I’ve had a frustrating experience using the Kaching Bundles app while setting up product bundles. The main issue is that bundle grouping isn’t properly isolated. Instead of grouping only the specific products included in a bundle deal, unrelated products can sometimes get pulled into the same grouped view. This also causes discounts to appear merged, which makes the cart experience confusing and hard for customers to understand. After contacting support, I was informed that this is currently the only available option for how bundle grouping works. In other words, there is no way to restrict grouping strictly to the exact products selected for a given bundle. This is a significant limitation for standard bundle functionality, where bundled products are expected to be clearly grouped together within the same section, separate from unrelated items. I hope this is improved in future updates. For now I switching to another bundle app

5 stars to Domantas I've been building Shopify stores for a few years now and I've dealt with a lot of app support teams — most of them send you a help doc link and call it a day. Domantas at Katching is a completely different experience. I was trying to hide a specific element in the subscription widget to clean up my product page, and nothing I tried was working. I reached out to support not really expecting much, and Domantas jumped on it immediately. He didn't just give me a generic answer — he actually looked at my specific store setup, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve visually, and came back with a precise solution that worked on the first try. What stood out most was how thorough he was. He explained why the fix worked, not just what to paste in. He flagged a potential conflict with my theme before it could even become a problem. And when I had a follow-up question 20 minutes later, he was still there and answered just as fast. Katching is already a solid subscription app — competitive pricing, clean widget, easy setup — but support like this is what actually makes you stick with an app long term. You can have the best features in the world but if no one helps you when you're stuck, it doesn't matter. Domantas is the reason I'm leaving this review. Give that man a raise

I have had a very positive experience with Kaching Cart so far, but I especially want to mention Ryan from the support team. He has honestly been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. I had quite a few specific questions about setting up my cart, including custom free gift logic, how the gift should appear in the cart, how the message should be displayed, and what would or would not be possible within the app. Ryan took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense. What I appreciated most is that he did not just give short or generic answers. He really tried to understand what I wanted to achieve and then explained the best possible workaround or setup based on the app’s current features. That makes a huge difference as a merchant, because sometimes you know what you want the customer experience to look like, but you are not sure how to technically set it up. Ryan made that much easier. Out of all the customer support experiences I have had with Kaching Cart so far, Ryan has definitely stood out as the most helpful, competent, and clear. His replies were friendly, honest, and practical, and I really felt like he was trying to help me get the best result instead of just giving a standard support response. The app itself is very useful for improving the cart experience, adding offers, gift messaging, and making the shopping journey feel more professional. But the quality of the support makes it even better. When support is this responsive and knowledgeable, it gives you much more confidence using the app in a live store. A big thank you to Ryan specifically. His help has been genuinely appreciated, and he is a great example of what good customer support should look like. Very happy with the support and with the app so far.

Had a small issue with the cart not opening and Erikas from support figured it out quickly — turns out it was a shipping config problem on my end, not even the app. That kind of support is rare. We were about to start our work on custom building our cart page, and given our requirements, this would have taken weeks and have been very expensive, while at the same time not as adaptable and functional. I am SO SO SO glad I came across Kaching. This app has EVERYTHING we would have built, and much, much more. It is absolutely seamless to use and is bug-free. I spent a mere 2 hours building everything I need and it looks AMAZING and on-brand. Paul and Juozas were absolutely amazing. In those 2 hours, I probably fired away 20+ questions. They were both very competent and friendly. Feel bad, as Paul stayed behind working hours to help!!! 10/10 app UI. 10/10 team. 10/10 website compatibility. Couldn't recommend this app any more!
