My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow. Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow. Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up. Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

Long story short, I tried a different app before finding this one to handle my wholesale order needs. All very promising at first however after time you will realise this app messes with the code of your site and their developers have to constantly play with the theme code to fix issues. This is all whilst they say everything is fixed and working. We had to build our theme again from scratch because of the code from this app broke our site. It’s as a shame because the interface is very easy to use however our whole site crashed for multiple days because of the BSS code. We used this app for customer discounts, alongside other apps for different features. Everything worked great however one weekend around two months ago the whole website stopped loading. They then said repeatedly over a couple of weeks that everything was fixed when it wasn’t (each time I provided screenshots and videos to prove the site was still broken). We can no longer use the first theme this app was installed on as it doesn’t load and they couldn’t fix the problem even though their app caused it…. They eventually found a cause which was the BSS app clashing with code from another app. This wasn’t an issue for some time until randomly they started clashing. Once the site was back live, the discounts stopped showing in customer pages and only in the checkout. They kept repeatedly saying this issue was fixed when it wasn’t. There was then another issue not related to another app that stopped the site from loading which they fixed by changing more core theme code. When I asked them to remove all code, they told me they had, when they hadn’t…. I had to ask multiple times and provide screenshots to prove their code was still in our site. This app is too risky to use. Look at other one star reviews and you’ll see similar issues. They ask you to write a nice review straight away before things go wrong.. Update... BSS keep bombarding us to change the review to a 5 star. We've had multiple emails asking for a chat and if we could 'revisit' our review.

Unfortunately, we have to revise our review after using the app for about seven months. The app keeps making errors when displaying prices. Additionally, handling VAT is a problem, since there are many different VAT rates across Europe, which has repeatedly caused issues with calculating the net price. We had to submit so many support tickets—far too many—that we ultimately uninstalled the app today, since support was unable to provide a definitive solution. It’s of no use to us if the app has a lot of features but the most essential ones don’t work properly. Our earlier positive review was written during the testing phase, which involved only customers in Germany; once we went live, the issues with European merchants began to surface. For the price, we expected more. ______________ This app was recommended to us, and I have to say, we have not been disappointed. The app can do everything you need for B2B customers and is well structured. It's great that this app is regularly updated with new features. I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial. Positive: Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice. Bad: After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements. The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work. Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules. I am disappointed.

We started using this app for our B2B. We are using it mainly for pricing, order limits, quantity increments. The app provides you with a lot of posssibilities and the support team is always there to help you and look for a possible solution. You can do a lot of things yourselves however sometimes it is easier to ask the support team for help when it comes to adding things to liquid codes and stuff. We got a lot of help from Louis. We also got help from Kellie and Ruby and everyone is very kind and always there to try and help you as best as they can.

Onboarding is a nightmare with an extremely poor customer support assigned to us. The app can't work on itself and the BSS dev team fix them when we point it out, but communicating it to Ruby is proving very difficult. Odd working ours and hour long breaks during working hours, we wake up very early in the morning to explain all the bugs and try to get this app running, on the BSS team timezone, with no success. It's been almost a week trying to configure this, and still lots of broken / unlinked features that is dependent on their dev team to fix.

This is the best app for our shop and there are so many settings and configurations you can adjust - depending on your billing plan of course. everything works seamlessly and when it doesn't, their support is super knowledgable and quick with a solution. Jonas from the team has been the biggest help! I could not have achieved anything without his support and I would still be there struggling. Just a heads up: their contact hours may not be aligned with your working hours - since they are based in Vietnam- but you will ALWAYS have the answer waiting for you the next day. And when online, they answer super quickly! I can suggest this app to anyone who wants to integrate b2b into their shop.

Because Shopify does not offer options for B2B sales (unless you use Shopify Plus), we were looking for a solution. Our desire was to serve both our retail customers and our B2B customers in one environment. Fortunately, after some research, we found the app BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution that allowed us to make this happen. The support is excellent! Whenever we contacted through the BSS Solutions app, Jonas always responded quickly and very helpfully. Our questions were answered almost immediately and any problems quickly resolved. If we had to mention some cons, it is that for creating and/or sending invoices you still need to find an external app or create the invoices manually. Furthermore, you need at least the Advanced Plan if you want to reverse VAT and at least Platinum if you want to set custom prices for different product variants and/or collections. All in all, this doesn’t make the app cheap, but it is still a lot cheaper than the Shopify Plus Plan.

I had given this app 5 stars for having so many different functions. Unfortunately, the app is too invasive to the theme's code and any small change can break your website. I followed the team's instructions step by step to remove one of their functions safely, resulting in 404 pages when you clicked on any link or product. They apologised and fixed the issue first thing in the morning, but the result unfortunately is sloppy and my theme not as polished as it used to be and cannot be fixed through the editor. They take the liberty to change the appearance of certain aspects of the website to fix the issues at hand which I do not like. EDIT: Currently paying around 950 EUR yearly and any issue that comes up due to app updates is solved extremely slowly by contacting the team . Only get small steps towards the solution each day and then communication stops. Was having a hard time communicating as I got answers not relevant to my issue, only to realise the "expert" used AI to reply. Will be switching to Wordpress and Wholesale Suite which costs 99USD yearly for the same function, tried and tested.

BSS Wholesale is the best Wholesale app we found for our needs. Even better, BSS has been very attentive and accessible to us during our build out. We have requirements that needed a decent amount of back and forth (don't we all??) with them and always got answers to our questions quickly along with solutions. As a side bonus, they have a wide variety of compatible programs which makes it so much easier. A one-stop shop Wholesale marketplace! Update: still using BSS since January, 2024 and still very happy we selected them as our Wholesale app partner. One feature we really love is their threshold pricing which allows us to offer our reps (we have hundreds of reps) 30-60% discount depending on their order value or create custom thresholds for specific heavy volume reps.
