This is the first app that I have found that is affordable for a small business like mine. It has all the features of a much more expensive app My dealers love the ease of set up and ease of use when they place an order. On my end, I appreciate the ease of filling an order that has information that was missing with manually placed dealer orders. Their customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this app for any Storefront that has a dealer network.

Very straightforward and easy to use - I haven't tested functionality at time of writing because my store is not live, but feels smooth and bug-free from what I have found. Their support/technical team customised signup form so it matches my theme style which is excellent. The free app does not have a watermark which is excellent unlike other free app versions I have come across. I would look no further than this for B2B wholesale in Shopify.

We've had a great experience with Clay as we've built out our B2B trade program on Shopify. The automatic customer approval workflows, trade pricing, and account management have helped us create a much more professional experience for our trade customers. The platform is intuitive and has allowed us to automate what would otherwise be a very manual process. First, the app is great! It seamlessly adds wholesale capabilities to your Shopify storefront without the fees you would have to otherwise pay. Also the cost (very reasonable monthly expense instead of 15% of every order) is much lower than what we have to pay with Faire, we get much more ability to adapt to our own needs, and the functionality is all simple and straightforward. But the real benefit is how easy it is thanks to the short videos and the great customer service. Whenever I have not been able to figure something out, they are very quick to help. La sincronización de Shopify con ellos no es inmediata y eso me preocupaba mucho porque no veía el cambio de precios al momento. Si te pones en contacto con ellos desde el ordenador tienen conectada la traducción automática y parece que estén hablando el mismo idioma que tú. No pasa lo mismo desde la App. He pedido si me podían actualizar el formulario al español y lo han hecho al momento. Les pongo 5 estrellas porque no puedo ponerles 10 !!! We NEVER write app reviews but the INCREDIBLE support team alone for this app is earned it The knowledge centre and videos made the setup very straightforward, but we had an issue getting the wholesale pricer app to embed and show the discounted pricing on our site. We used the instant msg feature and quickly got in touch with Shubham who patiently walked us through it and got it working in just minutes! The registration form is very easy to set up, but also has lots of customizable aspects which are great for any and all business types. Allowing you to segment customer groups is also a great option. We love the flexibility of the pricing rules, allowing you to customize multiple aspects of how your customers see pricing on the site such as price or quantity discounts for any combination of product selection. It's just an awesome app for any business that either wants to do both retail and wholesale on the same shopify site, or like us, utilize it for a standalone wholesale site. We have used many different apps for integration with Shopify - however, this cannot be understated - the service level from the team at Clay B2B Wholesale is the best we have ever received. The app itself is very clear, easy to navigate, and effective for establishing a b2b option on our B2C focused website. The app has an easy to setup registration form for your customers, where once they submit, you can approve/reject (as well as have them attach a resale certificate). Simple rules in the app easily integrate with shopify, and we successfully setup pricing, MOQ, and shipping rules based on customer-type (tagging) in shopify. Again, the service level here stands apart. If an issue or question came up, we have immediate response back in the app, and even quick google chats where the Clay team helped us with best practices not just in their app, but also how we can better use shopify to create a checkout experience for our customers. This app so far does everything that I need - offers discounted prices to trade customers. It allowed me to set different discounts for different products and design a trade registration form as needed. At first, it was showing the cheapest price for each product in the collection view, whereas I needed it to show the full product price. The team completed this for me quickly on request. We needed to merge a retail site that allows customization for products with a wholesale site that has bulk pricing and does not allow customization. This proved to be difficult, but Clay B2B Wholesale Pricing did the trick. It's simple, straight-forward, easy to use, and works out of the box. CSV uploads make updating bulk pricing dead-simple, and the customer service is outstanding. Extremely prompt and very helpful. I can recommend this app to any developer or business owner. Hiding customization features from other apps when a wholesale customer is logged in did take some liquid coding - but that's to be expected. Overall - 5 stars out of 5.

This app was just what we needed for our store. For the past 2 years, our company has been on Shopify Plus primarily for built-in B2B features. It has been a pain. It was over-engineered and forces you to use New Customer Accounts which have a completely separate account portal with no ability to customize the pages. The folks at Clay: B2B offer a great solution. We have a wide range of customers with specific pricing needs. They offer the ability to set automatic discounts per customer (% off or $ off) or manual price list with a spreadsheet upload. We utilize all three and it works great for our purposes. Also, it only takes up 1 of 25 active automatic discounts Shopify allows. They are also incredibly responsive and listen to their customers. I had requested for the ability to sort Customer Groups by name and they implemented the feature within a week. Huge props. Instant customer service, no matter the time. Developer was able to solve some of the problems we had, he was patient, and eager to help customers out. Plugin is great. Css (the way the form looks) integrates with our theme great. We tried 3 other plugins, and all 3 needed custom CSS work to make the input boxes match at least a little bit. This one was looking great right out of the box. There is a way to customize your look without any issues. There is a way to customize the columns, spacing and content very easily.
