Excellent app with great customer service! Works as it should straight "out of the box". Easy to set up and it's increased my custom order inquiries greatly since setting up. I had an issue with customers being able to chose past dates from the date/time picker and I emailed customer support to see if that could be fixed and they made it work properly almost immediately! I use this form app in this site as well as several other stores I manage. Highly recommend.

While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. **Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption** From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit. It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from flow@shopify.com and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.

Our store was running into too many issues with another forms app, so we migrated over to Qikify Form Builder. The app is easy to use, functions as it should, and gets the job done. Being able to designate a unique email address for a specific form is particularly useful. Customer service was also very supportive and responsive. However, the app would be perfect if it allowed for email subject line customization & changing the sender’s email (or at least allowing the sender name to show up as Store Name instead of Qikify in your inbox).

We've not been using the app long but have to say it's really quite impressive, especially for the price. We were paying twice the price for another app that was becoming unreliable in notifying us of form submissions. This is easy to use and enough features to enable it to be configured for our use. It is easy to setup forms, which is nice. However, there is no way to fire a tracking pixel after submission. What is worse is, that it uses Google Fonts an you have no way to change that. This makes qikify a no-go tool for anyone who wants to be GDPR compliant (which is basically every shop owner in the EU)... I had to uninstall this for this reason and am now using another solution.

It's a simple and useful app, works fine, but the best think they have is their support. Seriously, the Live Chat button on their page means exactly what is says - a dialogue with a human (not Ai) who is at the other end supporting you.
