Whatever you do, don't even think about downloading this app. You can't manage anything on your own; you need a customer representative for everything, but there aren't even any to contact. I send emails, and they only respond after three days. It's truly awful. Please don't waste your time using this app.

Had great support when I first installed this app 6 years ago, however recent support experience has been disappointing. Support denied that their app was causing the issue I was experiencing, told me to contact Shopify support. Shopify support said it was highly likely the app was causing the issue, so went back to support who escalated it to Tier 2, whatever that means - still haven't heard anything two days later.

We did have a problem where notifications were accidentally sent out despite inventory not yet being available but their team jumped on the issue and resolved the issue. One area of improvement needed: If you have a product page with variants, the UI doesn't make it clear to the user that they can click on the variant for which they want a notification. If the developer could add a simple dropdown indicator, it would be much better experience. Thanks

It is super expensive and have only functioned as it should for about one month in total - we have used it for over 1 year and it has caused us SOO much problems and the chat support is very unresponsive. We've used this app for years with no issues. I only recently noticed it wasn't working and contacted the guys through the online chat. They got back to me in about an hour to say it was working but we had another back in stock notication set up that wasn't and as this one was below it, people we not using it! So once we worked it out, I turned the other one off and we are now back to working perfectly! Super stoked to have the issued worked out! Highly recommend! Just a follow up! We noticed the box had moved to a side pop out which we didn't really love as we have a reviews one as well. Contacted the team and they moved it back to the product page for us straight away (I couldn't work out how to do it for some reason). Highly recommended!

This app doesn't work with Shopify's Combined Listings feature since it doesn't recognize that a new product page is loaded in place (rather than a full page reload). Over the course of 5 months we tried to contact the developer 6 times hoping to get some support and work towards a solution that would render the app compatible with Combined Listings, a first-party feature that was introduced by Shopify early 2024 no less. Unfortunately we didn't receive any replies apart from the very first response that promised to look into the issue. All further inquiries were ignored. We have to assume that the developer isn't interested in fixing this issue, which is unfortunate since the service worked quite well until this point.

Good app to use, we did have a small issue where customers were notified when stock wasn't available, but we were credited for the emails that were sent out, but this was never resolved by the developers team. The only thing I would mention is that if you have stock delays of over 2 weeks, people who signed up, up to 4 weeks previous never seem to return. But this is just something we have noticed from our customers, not a problem with the app.

Update: Unfortunately having a lot of script issues causing error messages on some browsers which scares of potential customers. The application works perfectly and is very useful for multi-language, as you can customize different templates. It also allows you to pause shipments using labels on products. The support is great, they are very fast and friendly and can even customize things from the back-end that can't be done from the app itself. They are always willing to help.

The app is ok if you have a single language store. But they state it's "Multi-language" compatible, which it is not. I am using Shopify markets with multiple languages, each market has a own domain. But the app does do not support this. So all they support is subfolder language like baseurl/en baseurl/de. Using multiple domains for each language is very common, so I have no idea why they state it's multi language compatible. I made some suggestions to fix this, but they don't want to fix it. Update after the reply: This still means you do not support shopify markets as it should be. I have for example 2 different domains, each pointing to another market in my one shopify shop ( one French, one German ), but you do not support the multi language feature because I am not using subdomains, but normal domains for each market. This is a basic Markets function that is not supported. So thats a big pitty. I moved over to another app "Restock Rocket" that do support Shopify Markets with different main domains.
