Support is the reason for this review. We hit a couple of small issues on day one and the support team had them sorted within hours, over a weekend evening no less. When we asked for a change to how the Notify Me button behaved on our store, they shipped it the next day and matched it to our theme without us having to chase them for it. 10/10 This app was clearly made with ease of use in mind, i had a notify me button on my site less than 5 minutes after i installed it. This app is great. I use it to keep a waiting list of customers who want to know when it's back in stock so I know who's interested. As soon as I update stock levels for that product in my shop, they get sent an email. I can see who's bought the product from the list. Super helpful when trying to gauge conversion stats. I purposefully waited a few months to really test it out before leaving a review. The back in stock feature works very well and as expected.

Do not waste your time with other back-in-stock apps. Most are either overpriced or lack real customization. It's super easy to set up. The customer service is so amazing, they reach out and give tips and the advice is really great and helpful. The first day, I only set up product waitlists, today I set up Preorders and it was extremely simple. It really only took 1 minute and that's including the reading I had to do!! Support lied to me on capabilities and when they presented the "evidence" to support their side, the rest of the paragraph they screenshot and sent my way, passed the highlighted portion, was in support of what I was asking, which is highlighted in their capabilities regarding emails in the payment plans. 100% do NOT recommend. Offered no support when I asked the tech to read the rest of the paragraph he sent me. Terrible.

We have been running the app for a few weeks now with no issues. Easy setup and looks great. Tech support is great and very helpful. The only thing it doesn't have that we need is a notification email sent to us when someone requests the notify me button. That way without constantly checking in on the reports we can be notified and use that as a lead for an offline sale because we deal with large products in small quantities this would be useful to us.

Absolutely Brilliant App & Exceptional Support! I needed an app that could add a “Notify Me When Back in Stock” button and also send emails to customers once products were available again. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but after downloading it and following the instructions, I got a message from a real person offering help—amazing! I mentioned that the button was sitting too far down on my website and asked if they could point me in the right direction to move it. To my surprise, they said “No problem, I’ll do it for you.” Not only did they move the button exactly where I wanted it, but they also matched the font to my site and even rounded the corners to make it look perfect.
