I just downloaded this, but so far it seems like it will work well for us! It was hard to find a bundle app that lets the customer choose if they want just a few items or all the items in bundle, but this app does with their Mix and Match feature. Support is extremely helpful and responds so quickly! They also were able to easy go in on their end and fix something for me which was awesome.

This app does not display the price on the parent product page. I raised this issue twice, and the second time they told me I would have to pay extra for a “custom adjustment.” Showing a product’s price is a basic feature, not a customization. They also promised it would be fixed within 24 hours, apparently to keep me from uninstalling the app. After the deadline passed, they said they had other tasks to complete first. If you cannot meet the timeline, why promise it in the first place? Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Great app and much more user friendly than other bundle apps I've tried. One of its biggest advantages is the flexibility to bypass options you don't need and create product pages using your own terminology instead of being locked into the app's required labels. I did run into a few challenges getting everything set up exactly the way I wanted, but once I understood how it worked, it was easy to navigate. With a little help from ChatGPT, I was able to get everything configured the way I envisioned.

This app is fantastic! I tried several other bundling apps before this one, but this is the first one that truly fit my needs perfectly. Outstanding support. We run an Australian fragrance discovery store where customers build custom sample packs from our range, and Easy Bundle Builder is the engine behind it. Really poor tech and support service. cant actually add the widget where you want it. It embeds itself into your cart buttons, so if you want customer to proceed with their original choice it hurts conversion, because they have to scroll through all categories first till you get to their own add to cart button. If you are using google ads and are intent customers dont do it. If you dont care about that, maybe add it. but dont rely on their knoweldge because its limited. 6 hours now trying to add a simple bundle.
