I had some questions, found the app to be confusing at first, and wanted clarification to some questions. While I did not find the chat representative to be helpful, I did appreciate the ability to schedule a video call with support. I was able to get to an appointment really quickly. Oleksii was incredibly helpful and provided a great follow-up email with a recap and written instructions of everything we discussed.

Fick lite problem när jag skapade min kurs. Kunden fick ingen åtkomst till kursen via orderbekräftelsen. Does not automatically send a link to people who purchase the course. Has directions on how to do it using code (!!) and those directions do not work. Cannot find the string they say to search for. Therefore, all the work creating the course using this app was a waste of time because customers would not receive the course after purchase. Having a link embedded in the purchased product is the only logical solution here, expecting that to be done manually is crazy.

The customer service and competency of the Courses Plus team mark them clearly as the industry leader. There are a number of logistical and technical details that make setting up an on-demand video course challenging (these are inevitable), but the Courses Plus team was available whenever I needed them to help me through a number of difficulties peculiar to how I wanted to personalize my course. They earn 5 stars from me, and I would give them more if it were possible.

Great app been using for around 2 years. Simple to use but has lots of customisations. It works perfectly — very simple and intuitive! The support team is always ready to help and solve any problem quickly. Before, I used Hotmart, but now I can have my course fully integrated with my shop, and this solution is much, much better for me. Honestly, I prefer paying a fixed monthly fee and knowing exactly the cost of running my courses, rather than paying a commission on every sale. Highly satisfied and I definitely recommend it!

Promising App, but Plagued by Critical Bugs and Slow Support I was initially excited to use the Courses Plus app. It looks simple, the interface is clean, and it seemed like the perfect solution for creating courses on my Shopify store. I invested three days building out four different courses, intending to upgrade to a paid plan to get more lessons. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app in its current state. While the concept is great, the execution is hampered by significant bugs and a lack of effective support. Here are the main issues I encountered: Customization Doesn't Work: Basic but essential features, like changing the font colors or the background color of the course pages, simply do not work. My course is stuck with a pink background and red text that I cannot change. Content Management is Buggy: I tried to delete a cover image for a course, and the image remains. This makes it impossible to properly manage the course's appearance. I also experienced issues where content from different courses seemed to get mixed up. Unreliable Functionality: The "Congratulations" page for finishing a course appears on its own, without any way to adjust the timing or trigger. This creates a confusing experience for the user. Slow and Ineffective Support: When I reached out for help, the support team's only solution was to "transfer to a developer." I received no follow-up, and none of the critical issues were fixed. For an app creator, fast and accurate support is essential. Confusing Limitations: The free plan's limits are unclear. It's advertised as allowing 5 lessons, but it's not clear if that means one course with five lessons or five courses with one lesson each. This ambiguity makes it hard to evaluate the app properly before committing to a paid plan. Overall, I really wanted to like this app. The idea is solid, but the number of bugs and the lack of timely support made the three days I spent a waste of time and effort. I hope the developers can address these core problems, because the app has the potential to be a great tool if it worked reliably.

The customer service isn't great. I paid $199 a month for almost a year and tried to downgrade to the $79 membership this month. After reaching out to the support team TWO times, I was finally responded to & told it's impossible for me to downgrade without paying $199 and then an additional $79 for the new membership all in the same month. I am cancelling this month due to me being forced to pay for 2 subscriptions. Hopefully you guys make downgrading more feasible in the future for your users.

I used to sell my online courses through other applications, and overall, I can say they worked fine. However, after installing Courses Plus, I am pleasantly surprised by many things. Firstly, this app has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. In addition, well-prepared tutorials are available right from the start! Besides, a lot of additional information can be found on the official YouTube channel run by the company. Additionally, I must admit that even if something goes not entirely as it should during the configuration, you can easily request support using a simple form, and the company's employees, who seem to be available 24 hours a day, respond and help lightning-fast. I checked it myself. Writing a support query around 9 in the evening, I received a response with full instructions on what steps to take to solve my problem in literally 7 minutes. I am confident that they will quickly resolve any issue. No support in the previous apps I used worked as fast and effectively. Seriously! So, summarizing everything, I believe this is the best course management app I have tested. It is simple and intuitive for both course owners and participants. There is an extensive tutorial base, and the support works rapidly. Nothing more is needed! It was definitely worth investing in this tool to not worry about technical matters and focus on delivering valuable content to customers :)

This is a good app for putting on courses. I found it to be very easy to use and intuitive when creating a course, and when I was stuck the chat person was helpful and stayed with me the whole way and didn't break off after many questions. I was emailing them as well with questions and they were very responsive. My name is Mohammad El Medawar. I have a website called TrainerMohammad.com. I wanted an LMS with unlimited number of users. After a lot of searching, I found this app and I can definitely give it a 5 over 5 1- The team is very responsive to my emails 2- The thing that I liked the most about the communication with the team is that, in case you dislike exchanging emails, they can do ZOOM calls. This is what they did with me several times. We were able to properly communicate and exchange ideas and understand everything properly 3- The team is very flexible in terms of modification. Every time I request an update, they immediately solve it, and in case it is not clear for them, they ask you to send them a screenshot or a video recording to assist you. 4- Although I'm requesting additional customizations, but they are not taking any additional amount of money. All these modifications are within the package that I bought. 5- When I first tried their app, it didn't work properly on my SCORM files. So, I reached out to them, and I sent them a sample of SCORM files. Believe it or not, they modified the whole app and they included the type of SCORM files that I have.

Completely inappropriate. Glad I didn't give them my money. I WILL BE CONTACTING SHOPIFY for this privacy violation. And my review still stands. I want to be very honest and helpful to those who may consider this app. First, no disrespect to the team... but there are several issues I have here. #1- there is no option to "chat" when there is a problem. I have to wait for someone to respond, and currently I've been waiting for a while. Still waiting for an email to understand the plans fully. #2- pricing. To some, this may be okay. But to me, the free option has a catch they dont tell us. No video or audio upload, and only 5 lessons in total, not per course, but in TOTAL. Even with the USD $30 plan you only get 10 lessons in total. Yet, unlimited courses? That doesnt make sense. Then the temporary time you can have people view, is something I'm still waiting to retrieve an answer for, along with other questions that have not been addressed. Needless to say, I think this app has potential for high selling businesses. If you are a small business owner , working with limited funds I wouldnt recommend this app. It is expensive, and for the price of the free and basic options, you literally mine as well just upload your information to google drive and canva, at least there would be unlimited space and access to free creation. Kinda sucks, because I really wanted this app to be great, but after finally trying to upload my items, and seeing all the hidden twists and turns requiring you to spend tons of money just isnt for me. I wish the creators well, and I hope we can get a better FREE or cheaper version so I can have better things to say.

I want to report to Shopify fraud activity by this team. They are selling empty courses and refusing responsibility for their actions. They don't provide valid support, neither are they refunding ater admitting their mistakes. I gave them access to my store and they solved NOTHING. I've been using Courses to host our several masterclasses, and it's been terrific so far. The support has been phenomenal, they even added a new button feature request (basically overnight), and the customer's view interface is pretty good. V happy on all those fronts. The only thing I would say is that I'm not sure what I'll do if I max out on my current lesson allowance - the jump up to the final tier would be beyond our budget. The pricing seems to assume that any business with more than 100 lessons is a corporation, but there are many small-ish businesses like mine with several multi-chapter classes that can stack up pretty quickly. That aside, I totally recommend this app. Thanks again for the support so far!

UPDATE: great customer support, much better than i expected. Anton is very helpful and i willing to go further than most other developers. If you want to sell course on shopify, i most definetly recommend this app This app is very promising but expensive. I installed it on my site as i have a lot of courses and more to come but i was very dissapointed to see that memberships are only available in the highest tier which is a huge difference with professional. It would be expected to have membership options at least at the professional level.

Review update on 22th April: Change to 5 star Although the current version of the app does not match my need but your customer care is awesome and I love to try your new update once it is available. Below is the old review -------------------------------- The app is very promising when we dont need two seperate systems (shopify and the LMS). But I will not buy the premium version if I can not add the video directly into the course. (The current approach is through google drive, which is not convenient)

This is a much needed app for Shopify! I love that I can keep my customers (and my bills) in one place. It is easy to install and setup and the support team is simply amazing. It's a fairly new app so it still has a lot of room for improvement, but definitely moving in the right direction!

Easy to use, simple, and very needed app. Nicely integrates with the shop theme. Customers are staying on the web instead of leaving to some external course services. First of all, I have been in the hunt for courses app to pair with Shopify. I didn't see this first and there were different apps I've tried before I actually found out about this app. I even tried programs outside of Shopify because I wasn't satisfied with what I've seen so far with Shopify apps. But I want to stick with Shopify because I might have to sell physical products as well in the future and I want it all in one place aside from digital goods---like courses or programs. I can't remember how I found out about this app, but I am so glad I did. I was almost losing hope and was so close to moving to Kajabi (which can also host a website), but then I have to add an e-commerce like Shopify because I know there is no option to sell physical products with Kajabi. So it'll cost me more to add everything else. Also looked into Uscreen & Samcart (that I even went ahead and talked to these guys) which offers courses and memberships but physical products are not an option. Then I saw this app! It is so simple to use, and it is available in Shopify! Which checks all the things I need and looking for! The best part, the people behind this app is so proactive more than any apps/programs I have tried. They reply so quick that I literally was able to figure out everything that I need to know without waiting for me to upgrade to a paid plan. And once I'm ready with my courses, perfect timing to upgrade to their paid plans without me worrying about having to rush because I already know what I will get from the app and it's exactly what I need. I am sold and I haven't even started! I cannot wait to launch my programs! Simple and easy to navigate for customers/students. And they just released a new feature for "bundles"! This is everything that I need for my yoga programs, all within Shopify so if I ever sell merch in the future, I wouldn't have to create another e-commerce site. Yay! Very pleased!

Team seems nice, but product isn't ready for prime time. Very very clunky and buggy to create courses. Frustrating and difficult to use. Look and feel of courses isn't much customizable without coding knowledge. Looking forward to seeing how this product develops over the next 6 months

The actual student experience is quite clunky and shoots you to the top of the page every time you click on something. No ability to customize the layout. Canceled and was refused a refund though I never used it, just was testing it out. Went to Thinkific instead.

I used this app for almost 1 month in the basic plan for 29.99 US$. I will tell you the pros from my personal view as a coach. Pros: 1. Its very easy to install and setup. easy to upload the courses and easy to embed videos and files. Customer support told me that you can now upload very big files. Thats awesome. 2. Te support is fantastic, the answer is fast. Support team told me that they will start the 24 hour chat support very soon. Thats great. 3. You have your online courses in the same page as your shop, so clients visit same page and generate more traffic. This app is fantastic for free or paid courses to add value to your store. I've been looking for an app like this for SO long, and am so happy I've found it. Have contacted them with a few questions and they've gotten back to be so quickly and have been able to solve my problems in a really simple way. I'm really looking forward to the option of providing free courses on Shopify that you can link to directly and provide anyone with access to. That way I can provide video courses on how to use my products that are free of charge. This is apparently being worked on, due in August!! Very excited. So happy that this app exists, makes my life much easier.
