BIRSE: Visual Search

Every review carries the store that wrote it and how big that store is, and 2 of them are complaints you can read in full.

We've been using BIRSE for a while now and it's made a real difference for our store. Our product names consist French which customers often struggle to spell or remember. BIRSE's search keyword suggestions have made it so much easier for them to actually find what they're looking for instead of giving up on a search. The product recommendation engine is also noticeably better than the system default one. BIRSE: Visual Search recommends more relevant to what customers are actually browsing. On top of that, their support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we've had questions. Solid app, would recommend.

Super impressed with how easy BIRSE was to install, seriously took just a few minutes. It integrated smoothly with our store, and everything worked right away. One of the easiest plug-ins we've added, and the impact was immediate.

Perfectly blends customer joy with smart sales. Their team’s lightning-fast responses and openness to feedback are the icing on the cake. We’ve even had shoppers return just to have fun with the image search.

It hits the sweet spot between customer delight and smart selling. The responsiveness of their team is just the cherry on top — lightning-fast replies and always open to feedback. We’ve even seen customers come back just to play with the image search.

Let’s be honest — most search bars are clunky. This one is visual, intuitive, and doesn’t need perfect keywords. Our customers find stuff they didn’t even know we had. Also, it just looks way cooler than standard search.

Work on BIRSE: Visual Search?

Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Store management. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.

Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.

Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
