We have generally been very satisfied with the Upatra: Bulk Fulfill CSV app and recently upgraded to a paid plan. However, we suddenly became unable to access the app today. When we open the app in our Shopify admin, the following error message appears: bulkfulfill-v3.upatra.com unexpectedly closed the connection. We have already tried refreshing the page, but the issue still persists. I also tried accessing your website, but a message appeared saying that the page does not exist.

App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated. We have reached out to support and have not heard back. ::UPDATE:: Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.

Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! The first time it worked fine but the last time an error occurred. Orders fulfilled using this app will mark the order as fulfilled but will be deleted or without tracking, causing confusion for customers. I'm looking for better app.

It is a great free APP, does help us a lot. It takes some time to process orders, which is slightly slower than the previous app we used. We have more than one tracking number for some of the orders, it does show the number one by one clearly. I hope there is a function for "cancel fulfillment" just incase there is something wrong and we need to undo what we have done. thank you!

Perhaps not the most smooth app out there but it works if you know how to use it and saves a bunch of time! Hint for those there having trouble. 1) If the app stops working. Uninstall & re-install. Re-installing needs to be done from the app store not from the uninstalled apps list. 2) Use full csv with headers from the app. The mapping is not best ever and can be skipped if the headers match 100% in order and format. 3) Use all headers. Especially tracking url should be provided just to be safe. So, bottom line if you wish to use this app 100% to potential you need tool to format your shipping providers data to fit the format and you golden! However this could be done easier on the app side, so -1 star for that.

Good app, but big files (1000+ entries) take a really long time, and if your computer falls asleep during the multihour upload it stops all progress and you have to start over. Would love it if you could upload the file and then leave the page without losing progress

Once you figure it out, it works well. During first uses, I recommend testing on 1 order and remembering that in the "Tracking URL" column you have to put the tracking prefix (which is the same for all orders) and not the individual tracking link.

Tried uploading the file with the shipment numbers but never works. It takes to some random sites. For e.g. if the shipment was sent via TOLL it by default tracks to a US website, Auspost takes to some future supply chains website. I thought that may be I did not provide the names of the carriers correctly the way it is in shopify so I corrected the file and then uploaded and clicked on Start --> Replace tracking but it still did not update the URLs correctly. Tried reaching them via online chat for another issue as well but no response.

Once sales start to pick in your shop up posting order tracking numbers can be a nightmare. You may even feel that you don't want to sell so much... crazy ha? Enter Bulk Fulfillment, with a few clicks you can upload a CSV and all tracking numbers update for each order in a second. No typos, no time lost. Did I mention it's free? Amazing! I used this to mass mark orders fulfilled since Shopify doesn't have that ability (step it up, Shopify!) Bulk Fulfill has the option to mass mark orders as fulfilled and also allows you to choose whether to notify customers of the fulfillment or not.
