We used this app 2 years ago to migrate our WP to Shopify. Everything went well and we were satisfied with the outcome. We then eventually needed the migration data to backtrack original information and they happily provided the requested files. They are very professional and the service they provide are outstanding. We used Cart2Cart to move a large WooCommerce fashion store to Shopify — roughly 7,000 products, 15,000 variants, 48 brands, and years of order and customer history. The full migration completed with zero skipped entities. Images, variants, SEO URLs and 301 redirects all transferred intact, which was critical for us since we couldn't risk losing search rankings on an established catalogue. The Recent Data Migration is what made this workable for a store that never stopped selling. It pulls in only new orders and customers without disturbing what's already there, so we could build the Shopify side properly instead of forcing a rushed cutover. Support deserves a specific mention. Our go-live date moved twice for reasons on our end, and the team extended our Migration Insurance both times without making it difficult. On a project of this size, that kind of flexibility matters more than any feature list. Saved us weeks of manual work. Recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cart2Cart. The biggest issue is their customer support. Initially, they respond, but after some time the responses become extremely slow, and eventually they stop replying altogether. This made the migration process very frustrating. Another major problem is that after the demo migration, the URL keys were not migrated correctly, which can seriously affect SEO and existing search rankings. Even more concerning, the URL redirects did not work at all. I contacted their developers multiple times regarding this issue, but my concerns were completely ignored, and I never received a proper solution. If you're migrating an eCommerce store where SEO, URL structure, and reliable support are important

Utilisé pour une migration depuis prestashop vers shopify L'appli fait franchement gagner beaucoup de temps. Mais.... Premièrement, malgré l'estimation du coût faite avant de se lancer, suprise, il faut multiplier par 2 pour être au minimum nécessaire après la phase de test. Parmi les suppléments facturés : la mise en place automatique des redirections. Et là encore, suprise ! Et attention si vous ne faites pas attention ça peut être la grosse cata pour le seo : Lorsqu'un produit a des variantes, les redirections se font pour les variantes mais..... pas pour l'url principale du produit ! Belle catastrophe qui oblige de tout reprendre à la main en urgence. Et qui fait perdre beaucoup de temps, une préparation de l'ensemble en csv plutot que de payer cette option m'aurait fait gagner du temps.

J'ai testé cette application pour une migration Shopify → PrestaShop avec un très petit ensemble de données (environ 20 produits et quelques clients), et le résultat a été un désastre complet. Dès le début, la migration a généré des dizaines de problèmes critiques : Les pages produits renvoyaient des erreurs 404, même en utilisant l'aperçu du back-office PrestaShop. Les catégories étaient visibles dans le back-office mais n'étaient pas correctement liées à la boutique, ce qui perturbait le routage. Incohérences entre les tables de produits (product / product_shop) nécessitant des corrections SQL manuelles juste pour rendre le site utilisable. Les commandes importées affichaient des produits et des images incorrects par rapport aux commandes Shopify d'origine. Les données de commande et les associations de produits étaient totalement peu fiables. Ce qui est encore plus frustrant, c'est le modèle de tarification : les options essentielles (URL SEO, redirections, etc.) sont facturées plus de 50 $ chacune, et même lorsqu'elles sont activées, elles ne fonctionnent pas de manière fiable. Après avoir perdu une journée entière à dépanner une migration test, il est devenu évident que cet outil n'était pas prêt pour la production. Customer support, once they responded was helpful with getting my data transferred to my new web host. I was unable to utilize the app myself, as the app attempts to automatically connect to your old host's page and doesn't prompt the user to enter any 2FA attempts that the old host may send you. If it wasn't for customer service, the app would be otherwise unusable.

I initially had a very frustrating experience with this app. I paid €180 for a migration from Lightspeed to Shopify, hoping for a clean transfer of my existing store data (products, sites, categories, redirects, menu navigation). As I'm dealing with health issues, I wanted to ensure a smooth transition by February 1st. Unfortunately, the app only transferred my products, which I could have easily done myself with a CSV file. All my previous work was lost, and I'm now missing important details like tags and categories. I was also disappointed by the lack of response from Cart2Cart for several days. However, I'd like to update my review. Since my initial feedback, Cart2Cart has apologized for the issues I experienced and issued a full refund. They are also allowing me to keep the transferred data. While I'm still not satisfied with the initial service, I appreciate their efforts to make things right. I would recommend that Cart2Cart focus on improving their data migration process and customer communication to avoid similar issues in the future.

I think I used this app when first setting up my website. It was some time ago so I don't quite remember but it was showing in the list of apps in my store. Anyway, after recently clicking on the app in error, I've been bombarded with pushy emails, even though I replied to explain I don't require their services, the hounding emails continue to come. It's not professional and certainly not a way to retain customers. I most certainly will never use this app in the future because of this terrible practice.

We signed up for the service migration package and paid over $1000 to help us speed up and streamline the migration from our magento store, unfortunately we are on day 12 and we have not yet had one full migration, it stops and technical support takes a very long time to be able to respond. We are ready for any help they need from our side, and requested they call anytime. Sales support is quick and 24/7, but it doesn't help because they keep telling you they will give it through to tech support so there is a big lag and delay in communication and execution. We thought they were in Canada or the US as stated on the app page so we can be on the time zone. It appears they are not. Our business is depended on a timely migration because it is a live store, with active customers and sales. We have to disable the firewall and security on our live magento while they run the migration, and it puts our live site at risk and makes the performance very low and slow. We have struggled for almost two weeks now to attempt to communicate that we need them to please prioritise help when a migration starts. It has been very stressful and frustrating. I think they could have a great app, but the practical implementation and available tech support for a live online store with high risk of loss with days of delay this is not an advisable option.

Yo ya había importado los productos de mi tienda en Ecwid cuando descubrí Cart2Cart. Por consiguiente, sólo seleccioné importación de Clientes y Pedidos. Cuando la importación terminó, descubrí que los Pedidos no estaban conectados a los Productos, a pesar de que cada Producto tiene un SKU único al que hacían referencia los pedidos en Ecwid. Cuando le informé acerca de este problema a soporte de Cart2Cart, me dijeron que, como no había seleccionado importación de Productos, no se habían hecho las conexiones de Productos con Pedidos y que, para poder conectarlos, debía pagar US$150 adicionales a los $98.40 que ya había pagado (en los que, dicho sea de paso, estaba incluida una tarifa bastante alta para preservar los números de Pedido originales ¿?). Sin embargo, ese no fue el único problema que encontré con la importación. En Ecwid había Pedidos que fueron obsequios (el descuento era igual al monto del pedido) y, en Shopify, quedaron registrados como Pedidos con monto pendiente de pago. Adicionalmente, todos los clientes suscritos a los comunicados automáticos de Ecwid se importaron en Shopify como no suscritos. Además, la mayoría de mis clientes están en Costa Rica y no tienen dirección física registrada ni teléfono. El proceso de Cart2Cart "inventó" datos: les agregó un número de teléfono falso, país Estados Unidos, estado Nueva York y ciudad Nueva York. Cuando exporté los datos de clientes para corregir esos problemas, descubrí que un campo "Notas" estaba lleno de texto con fines de línea que impedían el correcto reconocimiento de los registros a la hora de subirlos a Excel, por lo que tuve que editar cientos de registros manualmente para eliminar ese texto y poder corregir los datos para volver a subir los datos correctos en Shopify. En resumen, ha sido una absoluta pesadilla el proceso. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette application pour une Migration Prestashop vers Shopify. Le support est inexistant et il faut payer des suppléments pour tout car rien n'est prévu de base pour Prestashop. Développeur peu scrupuleux qui refuse de rembourser alors que la migration n'a pas fonctionnée sous prétexte qu'il existe une version de demo de 10 produits gratuite qui elle fonctionne. Utilisez des tableaux CSV vous gagnerez du temps.

I gave up. After 4 hours of back and forth with technical support, the migration tool could not connect to my shopify store. Tech support changed permissions in my shop manually and claimed it was working, but this didn't help. They promised to follow up by email - all I got was canned troubleshooting instructions which were not useful. Good luck!

Amazing experience! Was skeptical at first for use on a complex Shopify to Wordpress migration boasting more than 10K products and 20K images. Any and all concerns were quickly forgotten. We migrated images, orders, customers, products, pages, posts, discounts, categories, and tags flawlessly. What minor issues I did encounter were addressed in hours by the fantastic support team. As with any migration, certain data is not migrated, etc., but we do our homework and the staff at C2C tried to educate us beforehand as well. I was very pleased with the service and support I received from Cart 2 Cart. I was migrating a Volusion 1 site to Shopify with over 2,000 products and 4,000 customer records. It's a bit of a leap to rely on a service like this to do an auto transfer of data, but their interface was pretty easy to use and the online chat was helpful during setup. We launched the transfer late in the day and when I got up 9,000+ records were transferred. We had a glitch in the data migration process, as a non-standard field we did not have mapped within Volusion did not transfer over. Cart2Cart support handled it and within 24 hours we had revised the data mapping and had a perfect match. I would definitely recommend the Cart 2 Cart service.

After the transfer my images were not available for use independently of their product listing. I cannot use an existing image on another product. I will have to re-upload all images to actually have them in the system. All images for theme and design elements are also not included. Every image for my website will have to be uploaded manually. Subscribers are also not included in the transfer so you will lose all of your subscriber information. If a customer has created an account, it will no longer exist. Double check all of your links and data because the transfer does not work as well as it claims. It would be easier and save you time and money to just do everything manually to ensure that you have all of your data and that everything works correctly. This is a relatively useless app.

Although it was fast and easy-it did not import everything. All of my sales pages did not import any of the images/video/descriptions. They all imported as very basic product pages. I had to use PageFly to redesign everything. Blog posts did not import either. Regular webpages did not import (I have over 150 web pages on my website) and you'd have to rebuild every single page, BUMMER. I am bummed out because none of this was mentioned on their website and I could not get a refund. But it appears this is the only option available right now for WEEBLY to SHOPIFY migration. Also if you have digital downloads on your website-they will not migrate. I learned this the hard way when a customer purchased a digital download and never received it. You will need to download a DOWNLOAD app from Shopify and manually upload those files. I would give this app 5 stars had they only stated all of these issues in advance. your reviews will not be imported either (again not mentioned on their website) so you will need to export them from your old site and import them to Shopify. Weebly does not let you export reviews so I had to copy and paste into a csv file. It was a good alternative but would have been nice to know in advance. Left me really frustrated after my migration to see so many things missing.

When I contacted customer service, I would have had to give them login info and passwords for both my target and source stores. Which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I would have rather them looked at my CSV files. If you have a lot of products and photos it is most likely worth the price.

Migrating nearly 30k entities from Big Commerce to Shopify is pretty daunting but this certainly took most of the pain out of it. It's not cheap by the time you've added on a lot of the extras (301's, categories > auto collections etc) but it is much more cost effective than doing it manually as dealing with CSVs for this amount of products/order/customers would take days. If using for the first time i'd definitely recommend getting insurance just in case it doesn't work out as intended. Also temporarily disable notifications in Shopify if you're migrating orders otherwise you'll get a lot of emails!

I've used them twice now. The first time was 6+ years ago and I forgot why I should not use them. Both times with HUGE headaches! I will never use again. I migrated almost a month ago, I'm still missing orders as well as many URL redirects were broken, items and URLs had duplicates. I have many upset customers trying to buy off a registry what takes them to a 404 page. All you will ever get is: "I have put the highest priority to this task and ask techs to work on it first thing tomorrow", then you wait, then you will get an email asking for "examples" of the issues, which they already have, but because they are in Russia, it will take 24 hours for you to hear back, if at all, and then it will be with another question, to which they have the answer. Like I said, missing order and still NOTHING from them except . . . the highest priority etc. You never hear from them to even know what the status is. Use another company, or find a guru to do it for you. Save yourself the headache.

Poor. The estimate for the migration was 31 hours, we have just over 11,000 products and 10,800 customer files and it took 8 DAYS!!! We were given excuse after excuse for the delays like we were 'Trial' customers, which we were NOT, we were paid, blaming Shopify for limiting the API connections, which Shopify stated they don't, MULTIPLE TIMES but finally done. We also have many items incomplete that we are correcting. We did take the insurance for the re-migration but can't wait another 8 days, we are still working to reconstruct the ones with missing information which has pushed back our re-opening of the site by 3 weeks. They need to get their stuff together and give accurate time estimates. Also, their support sucks, if you email them they 'normally' respond in 24 or more hours. Buyer Beware!

This app is useless. Be careful to use. First of all, it will erase all of your previous SEO work. And they never tell you that. Then, after migration, you still need to rewrite/reformat all the descriptions of each item because they are totally different formats from two platforms. Again, they never tell you this. Third, during/after migration, it will generate a lot of useless emails/pages. In a word, it's better to do the website again by yourself. It's very fast. This app cost me over $160, and useless.

The team at Cart2Cart was great. They made some mistakes, which they corrected, but some of that could be related to migrating away from Volusion (one of the worst web platforms out there). They were highly motivated to get the job done and were responsive to requests changes when something didn't go as expected. FYI, ten trillion times better than nChannel who writes their contracts in a way to get out of doing any additional work if there is a hiccup.

It took DAYS to edit the products to get everything right. And there were a bunch of add ons needed so it cost almost $400 and for that price it should have been pretty clean but it wasnt. Due to huge database and large number of custom migration requests, we didn't use the app (although I have used before very successfully) - instead we used Magnetic One's premium migration service. It took a long time to get everything done, but eventually all items we needed were migrated over successfully which saved many hundreds of hours of uploading. Price for the service was very good. If you are migrating to Shopify I would definitely recommend this service.

Terrible. Absolute scam. Migrated orders and customer information; does NOT migrate passwords NOR create an account so there is no way for customers to log in at all. Password reset doesn't even work. Furthermore now all their email addresses are in the system so they cannot even use the same email address to create a new account. If you want to totally nuke your store and alienate all your current customers, by all means use Cart2Cart. EDIT: The limitations are a Shopify issue and not the fault of Cart2Cart - however, they are less than forthcoming with this information before the migration and lead you to believe that all will be well once migration is complete, which is not accurate.

TERRIBLE! I needed to just remigrate the same files over i already paid for, they wanted me to pay again. After tirelessly telling them it is the same files they still wanted money. So i paid. They remigrated and i specifically chose "DO NOT DELETE DATA" and they deleted ALL data from my store, CMS pages, products, etc... What a terrible experience, hours and hours and hours of time lost.

Fantastic App. We migrated from Volusion to Shopify with no problems. Customer Accounts, Inventory, Sales Orders...everything was transferred over. The only quirk we had was that passwords didn't transfer over (I'm sure this is a security issue and I have no problem with it at all). The solution was to just send out a mass e-mail to all of our customers asking them to reset their password. Once they reset their password they would still have their shipping information saved as well as the list of their previous orders. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP...but like any migration process be sure you research & make sure you are doing it the correct way so there are no issues. You can't blame a vendor for a user mistake :)

Second time using cart2cart for a site migration. Setup is relatively simple. I'm only migrating customers and order data, not products, but the transition seems to be pretty seamless as long as you've paid attention while setting up the migration. Be very careful using this app! When migration from woocommerce to shopify they install your images wrong. They use the folder "Assets" instead of "Files" which will make you lose everything you ever did the moment you delete old themes. Its not the proper way to upload files (images) and it will destroy your entire site. We lost everything and had to hand upload each image (5k photos)

The first attempt at migration from 3dCart left us without product images and they imported abandoned carts as paid orders. I contacted support. It was days before they had a fix. Then they still had abandoned carts coming in as paid. Again I contacted them. It was over a week before they attempted again. We had almost 30,000 orders to import. The multiple attempts ended up creating duplicate orders. So now we have over 90,000 orders in the system, many of which are duplicate and triplicate orders. Each time they say they have to figure out what happened and try again. I expected for over $400 they could get this done. I was quoted a 10 hr migration. It has been over 3 weeks now and we still do not have a proper migration and we will have to hire another company. Oh, and not all customers ever imported and the ones that did, their passwords did not work. Many had to create new accounts. Luckily Shopify's system is smart enough to match customer accounts with orders based on the email address used. I do not recommend dealing with them. They clearly do not know what they are doing when it comes to a larger store with hundreds of item, thousands of customers and tens of thousands of orders.

I paid $259 to transfer my store over from magento to shopify, $259 is alot but im FINE with that if it worked out. My biggest problem was when there app did not work well with magento even though they claim it does and all my "configurable" products did not transfer. When i emailed them i did not get responses for 3 days at a time and when i did get responses you can tell they didnt take more then 30 seconds to look into it (or maybe they didnt speak english), meanwhile my entire site was down. After over a week of trying to get them to fix it i had to hire a local web dev local to do it. I then emailed them thank you for trying but please refund me as i hired a local dev. They would not refund my $259 for nothing! they said they cannot refund me it is against there policy. STAY AWAY!, I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE GOING WITH THESE PETTY INTERNATIONAL CROOKS.

Good value for getting 1000's of products moved but the process has so many variables that much can go wrong. In our case we had a lot of products which had many variations and so we had to pay more to get them imported (the import failed with the standard transfer). I would say we had an average experience with a large transfer like this. If you have a lot of products, like over 1000+ with lots of variations, make sure to just order the extended package right away. It will save both sides much time.

This Shopify Migration App worked great to migrate our store from Volusion to Shopify! It transferred over all product descriptions, photos, categories, etc. seamlessly. It's very easy to use, and the instructions are very easy to follow. Considering the amount of information that we needed transferred, it did not take as long as we had expected. We did an initial transfer to test out how things would look and how everything would function. It worked great! We purchased insurance with our migration so that we could re-migrate once our shop was closer to being ready to push live, and customer service has been AMAZING in our requests necessary with our remigration. Communication is a problem with these folks--they don't do well at letting you know what's going on with your migration. Our "migration in minutes" was suspended with no explanation, and I had to repeatedly contact them before they finally discovered someone had made a mistake on our order. Our migration has been problematic, but the customer service people have been nice to work with although they sometimes gave me conflicting information that was very confusing.

Not only did they not complete in time, they imported customer data incorrectly, order data and statuses incorrectly, and when they were asked to fix it, they deleted additional data from our website without informing us, or taking a backup! On top of this after haggling for 3 weeks, they have only given us a 20% refund, and we had to hire someone else to fix the mess that these people made! And this is after buying a support package from Magento to Shopify - and we had < 100 orders, customers, and about 600 products, and from a standard magento store with no customization. They have NO experience with this even though they say they do, as the errors they made were so basic. I have to say, Cart2Cart, and specifically Maryana, exceeded my expectations. Was it an easy migration? No, it wasn't and even though I stopped and started it twice and it wasn't working and it was taking a long time, Maryana kept emailing asking for a chance to make it right. We went over the migration, the issues and how to fix them and started again. The brilliant part was that after that planning, it was done in just over 24 hours and everything looked great. My store is fully migrated and online and that wouldn't be the case if they hadn't emailed and asked for a chance to do it again. I'm so glad that I didn't dismiss the opportunity just because I was frustrated. As store owners we put our livelihoods in the hands of companies to help us and moving the 16500+ products I had on my old store to Shopify was a huge undertaking. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The app had bugs and did not migrate correctly, when I asked for help it took them ages to reply. Re-migration of course costs as well and could not fix the error. I ended up not being able to ask for a refund because it is NOT REFUNDABLE. DO NOT USE THIS APP! BEWARE!

Buyers beware - they screwed up our migration so badly we had to erase everything and start from scratch. They said they could move our items from Big Commerce to Shopify in less than two weeks and we wasted over a month listening to their excuses for why it wasn't working until finally we had to scrap all their mistakes and do it manually ourselves. We could have saved a lot of time and money by just doing that from the beginning. Stay away from this company.

I have had nothing but trouble with my attempted migration from Volusion to Shopify. I have spent the last week, waiting for live chat to tell me one thing only to have email support tell me something else. I realize they are based in Ukraine but even working on their time schedule they were not able to get my categories transferred over. Not working was one thing but support is all over the place I had to tell the same story over and over and it seemed like they had no idea what was going on half the time. I will be requesting a full refund for filing a chargeback, because of this service being so slow and not working my migration is a week behind.

We used this app to migrate over from Volusion to Shopify. All customer and order details were moved over without issue. However, when I linked up my order history with Stitch Labs for reporting and inventory tracking, I discovered that the order history from Volusion would not be able to sync with Stitch due to the way the information was migrated. Not a big deal as my main concern was having access to past order details for customer service related issues, but it would have been nice to not have my sales history for reporting purposes start from scratch.

This was awesome... when I first opened my Shopify online store, it was brain-wrecking thinking I would have to manually add each product. Luckily I came across this app. I never knew there was anything like this out there. Once again Shopify and the Migration Module made running my new site easy. Great app

This app helped us migrate over from Volusion to Shopify, relatively without issue. Obviously some things didn't come over perfectly (i.e. not all categories were turned into collections), but that's to be expected when making such a major switch. Will certainly use this app again if the need arises, but I doubt it because Shopify is 10 million times better than Volusion

The absolute worst user experience and service. The flow of this product is so terrible because it tricks you into continuously looping through setup so that it can continue to charge your card, and it also adds "migration insurance" (whatever that is" onto your card. The people who run the support are 0 helpful, I'm not even sure they work at this company.

This was one of the smartest decisions I have made in a LONG time. I was fleeing BigCommerce (like most small to mid-sized sellers are when BigCommerce inexplicably decided to triple their prices.) I am still in the process of finishing the site, but it brought over 100+ items, images, copy, and thousands of customer records successfully. The only PITA is it also triggered an email to me for each old order as it built the customer records. So I literally got thousands of emails. :-) Look for a way to turn this off before you do your migration. Note that the store linked to this review is not the store we migrated, but apparently I was signed in to one of our other Shopify accounts when I left this review. Oh well. I had 100 items plus thousands of orders to migrate from BigCommerce to Shopify. I was going to hire a Virtual Assistant to rebuild it. I found Cart2Cart in a Google search, and decided to give it a try. Literally the best money I have spent lately. With upgrades, I was in for less than $200 after searching in vain for a promo code and not finding one. The setup for the migration took less than 5 minutes (and I am somewhat computer illiterate). I did the test migration, it looked perfect, and I then paid for and did the full migration. It worked perfectly. Actually, even better than I thought as it also brought over imbedded videos (I didn't realize it would bring over youtube videos, etc...) I had to manually bring over some of the other non-product centric pages, but 99% of what I was about to pay someone 40 hours to do was done in a few minutes worth of my time (plus a couple of hours of migration digitally that Cart2Cart did. I am not affiliated with the company in any way, nor was I compensated in any way to leave them a review. In fact, the opposite is true. I paid for their services, and got exactly what they promised I would get (and in my opinion, maybe a bit more). I have already recommended them to a circle of entrepreneurs I travel in. Worth every dollar I paid them. I also bought the link upgrade (to model the same SEO links/urls) and that worked perfectly. Great SAAS product. Thanks again, Cart2Cart. I hope I don't need you in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to buy your service again.

BY FAR THE WORST APP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INSANELY HORRIBLE!! My import was done incorrectly and their company is located in Ukraine so if you want customer service you have to contact them at like 4-5 AM USA Eastern time and regardless they don't have a tech team that actually knows what they're doing, they have to outsource it somewhere else! If you email them with a question they get back to you 24 hours later, just ridiculous!! I told them I want my money back numerous times and they just won't refund it to me so I have to file a chargeback just like many other people have like I read online... Don't take it from me, just google cart2cart reviews and you'll see how many upset customers there are! I wish I saw all those reviews before I paid my hard earned money that they won't even refund now! DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

The service would probably work fine if you have a very basic store. However in my case I have items with several variants and it caused serious problems. I paid for the insurance so I would have the two weeks of support and 2 extra migrations. The two extra migrations would be great if you kept updating your old site and wanted to refresh the new one as you are working on it. This is not the case however. Whenever their support (more on them later) changes something you have to use a migration to test it and see if it works. Needless to say it gets used up quick. Their support is foreign, which is not really a surprise. However they have zero phone support only if you want to buy, they have a sales person you can talk to. The online support people do not talk or type rather very good English. It takes 5x longer than it should to tell them what you want and for them to respond back with something reasonable. It also seems like they take no support notes. To top it all of they cannot really do anything. You have to wait for them to relay a message to their techs, which are also foreign and on the other side of the world. So just getting a response from a tech takes 24 hours. Overall it was nice that it brought in my old orders. However after much stress and hours of wasted time with their support who still does not understand why it was not working. Needless to say I decided to the product part of my migration manually and it was a breeze. Shopify even has a page that tells you what each field is. If you can use OpenOffice Calc then you can do it yourself. On a closing note, their policy is that they do not give any refunds unless their techs cannot figure out the problem. 12 days later they still could not figure out my problem and refuse to give me a refund :(
