Really useful for managing large numbers of collections export to CSV, edit, then import back. Support was helpful when I hit a snag. worth trying for stores with lots of collections.

I used this app to set up my initial online store, and it had thousands of products. This app saved so much time uploading and assigning images, and it gave me peace of mind to play around with different set-ups. The support is very responsive and helpful. Wir konnten über 500 Collections damit importieren. Anfangs war es etwas schwierig, weil wir keine Dokumentation hatten und ein Mapping fehlte. Somit haben wir lange mitten in der Nacht mit dem Support versucht den Import hinzubekommen. Ab Ende lag es an einer fehlerhaft benannten Spalte! Es war spät! Aber um 1:30 Uhr MEZ war der Support erreichbar! Das nenne ich TOP!

This app is working exactly as intended. Beyond being able to upload new collections and update existing ones, it allows you to independently control the collection name from the URL and Title tags. This will save days (possibly weeks) of manual labor doing it the normal way in Shopify. Simply follow the formatting logic in the template, and it should work fine.

Charged in error, when I was in trial period. Contacted them they responded once I sent proof they ignored me. Avoid On 27th May at 15:27 I was charged a usage fee at 16:10 I logged in and took a screenshot - It showed I was still in the trial and had not gone over the usage. But they continue to ignore this fact. It is very clear that there was an error and should not been charged but will not refund or discuss evidence I presented. All they offer issuing there app free for 6 months which is appalling! They cannot mislead you charge you, keep your money and refuse to look at evidence. This goes against what I signed up for and I hope shopify take action against an app that is misleading people over charging and refusing to refund when evidence presented!

Our company attempted to import 216 collections using "AP: Collection Import/Export". Although the import seemed to proceed without errors, only one collection remained in the end. The disappearance of the other collections is a major mystery to us. Moreover, we sent multiple emails to various email addresses of their customer service, but received no response whatsoever. This combination of technical issues and a lack of customer support makes this service highly unreliable in our view, leading us to not recommend it.

I tested the app and it seemed to perform well and do what needed to be done. I subscribed to the app and proceeded to use it on a larger scale. Unfortunately I've started encountering issues which have me stopped dead in my tracks. I have reached out multiple times to support for answers to a few basic questions. No response rec'd to any of my inquiries. Looks like next week I need to cancel the subscription if I haven't heard back by then.

If you guys don't care to reply to me (it's already a week gone by) after I upgraded to the premium plan for $19.99/month and you don't even have the courtesy to answer my question regarding your app, you can have a nice day. I'm unsubscribing now and deleting your app. When I downloaded your app, you were at 4.2 stars, now you're at 3.9 stars (in overall ratings). You're keep dropping and getting 1 star reviews if you don't reply to your customers.

When I bought the solution I did not know if it will work, at first it did not and I was about to claim my money back, but Rob persistently worked for the past two days and fixed his solution, Going more to the story, I contacted Rob by chat at around 11 pm 0-GMT, I received almost an imminent response, which signified that Rob is on the ball with customer service. I advised that the solution would not load imported Product Types to Collection, and would not load imported Vendors to Collections. Rob fixed it, and now the solution does what it intendes to do, IT CONVERTS YOUR PRODUCT TYPES AND VENDORS TO COLLECTIONS - IT SAVES A LOT OF TIME. I opted for Basic version with one off $15.00 payment for the solution which does the job just fine, but if you are running a humongous list of Collections that you know well how to pre-load on a spreadsheet, then you can use a monthly solution. My only personal opnion about the price is that I guess a monhtly subscription is not a very affordable solution for sellers, because we all know how thin margins are for produce before you can even sell anything and make at least a bare profit, I would genuinely wish all Shopify apps would be with one-off payment, because every monthly cost ramps up, and prevents you to scale. But anyway, this is just my personal opinion. The solution is clearly recommended.

looked at the reviews and decided to weed out the ones that didn't look like it applied to this app and figured that this app had potential to make my life easier. I installed around noon and did an export of all of my collections. Then I went to make my first import of collections. Which I had an error and the app told me so. I corrected my error in my upload and resubmitted it. The app said that it uploaded and I would get a response in my email. About an hour went by and I didn't receive anything so I attempted the upload again. Inside of the app there is a Chat Support that stated that it was online and they typically respond within a few minutes. But, After a few hours of waiting I gave up and decided to do all of my collections manually. I then get an email 10 hours after my initial upload saying that my collections have successfully import. Well that would of been ok, but I made significant changes to my collections that I manually created and it wiped out all of my work. I am very unhappy with this app and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. In response to the developer's response, my import was properly formatted and it did work, but it worked many hours after I submitted and multiple times. in this screen shot you can see the successful import message I got from their app which caused chaos in our store. https://i.imgur.com/KKGTVb5.png

Hi, everyone! I try this app for CSV file from 3 diffrent suppliers and anyone was in the good format for shopify. So this app download the file in the wrong place (collection at the place of product page). I learn on shopify how work csv file and the format need. If you have a huge file who are not in the good format forget it. Its gonna be a big waist of time. Find suppliers with Shopify intgration. It's the faster way to make money. Good luck to everyone. You always want to ridiculise costumers about your app. Most of suppliers doesn't give csv files in good format and your telling your app can download it correctly to our store. False. We have a dozen stores and more than 3 dozen apps in some of them, so we have some experience. Shopify lets you import and export products, but not collections. This app is the answer to that missing feature. It makes it very easy to export or import collections. It is easy to use, and the support (we didn't need traditional support; we just had weird questions for our unusual needs) was fantastic. We could not be more pleased. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I am sure you will be, too.

Collections Import works great! I am able to full control new collections and content using Rules. I can create now multiple collections of different names quicly according to keywords I need. Just today I had issues importing and their support was great. Very responsive and attentive to issues. Keep it up guys.

We thought we had to hire someone to build all of our collections on our wholesale site to match our shopify retail site. I thought I'd try this app out before we had someone come in for a few months to build collections and it worked PERFECTLY, first time. It even moves over all the images, everything.
