This STOQ app works exactly as needed to offer 1 item as a preorder on our website, while having other items still available to ship immediately. We like that preorders were able to be isolated from different orders, and that the fulfillment status comes through as "scheduled" for all preorders. We also like that we could require preorder products to be ordered separately from other items. We had a few issues with getting the app to work with our theme, but the customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond and make adjustments to get things working and looking the way we wanted to. Thanks Hyelladi! We will definitely use this app again next time we feature a product as preorder only.

I have never written a review before, but after my experience with STOQ and especially Arnab, I genuinely felt that I had to write my first one. I run an online business, and anyone who does the same knows how stressful it can be when something suddenly goes wrong on your website—especially when the problem affects your customers' ability to make a purchase. I contacted STOQ regarding an issue involving our Add to Cart and Preorder buttons. It turned out to be a complicated problem because it only happened under very specific circumstances when switching between different product variants. Arnab was absolutely incredible. He took the time to understand exactly what was happening, patiently tested different scenarios, and kept investigating instead of giving me a generic answer or simply telling me that the problem wasn't on their end. But what really made me want to write this review is something you rarely see anymore: Arnab even helped me fix problems that had absolutely nothing to do with STOQ or their company. He could very easily have said, "That's a theme issue," or "That's not caused by our app," and moved on. Technically, he would have been completely justified in doing so. Instead, he continued helping me because he genuinely wanted to get my website working correctly. That says a lot about a person, and it says a lot about the company he represents. At no point did I feel like I was simply another support ticket that needed to be closed. Arnab was patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about solving the problem—even when solving it went beyond what should reasonably have been his responsibility. In business, problems are inevitable. What separates an exceptional company from an average one is what happens when those problems occur and whether there is actually someone on the other side willing to help you. STOQ should be extremely proud to have someone like Arnab representing their company. Arnab, thank you sincerely for your patience, your professionalism, and especially for going far beyond what you were obligated to do to help me. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write, and I can't think of a company or person more deserving of it. Absolutely exceptional customer service. STOQ has earned my trust, and Arnab has earned a customer for life.

STOQ is fantastic! It helped me implement exactly what I needed for my jewelry store (a “made to order” option with the appropriate disclaimers, as well as “back in stock” reminders). I was also super impressed with the live support when I had some problems installing the app on my customized template. I was very lucky to be assigned Paul from the support team, he was extremely competent and helpful, and solved all the code issues in a couple of minutes. 11/10, I couldn’t recommend it more! The support staff is amazing.

Just what we needed. A simple re-stock notification app. We only have their free plan active and only utilise the re-stock option - and that works just fine for us. There are far more options available if you're wanting them like the pre-sale options, etc. But I liked how you can pick and choose just what you need for your business from this app and make it work for you. There has only been one small issue with the app being able to pick up stock within the Shopify Bundles products. I haven't yet reached out to the team about this. But its not a massive deal breaker at the moment.

The app can offer pre-orders in multi-markets. Notifyme also works well. Integration via Klaviyo is slightly a challenge and you can only customize the Klaviyo emails using HTML. But overall, good app for our needs. Customer support is also knowledgeable and able to fulfill our help requests.

The notify me when available / back in stock function is very good. I ran into some issues when setting it up but the support team is very quick and helpful. The can help you make visual/front changes such as the button location. I think the price is fair for the service! I haven't really used the Pre-order function so far.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about my experience using this service. I had no clue what I was doing but is was super easy to figure out. And when I had a question about how to set up a pre-order that was actually not possible with what I wanted it to do, lol I was asking for a little too much and I knew it. So you seen the chat option and it says they always respond within minutes with a live person and not some AI program. I was like Yeah right! lol So I left a long message explaining what I was attempting to set up, but realized right after I sent it that it would probably be easier to schedule a call. So I quickly left a message saying never mind I am going to schedule a call because it will be easier to talk about it. I set up the call very fast and simple. Meanwhile I get messages back from the chat from I believe Kartik and they were so helpful but I explained it would probably be easier on a call. At the same time I get emails from Arnab and Amna and they seen my question in the chat and explained exactly how to work around what I was trying to do in full detail and made it so incredibly easy to follow. So I emailed back to cancel the call and a few minutes later I think it was Kartik asking me if I was sure I got the information I needed and just the whole experience was nothing like I ever experienced before. Very pleased. Then I sent another message because I changed my pre-order and don't need the app for a few months and just want to recognize Shashi for being wonderful and pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

With Palo Alto theme I was having issues showing the pre-order button instead of add to cart, and the native theme settings was showing 0 qty invetory items still as 'item is in stock'.
