The BixGrow app does exactly what we were looking for for our ambassador program. Whereas we used to manage everything in spreadsheets, it’s now fully automated, and our ambassadors have a great portal where they can easily keep track of all their commissions and payouts. On top of that, I received excellent support through the support chat from the entire team, but especially from Quinn. They even went the extra mile by implementing some of our specific requests through custom development. Absolutely top-notch!!

I was searching for an app that would allow me to sign up affiliates and link products using QR codes. So far this is app is exceeding my expectations. Super easy to install and get running. I've bailed on so many other apps due to hard navigate menus, set up, etc. However, this app is super user friendly, how refreshing! I used chat to set up a custom URL and they had me taken care of within a few minutes. Prices are really fair as well. Happy customer here!

BixGrow affiliate program is brilliant. It was way easier to set up than I expected. And having set up affiliate programs before, I know that it can be complicated. The landing page builder is excellent, like absolutely brilliant. And we actually asked for a slight tweak in the dashboard UI, and within 24 hours, the program developers made this tweak for us. So I was really impressed. Very easy to set up the affiliate settings and configure everything. The landing page that they go to to sign up is really good. The pop-up where they sign up is brilliant. And then the dashboard for the affiliates is actually lovely. Like, it's best in class. As someone who's had a fair bit to do with affiliate marketing, I've got a lot of points of comparison. And for something that's going to be attached to your Shopify at a very, very affordable fee, this is actually a brilliant program. It's enormous value for money. Highly recommended.

Pricing is on the higher side compared to similar apps, which makes it less appealing during the early or growth stages. Another concern was the support experience, which was not very helpful during our testing phase and made the onboarding process more challenging than expected. Due to these factors, we decided not to proceed further with the app. With improvements in usability, pricing flexibility, and support, it could be a better fit for a wider range of businesses.

I've used this app before. It was great for affiliates managing their own sales and payouts. I recently reinstalled it after moving my affiliates to an in-app space—now I'm returning them to Shopify's ecosystem. The app worked great for the first 2 months and now I am on month 4 and I am uninstalling it. It has stopped calculating the affiliate payouts and 90% of the orders aren't showing up so I am having to calculate everything manually again. I refuse to pay for an app where I still have to do all of the work. The amount of stress that it has cause me since my affiliates are coming to me to tell me that they didn't get credit for a sale they made, is truly outrageous.

We installed BixGrow expecting a seamless affiliate tracking system where referral links would automatically attribute sales — without requiring customers to manually enter coupon codes. However, it was not clearly communicated that in many cases customers still need to apply a coupon code for proper attribution. If that’s the setup, then the value proposition becomes questionable. We can simply generate and share coupon codes ourselves without needing an additional app. The positioning of the feature feels misleading, as it suggests a smoother, more automated experience than what is practically delivered. As merchants, we rely on transparency before integrating tools into our store ecosystem. Due to this lack of clarity, we have removed the app from our store. We hope the team improves communication around how tracking actually works so other merchants can make fully informed decisions.

Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. I don't know how good the app is, but even if it is good, it would be overshadowed by the horrible support. I am new to affiliate marketing and the app. As I am going through the settings and asking support how their app knows when the affiliate shares just our website URL, the answer from support was "of course we know", then I went on asking what if the affiliate shares the URL over the phone... support did not even try to explain what the affiliate should share verbally and so on. Still, the response was "the affiliate should know..."I recommend trying out this app ReferrLy Affiliate Marketing, this has custom domain, and everything esle for $15. There are also other apps that support can explain via zoom.
