Absolutely outstanding support. We've been using BF Size Charts across multiple Shopify stores, and the app has been working great. But what really deserves recognition is the customer support, especially John. I reached out because we were having issues with our size charts not displaying correctly. John didn't just answer my questions, he actually investigated the problem, found the root cause, made the necessary changes, and ensured everything was working properly again. It's rare these days to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that John truly cares about helping merchants succeed. No way to sort the charts, so you have to look through all the charts to find the one you need to add an item to. Not ideal! Would be a much better app if you could search or sort the charts.

The app is easy to get started with, and it’s simple to fill in the information in a way that makes it clear and easy for customers to understand. However, if you have a product with more than one variant and also use express checkout buttons such as Shop Pay or Google Pay, the Size Chart app hides the express checkout button. This is a major issue for us, as it negatively affects the customer experience and could impact conversions. Because of this, we have decided to end our collaboration with the Size Chart app.

BF Size Chart works very well and the price is certainly worth it. After a theme update that I initiated, some of my custom settings were reverted and I had to reach out for help. I was provided the needed help quickly and the experience was very pleasant and non stressful. One thing I like about this app is just how simple it really is to use, it doesn't drag down my site and there's not a bunch of useless functions. Simple can be very refreshing.

A rudimentary app that offers simple features. I don't think it's designed for commercial-level businesses. I have to build my charts each and every time I list a new product, which is frankly redundant, tiring, and frustrating. Plus, there's no way to save your charts, so that you can use them again—you're forced to create a chart every single time. Incredible that they weren't able to figure this out from the start. Currently looking for a replacement.

What a great app :) The installation process was a breeze. With just a single click I seamlessly integrated it into my theme. If I ever decide to remove the app, it leaves no traces of code behind on my theme. Unlike some other apps I've tried, which left code behind. I contacted the support team to help add my size chart to a custom location and they responded in 5 minutes with an article on how to do this with their app block. This gives me so much flexibility and control being able to place the size chart exactly where I want it in my product template. The app was easy to use and I was able to set up size charts and associate them with my products in minutes. I had installed a few other size chart apps but I wasn’t able to figure out how to get them to work. I also had a few more questions about how to customize the app and Jon helped me out by giving me css code to make the changes. I am super happy I went with this app, the support has been great!!

I created dozens of size charts (partially because they don't have conversion from Inches to CM so for each chart I had to create and link two charts) through the app that were then somehow deleted. I know that they were saved because I saved each chart multiple times to see how it appeared on the product pages. I cannot tell you how gut wrenching it was to spend hours building out size charts, take a break, and come back to everything gone. I spoke to support and they had no solution for me so I had to find a different app.

This app installed easily and we were able to create specific size charts for each and every style we carry. We absolutely love the customer service too. They helped with some simple customizations and answered every question I had within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely fantastic app. I had a problem with set up (My Fault) and the support guys came straight back and fixed me up. An excellent size chart. I am on the free plan as I only have one size chart needed, but if you need two or three or more, give these guys a go. It is very functional, where others are not so functional. 5 Stars all the way. If you're on the free plan, very good value, and if you're on the paid plan even better value than what some of the app guys want to charge. I tried almost all the size chart apps available and this one works really well for my store. It's fast and simple to use, I can set up a size chart in 1minute. The customer service is great and always ready to help and improve the app! I would suggest implementing copy and paste from an xlsx file to speed up the process of creating tables as my store has a different size chart for each product (200+). Thank you guys! Very recommended to everyone!
