Outstanding app and exceptional support! We had a very specific and complex shipping requirement: hide free shipping when the cart contains products from external brands, while always keeping our local pickup option visible — and apply weight-based shipping rates for mixed carts. We tried several other apps before Blockify, but none of them were able to implement this logic. Blockify was the ONLY app that could solve our problem completely and exactly as we needed it. The support team is outstanding. Duc helped us at 4 AM (our time in Germany!) and worked through the entire setup with incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything clearly, and even provided us with important technical details about how the system identifies products — which will help us enormously as we scale our catalog to thousands of products. Hana was incredible at sorting out my issue. I had been going crazy trying to figure out how to stop a certain payment method (BNPL) from being the default selection as lots of customers didnt see the other options and though that was our only method. I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. This has been causing fraudulent profiles in my Klaviyo account and each one costs me money - I've had thousands created! ETA: Word to the wise, this is what I was told after a fraudulent order came through from Villa Rica GA for a digital order (no shipping address only billing): It seems that, despite our best efforts, there’s unfortunately nothing more we can do at this point other than wait it out until the activity stops. --- it would be nice if this problem, a known fraud, got fixed stat. I just installed, got a rule set up, had questions. Support was fast and very attentive. I made a couple of mistakes and they helped me fix it. Trying to block some fraudsters so I'm hopeful this app will do what I need.

So far it seems to be working. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, and the wording is a bit odd. For example, I set up a rule to block checkout for orders with fewer than 10 items, but the option is labeled “Set Maximum Quantity.” I had to contact support because I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working (I was using the Set Minimum Quantity value, which on hindsight I still have no idea what that would do, now that I understand the settings.) Thankfully, support responded immediately and helped me understand the issue: the setting actually refers to the minimum number of items required to remove the restriction, which is what I wanted. The wording is just backwards. There’s definitely some stuff lost in translation. When I asked, the support rep mentioned she was in Vietnam (and then asked if I’ve heard of it, haha). She was very polite and solved my issue quickly. I’m using the free tier, so honestly, I can't really complain!
