We’ve been using CedCommerce UniCon to import and sync our product listings across TikTok Shop, eBay, and Temu, and the experience has been genuinely seamless. Inventory, pricing, and product data stay in sync across all three channels without the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with. Setup was straightforward, and it’s saved our team a ton of time we’d otherwise spend updating listings one platform at a time. Highly recommend if you’re managing multiple sales channels and want everything to stay consistent without the headache.

As of October 2025 support now says app is not working due to Amazon updates and may be dropped. For sure, some functionality is still there but it is not importing families together as one but instead as separate listings, so useless. Even when it was "working" it was buggy and didn't flawlessly import all the time. Support was always horrible and they only replied days later with limited help. Not worth wasting your time with anymore.

I have experienced fantastic service from Ankit and various colleagues including Divyanshu !! Sometimes communication with other India developers is sub-standard ... BUT ... the communication stream with CedCommerce is STELLAR. Just hit the CHAT button, and instantly no matter what time of the day or night a customer service rep answers right away. They use email and chat as well as video conferencing to solve issues and I have had outstanding help when needed. Even complex issues get solved quickly. And best of all they are VERY transparent with money issues. It is a pleasure to work with them as we migrate our Amazon Seller Central catalog to Shopify.

Probably the worst support and the worst application you can use, STAY AWAY FROM IT!! It's been 2 months that EVERYDAY I need to communicate with their team because it doesn't properly sync with Ebay. I'm left on "seen" messages and every time I request for their to fix it (again and again), it takes 48-72h every time. How do you want us to make sales and have a functioning store if this application which is ESSENTIAL is never properly working? DO NOT EVEN INSTALL IT, YOU'LL REGRET IT.

It's so close to being good that it's bad. This doesn't do what you think it does, it almost does it but you'll be left disappointed and cleaning up a hell of a mess. This app ONLY imports listings from eBay to Shopify. It cannot ACCURATELY keep up with inventory once the item is on Shopify. We ended up having countless products that were SOLD still in our inventory which impacted sales, customer service, and SEO. Seeing as this app charges a significant amount for "seamless product syncing" you'd think that it would be seamless, not full of cracks for products to slip through. Customer service is a joke. I've managed to get in contact with them a handful of times and they've only ever resolved an issue ONCE. The resolution to that was temporary and didn't last. This app has been nothing but a headache and I cannot see a single use case in which this is the best answer to your problems. The straw that broke the camels back - with this latest issue I finally got in touch with customer support. They're demanding I pay them additional money to get the app working even though I only have five products active on my store. Done with this, don't waste your time.

Absolute scam, it's mind blowing, I just have to leave a review to warn others. There is no way these glowing 5 star reviews are real. I purchased credits to import listings and never got access to actually start the import. I contacted support multiple times, the live support couldn't help and always said the right department will contact me with a solution. Never heard from anyone. I asked for a refund and the live support kept me for more than an hour just dodging my request, asking me to send screenshots of the invoice, to wait, asking what product, who did I talk to ect and at the end said they can't help me and someone will reach out for the refund. I receive an email from yet another person and they engaged in the same dodging, when I made it clear that I need my refund, they stopped answering and never issued anything. Pure scam and will be reported to Shopify. Don't believe the fake reviews, trust me.

This is an immoral company without customer support or integrity. I downloaded the App for my Shopify store to work with Ebay / shopify synch and import of my 1600 or so skus. Once downloaded, I had issues bringing over all my skus to shopify. I reached out for support and was told this app would not help with what I was looking for, I needed CEDCommerce Importer, not CEDCommerce Integration. My bad. I uninstalled, downloaded the other app to continue to get the result I needed. I asked for the $300 "year in advance" fee charge they charged me for the 30 minutes I demo'd their software, that I could not use to fulfil my needs. They declined. I asked them to reconsider, they ignored my second request and days later now, have not responded. This is criminal. I will be taking this up with Shopify next and to social media. And I will now, not be using their other software to support my store, so they have now lost perpetual business from me each year, they risk reputation and review, and possible action from Shopify, all to steal and keep $300. Desperate and crooked. AVOID AVOID AVOID, poisonous people. Update - As of 3/19 Unresolved. Also, calling their 24/7 support number listed 888-882-0953, the number is unresponsive after several tries, just rings and rings, no one picks up, no message service, so more fraud.

I have used them a few times and they have usually been good, but recently the pictures of the products that I have imported do not fit on the screen. I have asked for help from the 14th of November and I am very much getting ignored which is a shame as I needed this done to show the clients.

Avoid using this app - absolutely no customer service response. Contacted on 18th August to report an error in their app whereby they took payment, but I have yet to receive credits applied to my account. I am disputing the transaction with my bank to get my payment returned.

I had a technology issue and worked with Deepti, Business Development Analyst, late into the night who was incredibly helpful. No one except Deepti has been helpful at all. The initial problem has reoccured and my promised emails to look into haven't been received after days of waiting. The app syncs products that are sold out and or inactivated on my Etsy store. This causes the selling of products on Shopify that we do not carry. Huge issue and not one I have hours a day to manually correct. Waste of resources and time.

Good app to use for exporting your items to Shopify. Images & variations come out well as well as description. UPDATED. 8/1/2022 I regret using this app. What happened? It syncs my the products from amazon to shopify. I've made changes on shopify and the next 48 hours it was override by the software. I've also requested to shop making changes with sale rep, and their developers. It worked for awhile. But today was the last straw. This is the 4th time. My Graphic Designer already made changes to the product pages and fixed it multiple times. I can not have something that is uncontrollable. Rather do the fulfillment of orders manually and keep track of the stock manually. I really really regret. July 27th 2022. I currently use this app. I'm an amazon seller and our amazon store is doing pretty well. We were looking to find something that can seamlessly transition to Shopify because I heard Shopify is the go to. It worked. Although I had some hiccups which was because I was not an Shopify expert. They helped with with some troubleshooting and also helped me with some onboarding. Would recommend other Amazon sellers to try it out.

Overall, everyone on the team has been super nice so that's for the 3 stars. In terms of the program itself, it's not as seamless as marketed so it's a 1.5 stars; at least not for companies with a few thousand products and multiple variations. We had over 3100 products and it is still being uploaded. We are told it may take up to 50 days to upload all the products, I thought it would take 1 day to 2 days to upload all this to Shopify from Etsy but it's still an ongoing project. Best part is not all the images are pushed over for the uploads and sometimes their server doesn't connect leading to zero uploads some days. I wish I knew this would be the experience. I would have never paid for this nonrefundable service that isn't living to what's marketed. Long story short, if you have several thousand products with multiple variations, this app is not for you unless you are okay with missing images, and personally uploading these files over the next few months.

We recently found the CEDCommerce team after having major issues with the official eBay app on Shopify. We decided to test out the Multichanel Importer and eBay marketplace integration after seeing their reviews, which are both offered by CED. I have never been this impressed by a service before. Nothing seems like an issue to them and they have delivered on every promise quicker than expected. It's likely that if we need new apps in the future, we would search to see if CED could assist before looking elsewhere. Top service!

I'm a developer based in the Uk and have too many bad experiences with App Developers from overseas, in my experience as soon as you pay for the product they have no interest in helping or worse, go missing which leaves you with a product not fit for purpose and a lot of wasted money. The team at CED-Importer surpassed my expectations on every level. Not only did they answer every query I had on the live chat system within 2 minutes they went the extra mile to make sure the eBay data feed was customised to my Shopify store and without charging anything on top of the App subscription. Without any hesitation I would recommend using these guys, customer service is exceptional, the knowledgebase faultless and just as importantly the product does exactly what it says. The best support I've ever come across in my 12 years of web development.

There were some glitches initially on importing the descriptions from my Amazon listings, and after a few rounds of discussion with support, my case was escalated to senior management for resolution. Senior management personally worked with me to resolve the issues and get my >1,500 listing imported into my Shopify store with all items as expected. This and the other CED Commerce apps are well designed, and although still evolving, the support and developers are very quick to help and resolve any issues. I'm very impressed with them and have also been using their Amazon and Ebay apps to connect to my Shopify listings.

Great experience; they deserve more than Five Stars. I had a lot of products on Amazon and needed to import them in bulk. At first, I was hesitant and was performing deep research into a few that I had narrowed down. But after speaking to support (Phoenix), I realized this is the best deal available. Most of the Apps I was researching charges by the SKU. I have less than 500 products, but some of my products have over 250+ variations, so that was going to be a little more expensive. This App charges by the Product and not by the SKU, meaning I was only charged for 238 products to upload for under 40.00 and uploaded several thousand SKUs. I am also going to sign up for a monthly subscription because of this affordability. Then to top it all off, their support is great. As so many have highlighted in previous reviews, they are very supportive, professional, courteous, and understanding. I was able to upload most of my products in the single click as advertised, but about 20 had errors. Support jumped on it and figured out what the problem was and got it done for me. Phoenix was my support rep, and I highly recommend them. They were very patient with my non-technical experience and answered all my questions prior to purchase as well as after purchase and also helped me with my problem. Never had to wait more than a few seconds for responses using their chat feature. Thanks guys, I greatly appreciate all your support and understanding, and willingness to help me get this thing up and running.

I've been selling on ebay for 10 years, but decided to open do my own website, i needed an app that could sync my ebay & shopify stock and to bulk upload all my products from ebay to shopify saving me hours and not having to have separate stock. I had a few complications, as i used webinterpret on ebay, so it imported all my products and not just UK ones, how ever this was no problem, Multichannel Importer managed to separate UK listing to a separate list, then sent the UK list to shopify, Bulk loading my whole inventory from ebay to shopify. Then i had another issue as the template that i used on ebay caused issues with how the description looked on Shopify, But this was no problem for my Multichannel importer staff Deepti , she worked above and beyond to fix this and make the description look correct. The customer service here is amazing, if you are already an Ebayer thats just starting out on shopify this is a must to get your inventory straight onto shopify saving you hours of time for not much ££, absolutely excellent. I've been using this app to sync my inventory between Etsy and Shopify for a few months now and it's the best app on the market to keep everything streamlined. I wish you could sync between Shopify to Etsy but you can only sync Etsy to Shopify which is a bit of a bummer so some inventory I still have to do by hand. Whenever I need help, customer support has been responsive and helps quickly!

I was having difficulty importing products from Etsy into my Shopify shop. I used the online chat option and someone from the team helped me immediately! Incredible customer service and in the midst of a pandemic. I would highly recommend this app as well as the outstanding support behind it. They fixed the issue and now all of my products are listed in Shopify. If you are trying to migrate anything over from another ecomm sight, I would highly recommend this app. Don't do what I did waist your time trying to import via the Shopify .csv product import as you will waste time. Use this app instead.
