Fraud app. they charged me unethically and giving the blame on my side. here is the complete story how they scamming me. They forcefully added 4,500 INR bill in my shopify account and later when I complaint about this someone call me and says it's my mistake only. I connected shopify and there is no response from there side. I removed the app within 5 minutes without even using it. According to Shopify- "Third-party developers have a button in their Partner Dashboard to cancel a pending charge or issue an application credit." and developer has a clear vision of not refunding the amount to me. the bill is very near and I will not remove my review until bill is cancelled. totally fraud mentality. CONS: - Unable to edit sms template from panel which is a very basic feature. Needs to contact support to edit. - No integration with 3rd party checkout My initial review was 5. I needed abandoned cart marketing for shiprocket checkout. They called me saying they can do it, promised me and let me sign up for $30. Also they requested for a review which was my initial 5 star review. Few days pasts, some chats and calls and turns out they can't integrate shiprocket checkout. Told me it will take 1 and half months. My purpose for signing up was defeated. Moreover, the app is too basic. We can't modify the template which is an expected basic feature. Also the app sends verification message from their whatsapp nor ours. Leaving this review to guide new users before signing up.

I am not saying 60% is a bad number but just putting the facts out there so that someone using this app can make a wise decision. Also i have noticed that this helps me reduce my RTO by a significant number however i still call my customers to confirm their order even after they have confirmed over whatsapp. But what i believe is that they are providing top notch service and helps to reduce the RTO so go for it without any doubt if you want to reduce your RTO and build trust with your customers.

Been using this app for a few months now. And works perfectly. Calls a number with a pre-recorded message and options, and if that is not answered, then sends a WhatsApp to the same number for verification. Has helped us out a few times! Worth the money! And great customer service too, which is the clincher!
