set for the product? UPDATE: after i submit this review i get instant response of Adam so he can help me with it. Great app to show prices including and excluding VAT, which I need for customers outside of EU. Support is very fast and helpful. I needed an adjustment and get it done in the same day. Also there is no need to change prices to without tax in order to use this app. The app can calculate without tax prices, which is not possible for some of the similar apps. I prefer to decide on tax included prices than the other way around and I really didn't want to edit all the prices already in the system.

We have a few apps installed, one of which hides prices behind a login screen, plus a highly customised theme. We tried to install this app to test if it would work, and honestly thought it wouldn't. On install we followed the instructions to add something in one of the settings and proceeded, this put both the prices on products outside the product page. The prices did not show on the product page though, but the support chat was right in front of me on the install screen. After a quick chat Adam had looked into the code and updated it to work. From clicking add app to having the dual prices show up (and amended by the developer) it must have taken about half an hour. This app does what it says, it shows both including and excluding taxes. Simple to use and customise. Happy with the install.

Just perfect! Dual Price Display PRO just fill the gap of a big miss in the Shopify native system. When you are based in Europe, and you need to show prices Taxes Incl. and Taxes Excl... I have yet to use it long term. Whilst much easier to install than rivals I've used, it did at first change the design of my site, changing background colour and checkout.
