Just like the review below mine, i have pending orders for 8 weeks! They claimed all my inventory and all their own inventory is stuck at customs, and gave me ZERO idea of when orders will be shipped out. Thousands of dollars of inventory stuck. Zero updates from these guys, and they wont even respond to the emails in 48-72hrs. I had to give refunds out of my profit margins in other products to save my reputation. Then they ship ME inventory instead of FULFILLING my customer orders! So i fulfill my customer orders manually, and after telling them to cancel and not fullfill nearly 25 orders that i just shipped, over the course of the next 7 days, they DUPLICATE ship everything to my customers, of course, at my expense. Now i have spent double the amount, lost double the inventory, incurred charges for fulfilling and shipping everything on my own, and wasted HOURS with customers, blanka, and our team to get things fulfilled and shipped. AND HERE IS THE STUPID RESPONSE FROM THESE CLOWNS AFTER telling them to give me a full refund! ============================ EMAIL FROM BLANKA MANAGEMENT (took 2 weeks just to get this pathetic resolution): Andie from Blanka 4:52 PM (1 hour ago) to me How are you doing? After reviewing the situation, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund at this time, as the orders were already in progress when the decision to fulfill these orders on your end was made. That said, we do want to support you as best we can. The best option we’re able to offer is an account credit, which can be applied toward future orders. The total amount of all the orders you've listed totaled to $401.27. Additionally, we’re happy to extend your membership by two months, giving you more flexibility and time to fully use the credit and access our services. Please let us know if you’d like to move forward with the account credit and membership extension, or if you have any questions Regards,

What a scam asking to pay a fee just for changing the logo. I tried an initial logo (just playing around), and then I went for change it and I had to pay $149 for that. It's like paying a fee for changing the profile picture on your instagram. They did not make the logo, nor they started placing it onto the products, so why asking the users to pay that ridiculous fee. When you initially set the logo, they do notify you that if you want to change it in the future you'll have to pay, but pay for what exactly.

I have pending orders from 7 weeks ago that have not been fufilled. I have had to cancel and refund all orders I have had since December 3rd 2025. When I have reached out I am just told they are experiencing delays from the holiday but its January 17th, 2026. Its unprofessional and inexcusable.

Installed the app today on brand new shopify store and it doesn’t work. Trying to publish to store, blanka gives a success message saying the product has been published but the spinner keeps rotating for a minute before giving up. All other non-blanka apps work perfectly fine with my store. Also, no support available after 6 pm and night, I have to wait until tomorrow morning Canada time for them to wake up and look into this issue. Very very disappointed!

Hands down to the best customer service and Mae! I’m following Blanka since the beginning and they always had the best service. Doesn’t matter if u are currently using a Membership or not. And they are improving so much! It gets easier and easier for me to sell in Europe with all the regulations. Still need to do a few things on my own regarding safety sheets but blanka is handled already a huge amount. And I really need to point out that they also stand for quality! If there is for any reason (what basically can happen cause we’re all human) some mistakes or problem with the products they act fast to fix that! Can’t wait to see what’s next! :)

1-Star Review Not worth the money. I used Blanka for about a month, and it’s simply not worth the $80 a month. The shipping times were terrible. Although they advertise 3-5 day shipping, it actually took over 3 weeks for products to arrive. What they don’t tell you upfront is the additional printing time, which delays everything further. The products themselves are overpriced. I found the exact same makeup on Alibaba for 50 cents to $1, while Blanka charges over $10 per product plus an additional $8.99 shipping fee. Charging $8.99 for shipping would be understandable if it didn’t take 3-4 weeks for customers to receive their orders. Honestly, you’re better off just buying makeup from Alibaba, adding your logo, and either shipping it from home or using a fulfillment center. $80 a month for this service is a joke—maybe if it was $20 a month, it’d be more reasonable, but at this price, it feels like robbery. Save yourself the frustration and look for better alternatives.

Fulfillment time is slow, which is to be expected. But it’s not a few days, it’s at least a week+. And, they often make products out of stock, but then those out of stock items appear in the order anyway and you can’t manually remove them. The application is inefficient. Wasting our staff time and customers time. 2 stars because we didn’t find better alternative yet. Please improve your software so we can delete or update review.

I was supposed to get a 14 days free to trail. Blanka went ahead and charged me and their no way to cancel. You have to pay the $888 just get service. I'm filing a lawsuit against Blanka for misleading 14 day free trial, this is to keep other's for falling into the same trap

So far my experience has been awesome! Their representative John replied to an email I sent concerning product mock up’s and whether I sent the correct format of my logo. It unraveled issues with my logo itself but John was very patient in explaining why and what colors and formats would be printable. I ended up having to edit gradient colors etc in my logo but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my visualization on the website and that I completely understood the process & dos/donts in terms of what’s printable. He was concerned about what I wanted and found a balance between what is acceptable. Honestly it made me even more comfortable using Blanka for my custom products and I haven’t even gotten my samples yet! Mae is also an excellent part of their support team! Every time I've reached her she is so informative, patient and willing to answer my questions making sure I've understood the answers given & even including pictures, or lists of new products or Blanka's bestsellers. I'd recommend speaking to her any day!

We’ve had a customer order pending for more than **seven business days**, and the product hasn't even been processed yet. This isn’t the first time we've faced such delays. Every time, it seems we have to reach out to get things moving. The lack of urgency and reliability in their order processing is unacceptable. For a company with such high reviews, I’m baffled by how long it takes for them to start production and fulfill orders. Beyond my logo, there is no information available or shade color identification which makes it difficult to make informed choices. I know that in the future Blanka will be providing more comprehensive information about their cosmetics on the products to enhance the overall user experience. First, Blanka provides a plethora of information on their website to help you make the best decision for your business. Their pricing is transparent so there are no surprises. I had a few questions which were just simply unique to what I was trying to do and the customer service at Blanka is incredible!! John was extremely helpful today as I was trying to upgrade my account and place another sample order for the men's skincare. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Thank you! As for the products - I ordered the women's skincare a few weeks ago and the customers we asked to try the sample products love the formulas. Overall, great products, great service, and the app is user-friendly. There is a little more of an initial payment, like with the brand plate, than we had anticipated but overall, I think we are happy with our decision to use Blanka to launch our skincare line.

I installed the Blanka Beauty App through Shopify and was instantly impressed by their speedy response time in the chat queue. Not only were they quick to answer my questions, but I also made several changes to my logo multiple times and they quickly re-populated the new one for me each time so that I could see the changes immediately. They also encouraged me to be more unique with the customization of my logo since I was using Canva to create it and other sellers on their account had logos similar to the ones I was choosing. I thought this was exceptional customer service on their end, as it protected my brand as well as others from being too monotonous. Though I have just begun my e-commerce journey with Blanka Beauty, so far, their customer support system deserves 4 stars in my opinion. In addition to that, their product line really stands out from other beauty products I researched through the shopify app store. The ability to brand your product line is a huge selling point for me. The only downside I see so far is the cost. You not only have to pay a monthly membership fee for the site starting at $29.00 for only 10 branded products, but you also have to pay for the branding itself starting at $149.00 depending on how many colors your logo has. These fees on top of how much each product costs individually is a bit steep. I am a new e-commerce start up and like myself, I'm sure it's hard for others as well to bite the bullet and pay out so much to get started. Having said that though, I go back again to how beautiful the product line is and it really doesn't compare to anything else out there in the cosmetic line through the Shopify App store (not that I have seen anyway). I look forward to working with them and I will update this post as my journey continues!

I have to give KUDOS to the wonderful, very patient, hold-my-hand customer service received on multiple occasions from John. It didn't matter what the issue was I was constantly being reminded to take my time and reassured we would get through it, and until we did stayed by my side for almost 2 hours one day. I usually try to figure things out on my own and never bother customer service, but I was completely at ease, and any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought it was, didn't feel awkward asking. Not only was advice given, but articles regarding the topic were immediately on my screen for reference. It was like my mind was being read, and the path of our conversation was not foreign. I just signed up recently but haven't launched my store yet. Here are the things I really like so far: 1. Customer service is literally 20 stars (thanks John!) 2. I love the idea of the brand plate for consistent, professional quality logo printing 3. Every product can be branded, as well as individual product boxes 4. Monthly app fee is reasonably priced 5. 3-5 business day North American shipping Here are the things I think they could improve on: 1. 5-9 business day printing time is too long. Higher paid tiers should receive priority service 2. Color options are very limited for many products 3. Many makeup items are made in China. Their website is misleading in that regard (it says the products are made in North America). You don't even know unless they send you a 'product info list' 4. They don't have individual color swatches. They keep discontinuing colors so swatch photos are inaccurate as a result (they only have color swatches shown on an arm). I was told their design team is too busy to make updates to photos 5. There's no way to import all color options as a single listing. So every single color is a separate listing 6. They don't have a list of color undertones and to put a color finding quiz on your website is $199 US

The app is super easy to navigate and the interface is so clean and simple. I was able to upload my own designs and see how they would look on the product. I love that I can customize the colors of my design, the size, and the printing method. I am so happy that I found this app because it has given me the opportunity to start my own personal brand.

Looking for a white-label and dropshipping vendor for my skincare concept was hard, and I reviewed dozens of options before signing up with Blanka. Ultimately, I prefer Blanka over other white-label companies because of its skincare line and exceptional customer service. My experience with customer service: I have a VIP Plan, and it is worth every penny. The customer service is exceptional; Beck goes above and beyond answering my questions. Having a human to talk to on the other side of the line is so good; I also chat with Beck via WhatsApp. Ordering and processing orders: Although I love the Blanka Brand and Beck, I would like to see bulk publishing to Shopify and searching products by name instead of scrolling. Those are technical nice-to-have that would make Blanka brand excellent. Ordering is easy, and they are fast. Ingredients and quality. I tested over 40 products before publishing them on my Shopify shop, and the results blew my mind! The entire skincare line is impressive, with excellent quality control, and you can see the results in 30 days. Foundations and BB creams with the same superior quality as the skincare products. Extremely pleased. Eye makeup needs more color palettes; I am happy that now they offer single shades instead of 6 color palettes; mix and match works better for my niche. In short, if you are looking for exceptional customer service and a high-quality white-label supplier, Blanka is your best option.

Great products & customer service. The new products are exciting. I do have regrets. If I could afford to do this as inventory in-stock it would be perfect, but processing & shipping is miserable for e-commerce. I'm on day 5 of processing for my recent $200+ order. Although they seem to be making improvements, it's also going to make it worse. Adding another warehouse & employees, but also using it to store non-Blanka products for fulfillment means processing times are going to be even longer. Not cool, Blanka, not cool at all. Also, be aware not all products are vegan, so check each item before listing if you are advertising as vegan.
