We've been using this for a few months while we switched 3PL providers- customers love the fast shipping and since we already have inventory in Amazon its a no-brainer. We just added buy with prime and found our conversion rates improved due to the simplicity and speed that customers receive the orders. We are are not going back! Its important to note you don't pay amazon any fees other than fulfillment so it's actually cheaper than our regular 3PL for faster service.

This app solved a few pain-points for us at once - namely allowing us to automate fulfillment while utilizing our Amazon FBA inventory to fulfill orders to our Shopify site. This simplified our inventory management strategy and saves us time. The Buy With Prime feature gets used by customers who want fast free shipping, and we've had a few comment to us how much they like that feature as it takes the guesswork out of when they will receive the item. It's fairly straight forward to set up and the MCF/BWP support is great.

Customers are receiving the wrong products even though our SKUs are mapped correctly and every product package has the correct barcode. This is a serious fulfillment issue that directly affects customer trust and creates additional costs for our business. What makes the situation worse is how difficult it is to reach Amazon support and get a meaningful investigation for such a critical problem. An app handling order fulfillment needs reliable SKU accuracy and accessible support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, our experience with Amazon MCF has been extremely frustrating recently.

Amazon BWP is injecting a 'Amazon prime free shipping' line into my checkout, even though I have BWP turned off entirely. I have reached out to support twice, and I'm brushed off. Customers are able to checkout for free when they should be charged $7 for shipping, and I'm left covering this shipping cost.

At first, we struggled to get the app working and installed and uninstalled it a few times. But once we followed the basic setup instructions properly, it worked flawlessly. Previously, we were manually entering order details to fulfil orders through Amazon MCF. Now, every time we get an order in the UK or the US, we just click a button in Shopify. It has completely changed our workflow and allowed us to focus on growing the business instead of managing fulfilment. We were even thinking about setting up our own warehouse, but now 90% of our shipments go through Amazon services via this app.

The app is currently unusable. It is stuck indefinitely on "Loading catalog data in progress." After inspecting the console, I found a major authentication flaw in your API connection: {"message":"1 validation error detected: Value null at 'shopifySessionToken' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must not be null"}. How is it possible that the session token is null when the connection is through Shopify's own platform? Furthermore, the API response confirms that the operation bulk_fulfillment_update for my domain (ayaecofashion.myshopify.com) does not exist. This lack of maintenance is directly affecting my sales and inventory management. Please address this backend failure immediately.

I was excited about this app as it promised to simplify my fulfilment process. I’ve used MCF before and expected this to remove the need for manually entering customer details. Instead, orders are sent to Amazon but remain stuck in “processing” and never get fulfilled, an issue others have also raised. Seller Support has been extremely poor — a 45-minute investigation resulted in generic responses and no resolution.

I was really excited to use the MCF Fast Badge for my Shopify store, but at first it wouldn’t appear on my live product page—even though it showed correctly in preview. I tried everything: matching SKUs, checking inventory, adjusting permissions, reinstalling, and even having Shopify reindex the page. Nothing worked initially. However, Amazon has since fixed the issue, and the Fast Badge now displays perfectly on my site. Support was responsive throughout the process, and I appreciate that the team followed through and resolved it. The feature works exactly as promised and is a great addition for improving conversions. Very happy it’s functioning properly now. Highly recommend!

As with any Amazon's product, the support is awful. Currently the app is sending fulfillment requests to Amazon, but MCF does not accept requests, nor does it provide any notification updates or support options. Amazon seller central support asks for Amazon MCF order number to proceed, which I don't have because the requests are not being received by Amazon.

These are my thoughts on Amazon's warehousing and shipping plugin for Shopify. I've been using it for about a week or so. I have around 10 products on Amazon, which is fine. However, when people purchase a product on our website, the shipping cost, for a $20 to $40 product, runs about $9. That's pickpack shipping, maybe a bit over $9. Now, here's the big problem besides the fact that low-cost items are really bad to ship through this MCF program. The main issue is that on your own website, you have a variety of products. Sometimes people will buy two of one product, three of another, and four of a fourth. So you might have four different products in the shopping cart. When it's sent to Amazon, instead of picking, packing, and shipping all four in one package, they might ship the four items in four different packages. This costs you four different shipping amounts. Rather than saving on shipping like a normal pickpack shipping warehouse would do, with Amazon you can't save on shipping. They will ship it out, but they will charge you shipping for each product. It's kind of horrible. If a customer orders 10 products, Amazon could split that into four different packages and you'll pay for the four different charges on shipping. Instead of one box with all 10 products, you're now paying four different shipping charges for the one order. It's pretty crazy. If you sell one product on Shopify that's over $40 and have it in Amazon for over $40 too, then you might be okay for one product. But if people buy in bulk from you, you'll be eaten alive by the charges that come with pickpack shipping. If they split up the shipment into two or three shipments, you'll pay for two or three separate shipments. I'm learning that it's not cost-effective if you have lots of products on your website and ask Amazon to ship a bundle of stuff because they'll separate it into different packages and you'll pay way more in shipping than if you did it in-house or had one warehouse where things get shipped from. Amazon is great for selling on Amazon because people like Prime. But it's horrible to use as a warehousing source because of the many multiple packages and fees associated with them that can be generated from a single order on your website. You have to be very careful what you use MCF for. If it's a pricey product over $40 and you only sell that one item, it might be fine. But if you're selling products between $2 to $20 or have lots of products and people typically buy several at once from your website, you won't be happy because Amazon can split those shipments up and you'll face many shipping fee costs eating away your profit. Initially, I thought this would be a life-saving, game-changing tool. But after using it for a week or two, I'm realizing I'm paying way too much in fees for packages sometimes split into multiple shipments. Lastly, there are times when people purchase four different products and Amazon only fulfills one of those products. On Shopify, I still have to manually fulfill the other three. Even if you have inventory in Amazon and there's no configuration in the app or on Amazon to tell them to do all or nothing. If they only have one product in their warehouses and can only ship that one product because Amazon splits up your inventory across different warehouses, they should at least inform you if they can't fulfill the whole order so you can decide whether to cancel or proceed with partial shipment. Shopify and Amazon's warehousing solution is very limited and costly. I don't recommend it if you have lots of products or many products under $20 because the overwhelming shipping charges will eat up any profit. Anyway, I hope Amazon gets this fixed or provides a way to have a solution that makes shipping multiple products through them profitable.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT INSTALL! It's a way to steal your customers. Not only do they have no way to add your brand referral code (because why would I pay Amazon a referral fee when I'm using my own website to direct my own traffic- ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!), customer service won't even let me request the feature. You are better off creating your own link with the brand referral code and adding it to your website, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THIS APP!

What a PAIN THE ASS, Yeah, and try getting tech support. I have yet to have had any luck with Amazon's tech support. Amazon is quick to charge money for the privilege of being on their platform, ignoring the fact that you are paying for that privilege. Trying to get support for their easy-to-integrate Buy With Prime (it isn't easy) is a trip through hell. I'm not sure if Amazon is trying to help Shopify store owners or just taking their money and abandoning them. I believe Amazon wants to take our money and leave us to figure out what's happening; why aren't the buttons showing up? Why aren't there blue checkmarks? I say this because their technical support SUCKS. Anyone with any sense should save their money, and not use Amazon.

We’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with this app. Despite submitting multiple tickets regarding display issues, the responses have been unsatisfactory. The most recent reply suggested that we are missing some CSS; however, the app fails to show any output, even without CSS. The Amazon Reviews app has some straightforward customization options available; why doesn’t Amazon Prime? After months of trying to resolve these issues, we feel like we’re going in circles with no clear resolution or accountability from the support team. In today’s tech landscape, an app should be plug-and-play. Given Amazon’s vast resources, it’s unacceptable that we have to jump through hoops for something as basic as CSS functionality, which is obviously not the reason the app doesn't print ANY output! We’re left wondering if there are any plans to address these ongoing issues. Overall, this has been a very unsatisfactory experience

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO DO NOT INSTALL THIS. IT DUPLICATED MY INVENTORY ON SHOPIFY AND EVEN NOW THAT IT IS UNINSTALLED IT IS STILL SHOWING IN MY BACKEND. What is worse is that now that ive unistalled it, it left the amazon inventory behind in a ghost warehouse. Luckily we have about 50 skus... so the cleanup will take time but not ruin us.

Once we connected this app and matched products, we were no longer able to create Draft orders in Shopify containing these products even though we had inventory in or non-Amazon location. For this reason we cannot use the app. Amazon support was lacking. The installation call was quick, but no testing was done.

Original: Really easy to install and setup because our store already uses Amazon Seller Central for our inventory/fulfillment with Shopify and we have Amazon Pay. Enabling products to offer prime pretty easy and also has CSV option for bulk update which is great. Check out is happening on Shopify so it will track conversions with the marketing channels/Google analytics we are using which is a good thing.

I ran into several roadblocks installing the Buy with Prime app in Shopify. Seller support was eventually able to whitelist my domain. I now have the Buy With Prime app connected to my Shopify store. Using the new Buy With Prime app within Shopify is a much better user experience than the previous way of managing BWP orders. There is no longer the need to copy code to your websites product listing to enable the BWP order button.

Implementation was not difficult, and if it increases conversions then I am all for it. There are 2 main issues that I see right now: First, I wish there was better cart functionality so that our customers could purchase multiple products at the same time (even if it was limited to FBA items only). Unless I am missing something, I don't think that this is possible? Second, I wish that Buy with Prime was compatible with Zipify OCU. I feel like we are missing out on potential revenue there for all Buy with Prime orders, so the increase in conversion rates would have to be enough to counteract any loss from the lack of OCU revenue. Other than these two things though, the app is much better than the manual widget implementation.

I installed and setup this new BWP app. It now works, but it was not easy to get it working. The issues I had were because I already had the non-app version of BWP installed manually on my site. They do have a help page for folks migrating from the manual installation to this app. But that page is missing information. It ends up that if you are migrating, you need to create a brand new BWP account at the beginning steps. You cannot use the same BWP account you have set up (and linked) for your manual installation. When you first install the Shopify BWP app, when it asks for your BWP business account, make sure to choose to create a new account. Once I did that, I was finally able to get through all of the steps and it’s now working on my site. Hopefully, Amazon will update the migration help page to include this info. BTW, if you are like me and use your existing BWP account initially, the symptom is that you will get stuck with errors at step 2 and be unable to link your account. Everything will look fine and working on your BWP account page, but you won’t get past that linking step 2. I had to uninstall the app and figure out how to force it to go through from the beginning at step 1 once I reinstalled it. Other than the installation issues, the app is OK, not great. One big thing I assumed the app would do was match my website’s SKUs with my Amazon product SKUs to connect the products and let me offer BWP. However, the app does NOT do that automatically. Instead, you get a list of all of your Shopify products and you need to search for your SKU manually, then manually enter the matching Amazon AKU into a field, submit that, wait for it to match, and then you can enable BWP for that product. Needless to say, this would be terrible if you had a lot of products! They do have a csv import option, but you’d still need to add the matching Amazon SKU for each product. Amazon - if you are reading these reviews - please add an automatic matching based on SKUs. If our SKUs are matching between Amazon and Shopify, there is no reason the software can’t find them and do a match vs. us doing each manually. Other than that, the BWP button showed up fine on my website (my theme is Unsen). I’ve tested it out and it appears to work. Wow, this is a long review! The new Buy with Prime app was a breeze to set up. Even easier than setting it up on amazon. Just had to allow permissions and link the products in my catalog and it was up and running in my store in less than 3 minutes! Very impressed

I installed the app, and it was very easy to install and add all my products. All I needed was to match the SKUs from Amazon to my SKUs from Shopify, and have a link to my privacy policy, and it was ready to go. Very easy to set it up! Highly recommend it to anyone who is running an Amazon FBA business and has a Shopify store that gets some orders. Easy and seamless integration. Order processing has gotten so much easier now! All you need to do is connect your Buy with Prime with Seller Central and your Shopify store, match the SKUs from Shopify to Seller Central and you're good to go! Love it!

The Buy with Prime Shopify app is very easy to use. Simple 3 step connection and the support is always there to help you if there are any issues at all. If you already have buy with prime set up using the website, just go ahead and create a new business profile in step 2 and that should work. The order sync, returns and mapping of products are all very straight forward.

I was doing Buy with Prime before they made this App. They had a different set up process and it was rather confusing. The app definitely makes it much easier to set up, and has new features like the dashboard and app itself. Easier, better, and now I offer prime on my website? Can't beat it!

Installed the app to find product reviews/ratings from Amazon can't be brought over to my Shopify store - have not been integrated (yet ... according to a support agent). This was 99% of the value proposition for me. When this feature is available I will try it again and may reconsider my review.

Who wouldn't want an increase in sales? The app is great and allows me to seamlessly use my Amazon inventory for my Shopify site. This app is a gamechanger and helps me blend my Amazon FBA business with my Shopify side. I especially like that the checkout is still within Shopify so it's not a jarring UX.
